Everything is on the OTC website.
Ask the secretary for Mr. Frack.
Yes, he’s still available.
If you add in the incentive of finalization, it’ll take way less than 50k shares to move this. No one will want to let go.
Also, to catch some newer traders up to speed. We have a lot of information and verification on this company, and we’ve seen a lot progress for them.
To save you some scrolling deep in this board, we know this is a conglomerate company with several subsidiaries (three that I’m aware of, and one with confirmed revs).
Any reverse splits are not currently in the plans for the executives unless for uplisting purposes way down the road.
We’ve seen them take up an office in Prudential Plaza, hire a secretary, make several updates to the NV SoS and OTC websites, we’ve dug up several names involved and possible companies, and a slew of other networkings in the company’s exec history. For any information on these things, Tdgnts’ posting history on here is a great place to start. A bunch of DD by him.
I can also try to answer any specific questions in private chat if anyone is curious.
Cheers!
We’ll probably not see a name change if you think about it. The secretary answers the phone saying “Thank you for calling Ladybug Resources Group,” and the business description on the OTC website refers to the company as “the Ladybug-Highin merger.”
First merger is already completed. From what I can tell, we’re waiting on them to finalize the remaining mergers into the conglomerate.
PPS is anyone’s guess. A little over half the float is owned by this board, and we’ve seen MM targets over $0.50.
The company is thin, and everyone on here is going to be extremely tight-fisted when news drops — tends to make for some interesting trading. We also won’t have to worry about day traders and MM antics near as much when that day comes since the available shares are so low.
I updated some numbers and formatting up top for new traders. Let me know if any adjustments need made.
We’re dealing with a company verified on multiple fronts to have several mergers currently finalizing. This will explode when it finalizes.
Happened to me before. Just have to call him back.
You made the offers? I’m honestly curious how you have any confirmation on this. I still own a fair amount of shares.
I’m eager to see how high it goes once it finally drops. $0.30? $0.50? $0.75?
How do you know this exactly?
Hung up? He doesn't really hang up. He just answers a person's question really fast and follow it with, "Okay thanks, bye." It happens abruptly, but he usually only does that when he's busy.
Did he say anything?

We can't claim fraud on the simple pretense that nothing has happened. No shares have entered the market, no revealings have occurred.
All fraudulent Chinese mergers I've seen use manipulated share structure to walk away with their pockets full after the releasing announcement. We're this their goal, they'd of already announced.
As far as the public market is concerned, they aren't making money/value here either until they finalize their merger and filings.
He's the president to facilitate the merger. From what I understand, Alex Lee will be the actual president.
He's not a majority shareholder. He has no actual influence on the progression of the company.
I really don't think the deal fell though, myself.
I do agree, however, this wait is ridiculous.
They could've been one of the parties buying some of the cheaper shares today. That'd be a pretty decent flip on their end.
Where is the selling pressure coming from on L2?
Curious who sold. Not too many people have those kinds of numbers.
I seem to get through pretty frequently, myself
I'm not sure if I can blame Mr. Frack for this. We're it up to him we'd of had things eons ago.
Alright, thanks for clearing up the discrepancy.
Burdock, all I've been told is that they're very much in touch with the SEC on what they're doing. I'm presuming they have to be contacted about the changes they're intending to make with the company's public status.
I believe they're actually filed as a non-disclosure company at the moment, meaning they only have to release material event changes. If that's the case, they won't have to file until the entire deal is completed and the entity is finalized.
He won't say anything about timeframes namely for fear we'll post them on here, and the rest of the committee will give him a lot of issues since it's a legal liability.
From what I've come to understand, they are in very good contact with the SEC keeping them up to date on everything.
Keep in touch.
Were that the case we would still get a vast insight into their finances and business dealings, which is what we care about.
I got no indication of that when I spoke to the CEO last week.
Curious if that's a Chinese party that's buying.
I would've thought we'd of seen the updates when the transfer agent updated last month if that were the case.
I'm honestly completely unsure what BMAK is doing unless they're shorting constantly. It'd be hard to honestly say that wasn't making them money.
That question is avoided strongly. I know last year it was mentioned that they wanted to look into it eventually.
They're getting tighter and more cautious with what they say on the phone calls due to the public nature of the forum.
I don't know if it's about work ethic as much as it is transparency.
They're working their asses off from what I can tell, but we're quite relatively in the dark as to what it is they're working on.
I know they've been having more meetings as of late, so they could be trying to draw a consensus on a timeframe for the filings and whatever deciding factor is behind the scenes.
I cannot for the life of me find it. Could you post a link?
What's this about Twitter news?
I know he has stock warrants/options, but I never discussed his compensation in great detail with him.
Could be short positions. I was told there was an MM confirmed short when BMAK was pulling us around by a chain.
I know they were almost ready to post filings, but then the Chinese officers opted to finish up some project of sorts. From what I understand it's related to the acquisitions.
Mr. Frack won't say a word about the delay directly, unfortunately. Just that "it'll make sense when the filings come out."
I've had most all of them since early last year.
