New news in next couple days on locations should be interesting. Shareholder meeting before the holidays.

The money for 5 target stores in colorado, miami, renovations, marketing has to come from somewhere. It's a growth process. The timing was bad though imo because it was breaking upwards. Could of sold at higher prices. He just wanted to get this out the way I guess before the meeting so he can look forward instead of diluting after in my opinion. Heres great news shareholders. Oh by the way, I wont tell you guys about the short term bad. Let's see how he uses the money now.
I guess this recent event according to the ceo isn't a significant corporate event so it was hush hush.
No wonder this guy postponed the shareholder meeting. He didnt want to get yelled at by everyone there the whole time.

In my opinion this stock will hit all time highs sooner than we expect. So many things going for it now. This company is a whole new animal. I would say the position this company is in now at all time lows with our new CEO is way more favorable and has so much more growth potential than it did when it was at all time highs. Just makes me conclude we should be trading back up there. I wouldn't be surprised we see dollars in our future. On a buyout forget it. Kiss your day jobs good day. All in my opinion. With that broker being in Fort Collins, Co and many listings there on the market I wouldnt be surprised if that's a next target area.
Looks like that purchase seems like a bargain at first glance. Hard to get a location/store with bar for that price. Seems like they are spending with value and conservatively.

About that 900k. You guys do realize they only used 50k of that right? Rest is mortgaged. 850k left. At same ratio not counting upgrades and setup costs of course thats another 850/50. 17 stores? Less than 3 weeks until meeting. Hoping for a nice run up into and nice pop after. Especially if those 11 locations are already converting. Round Rock should be making a splash soon after and will probably be another meeting focus. Need to get something cooking overseas as well. Additional bar/beverage revenue should help as well. Knock out .0004 and guessing .0009+ before meeting. If those 11 are converting should hit bronze on news. Silver on conversions. All in my opinion. Do your own DD. I think the buyers on .0002 are out that are flipping. The guys on .0004 are the buyers on .0003. They dont see the big picture. Once this moves they wont be able to buy and flip any more making that .0001 teenie. .0004 is the moving average. Once that is sold and broken we move. On news forget it. Those 11 stores are already open and running it seems. Its just a transition. No building brick and mortar buildings from scratch like Round Rock.

Look where this stock was trading at with 4 in the past. Plus have the Round Rock soon and the Tampa in the wings. All this in my opinion of course. Do your own due diligence.
