I didn't expect anything else than a company presentation. More important is; who did Missling talk with this weekend. It's all about networking.
I would like to see the Baker brothers take a stake.
To quote Falconer in a reply to one of your earlier posts:
More and more researchers start to see the light

NTRP's SLB rate is at over 120%. Not sure if that's a valid metric but when this was the case for AVXL we plummeted soon after. Maybe Wildcard can look deeper into this and look at the SLB rate history of other bio stocks that tanked hard. I hope the best for NTRP investors. Great run so far.
21st Century Cures Act could be the tipping point for Alzheimer’s research

Anavex gets special mention. It's from December but still nice to read for those who missed it.
It happens to me sometimes when I fantasize about Anavex's share price in a year from now..
I am last on the list but still a proud owner :)
OK mate...
Not if you suffer from a CNS disease yourself.
That goes for the majority of Bio stocks Ken. Wasn't really a good year overall.
And not everyone is in it for a quick buck. Give Anavex some time.
And your point is?
You know that when Dr. Missling accomplishes certain milestones, he gets more compensation right? Backed by everyone on the Anavex board.
Today, exactly one year ago:

Just a reminder of the great promise Anavex holds.
Well I think Level 2 will show a lot of these:

Maybe Xena can post a screenshot.
But will be a 10 bagger if results are good, according to Sneaking Alpha lmao.

The jury doesn't even understand Anavex's science. Too wrapped up in their amyloid plaque hypothesis.
Maybe he is going for the 'shock and awe' effect. We know by now how reliable the mainstream media outlets are. Feed them some facts and they will make a different story of it.
Hopefully the Asian media will pick up on Anavex. I lost my hope for exposure in the U.S. and Europe.
Whatever the case, I believe there should be no place for supercomputers running algorithms to create artificial liquidity in the markets by tossing the share price of stocks around. It's an unfair system that benefits only the people behind he buttons.
Yes, that was me. They told me that Anavex would be eligible for a grant from the Alzheimer's Association once their Phase 2 trial was concluded successfully.
Does the same count for ADXS? Just doesn't seem to wanna move, no matter the good news.
From the President today:
'I am working on a new system where there will be competition in the Drug Industry. Pricing for the American people will come way down!'
I say, bring it on. Go Anavex!
Great post. And let's not forget that trials in Australia cost a lot less than those done in the U.S.A.
They are not stupid, they just ACT stupid to deceive uninformed retail investors. MF is well aware of Anavex's groundbreaking science and it wouldn't surprise me if one day a very positive article comes out (when they are fully loaded with AVXL shares ofcourse).
The classical 'cup and handle' pattern is valid after a sustained uptrend of many months to years, which I don't see here. The cup looks too sloppy and to reach the handle we need to get back to the $8 level at least.
Would love to see some pitchforks used against Wall Street criminals.
Motley Fool disclaimer: Todd Campbell has no position in any stocks mentioned but does get a percentage of lofty under-the-table payments from our hedge fund buddies for timely written hit pieces.
:)
5.88 AH on 500 shares. Funny.
Today's price action demonstrates once again how the Market Makers screw and benefit from unsophisticated investors who followed Plato's stoploss 'advice'.
I guess it looks something like this:

And no way to set the record straight as they cowardly have no comment section. MF sucks.
Btw, today exactly 1 year ago this good article came out:
https://www.insiderfinancial.com/anavex-life-sciences-corp-nasdaqavxl-on-the-verge-of-a-breakout/114693/
Deja-vu.
That Todd Campbell sounds like a real risk taker hehe. Rooting for a company's success from the sidelines when there is such potential...smh
There will only be 1 Phase 3 trial this year (Phase 2/3 to be exact). A grant from the Australian government would be nice, they've done it before.
Not sure what this means but it looks like Anavex is now also registered as a company in Germany:

I think we have seen some pretty compelling videos of true responders.
MM's who accumulated thousands and thousands of shares (stolen from the little retail investors, with their silly algo games) and then sell them in big blocks to tutes?
Dr. Missling had a hard time curbing his optimism at that Noble conference. When he was talking about the 1.8 MMSE points difference on slide 26, he used the words 'extremely effec...' but immediately changed it back to 'clinically meaningful', as to not sound overly optimistic or to not come across as an outright pumper :). I found that a telling moment. He spoke his mind.
What Kenneth?
Most biotechs don't have financial masterminds at the helm. Having others pay for your trials helps too.
We haven't heard about Epilepsy for a while..
