States over-the-counter securities markets (“OTC Markets”) that do not comply with amended Rule 15c-211 will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTC Markets, effectively eliminating their public quotation in the United States. Amended Rule 15c-211 requires that broker-dealers obtain and review basic information about an issuer and its security before initiating or resuming quotation of a security in the OTC Markets.
Companies trading on the OTC Pink or OTC Grey Market will need to have current and public disclosure available to broker-dealers and investors and verified before a broker-dealer can initiate or resume quotation of a security in the OTC Markets. OTC Markets Group has created a program for Rule 15c-211 verification for companies that trade on the OTC Pink through the OTC Disclosure & News Service that can be relied upon by broker-dealers. Immediate action is required for these companies if they intend to remain eligible for quotation in the United States OTC Markets.

There’s one thing that hasn’t been mentioned on this board that may be the reason for all the silence from BIEL.
There were major changes made in the OTC Exchange in September that effects all registered companies affiliated with it.

Yes there is much going on behind the scenes as much as we can see what KT Tape is doing. Let’s not keep DonJoy out of the loop as well. Both companies are positioning themselves globally getting the word out with marketing material and video awareness. They realize that Recovery Rx is the key success in marketing their products. Why do you think KT & DonJoy added the word Recovery onto their marketing labeling.
As for Allay and Smart Insole they also will benefit as well with all the major pharmacy’s distribution… Walmart, Walgreen, CVS, Target, Amazon.

I don’t see it being too far down the line. Once Recovery Rx is used in Hospitals as standard care recovery and paid by prescription, patients now have many drugstore location to get refills.

I ran across a Recall for the KT RECOVERY ICE/HEAT MASSAGE BALL from 2020. Some of the Heat Balls were leaking fluid.

In the Recall Document it listed a "Quantity in Commerce - 94,554".

This device was released into the market in 2017, so over 3+ years they produced 94k units.

The 3 container shipments that have been documented of Recovery + Wave devices going to KT's Utah warehouse, totaling 28,726 lbs, are estimated to be between 90k - 100k devices.

The Wave has been on the market since February 2021.
