Senti - can I ask how many shares you are holding? If not, I understand.
Based on proxy, the number of outstanding shares is around 330M shares which means we are just over $100M in MC as of today.
I am done buying for now as NWBO is now greater than 5% of my portfolio.
Thanks to you, Doc Logic, Flipper and other strong long posters for all your time and effort on this board.
I am a short term strong long since July 2017. I have done my share of DDs and was fortunate to buy most of shares in the $0.165 to $0.192 range will likely not sell anytime soon.
Charts looks strong now and will experience pull back, consolidation along the way. All and all, the trend is up.
Anyone from Seattle who might be attending Seattle Science Foundation meeting in February 2018??
Agreed. Like to see more volume to support today’s move.
Glad to average up around $0.225 with my $55k year end bonus.
Stay long and be richly rewarded.
Sojourner55 - Is $0.29 closing price (1/8/18) the highest close since March 2017? If not, it has to be one if highest in the last 6 months.
Like the few pennies weekly gain my self with the amount of shares I am holding.
Root -
$6 / 35 shares is around $0.1714 per share. Plenty of opportunities in the last 4 months to buy more.
Now if you had really timed it right, you would have been able to get 37 shares with $6.00 during September 2017.
What is “NDA”?
Doc Logic, Flipper & Senti,
With over 400M outstanding shares as some claims, why is NWBO only trading in sub million shares on most sessions (even including holidays periods).
That is not even 1% of outstanding shares. I realized we have been in 4+ million shares in some sessions and that is about 1%.
Any thoughts?
I have a feeling that at least part of what is happening is related to the change in FDA guidance that was anticipated by NWBO and then shared recently on this board.
Doc - Appreciated your response from yesterday. For today in your response to Flipper, would you please again explain the above comment in English? Specifically FDA guidance & anticipated by NWBO.
Thanks
I have never owned any preferred stocks before so did not think of going that route.
For now, I am fine with my decision and planning on sticking to it for a while.
Flip - I think you meant January 3, 2018 instead 2017.
Instead of average down like you are thinking of doing, I averaged “UP” today since my average prior to today was $0.192 with about 928k shares.
I took my Xmas bonus $55k and bought more today in the range of $0.2225 to $0.2250.
I am not counting this Xmas bonus to meet my own budget so I can sit and wait.
Stay long and be richly rewarded.
By the way, if I have Linda pegged right, the eventual liquidity created by all this dilution will act like life boats to funds investing in NWBO while watching some of their other bios drop like flies. Long term holders may find a level of restitution from stock manipulation from the possibility of court proceedings after NWBO is in a better financial position to challenge for that while recently bought shares will likely not be considered for this
Doc - can you re-write in plain English for those who are not financial savvy like myself? Thanks
GGB - Can some posters who live near NWBO HQ make a trip to see LP and LG to confront them?
I live in WA or otherwise would have made a trip myself already.
Just a thought.
I asked this very same “float” question a month ago when NWBO was $0.166. Senti and Flipper did not quite exactly answer my question then. But it feels like we are about to make another big move soon to the up side.
AL4 - Hope you breakeven soon.
I was fortunate enough to join the party in July and hoping DCVAX-L to be available to patients in 2018/2019.
Pgsd - what are your thoughts on why Les was not interested in ending the trial result anytime soon during your conversation in October 2017?
I am a long since July 2017. Although never spoke to LG, I have emailed him three times and still waiting for his reply. I have emailed NW as well and no luck thus far.
I am allow 3 daily posts so this will be my last for today.
Incline - Did NW get back to you?
Incliedampforest - I like your idea. I am fine with NW representing my 928k shares. BTW, I have also emailed NW two months ago and still waiting for his response.
GGB - Just hang in there for a little longer will be my advise to you. I am a true long investor since July 2017 and will be here for a while. I don’t know much about LP, LG & NWBO history but u like to believe they are doing their best to keep it going.
Market has a way of getting to all of us just as you feel like giving up. And then after you sold, it takes off. I have personally experienced a few of those.
At $0.26, what is the downside vs. upside? I will take the long position.
How about you make a trip to see them face to face and get to the bottom of your Qs?
I am willing to wait for a year or two to get a few big dollars if that is what is takes. NWBO represents less than 5% of my account so days like today worries me NOT.
Stay long and be richly rewarded.
Any idea who the Swedish doctor’s name in Seattle?
It is interesting that they have three kids together between the time they got married to the time of Dr. J’s passing.
Who on this board are interested in attending Seattle Science Foundation in February 2018?
I am in Seattle and be happy to meet up.
Senti - appreciate your postings as usual.
That was what I said on my post “someone”. I did not create the post. I am long with even more shares now than last week and wise enough to know what is true and not.
Still trying to understand the science and learning it. Just glad my cost base is much lower than some of you and is now above the water.
Stay long and be richly rewarded.
I believe someone post this yesterday.

Great find. Thanks.
Hi Senti - Happy B Day first of all.
I was looking for floating shares which means say OS shares were 100M, and institutional ownership was 40%, then that leaves 60M floating for retailers.
Thank you for your help.
I am limited to 3 posts a day so this will be my last one for now.
My cost base is about $0.192 which means total investment of $178,000 since July 2017.
While it may sound a lot of shares to some on this board, but in dollar term, it is not much.
I have done my DD on the science side but have not done much on the finance side.
Flipper, any idea on floating NWBO shares at this time? Also, what is the institutional holding percentage right now?
I am holding 928k shares (all cash accounts) and not selling.
Lots of great exchanges so far this weekend and therefore reading through these messages made it easier to get through raining days here in Seattle much easier.
Senti - I also believe in NWBO as I have done my share of watching Dr. Liau's and many amazing cancer survivors videos on GBM.
Back to the Apple Cup.
Senti - well said and thank you so much for stating the facts.
I have 928k shares which represents about 10% of my portfolio. I will take $5.00 since I am a new investor started in July 2017.
I would not say rich but am comfortable.
Remember day traders make pennies and long term investors make BIG dollars.
I owe JAZZ in $3s since 2009.
Anyone remember AMLN, CEPH or ISIS from 10 years ago?
Be patience and we will be rewarded.
Forumreader35, great find. Thanks.
Flipper44,
What is the rough estimate on share outstanding count right now? What would be the share price be at $3.5B MC?
I am holding 928,606 shares at avg cost around $0.192, so got a little carried away.
A $12 sp would be nice at some point.
Senti - thank you for the detail posting.
Stay long and be richly rewarded.
Marzan - What is "AA"?
