The NYSE has far bigger things to worry about than a single investor asking them if some guys are there today.
I don't recommend spamming them with email.
Thank you!
Like I've said before, without links to back up what you're saying, a post is just fluff.
Who said anything about being illegal?
The fact that it's legal doesn't mean it's not manipulation to post a large ask to get people to sell, them take it down as soon as it was hit for a portion. Or to continually paint the bid lower with a tiny trade as soon as the higher bid disappears to make share price appear that it's down even further.
There's many ways to manipulate legally. It happens both ways as well depending on where people are wanting to take it. It's obvious what's going on with this one, though. If you don't see it, you're living in denial.
If ANY government entity were looking for them (which none are) , they wouldn't be allowed to access the country and would be detained right away.
No, during a split, whether it be a forward or reverse, the stock symbol gets a D added to it. Your shares should transfer over to the new symbol but you should have 20% more of them.
All you have to do to realize what's going on here is look at the trading. Look at the continual paint downs. The RIDICULOUS number of 10k sells to the bid, pushing it lower even with more bids continually being put up.
Why keep painting it down to a lower bid continually when people keep putting up more bids to buy it? Because they WANT it to go down. Whether it because they're shorting or wanting their entry to be lower because you see an upside, it's all the same.
The trading action, coupled with all the ne'er do wells wishing for the worst, it's seems pretty obvious to me what's been going on.
I won't claim that this is going to any specific point because I don't know. No one does for sure unless they have enough influence to control the price action. However, all indicators do show that it is oversold and the company shows good fundamentals with increasing revenue and decreasing debt, so expect it to move up; especially with news.
It's a stock dividend, which is no different than a forward split. It's just dilution without losing overall value. It costs the company no money but whatever it costs to file for it (and whatever they may have paid to promote it). Nothing but a PR stunt.
It's pointless for a penny stock to do it, and I think people realized that and took advantage of the pump and subsequent dump that would come afterwards to short it.
Gotcha.
What are you talking about? The share price is up over 300% since they took over without doing any pumping whatsoever and just getting started building up the company.
What's do you want them to? Issue fluff PRs all the time to artificially inflate the pps to make you feel better?
If you bought in expecting instant gratification from a startup co, it's your own fault.
When they have news and can put it out, they will. They've been pretty good about filing, PRs, updating the website, updating the company structure so far. Let them do their job.
Besides the pps Never should have reached up over 5 cents at that point in my opinion. I was expecting a pullback to at least 2-3 range. If I would have been able to, I would have sold a few up there to buy back lower. Unfortunately, I couldn't. I wasn't around those days.
I will never pump or predict a share price here. It's all conjecture and can't be taken seriously. I only like to provide information about the management and company.
I'm not sure what you're getting at since the split hasn't been done yet...
Anytime there is a stock dividend or forward split, the number of shares increase, but the market cap remains the same and the share price adjusts accordingly. Once someone buys or sells, then it will change.
If I'm understanding everything correctly, all shareholders as of right now should have 20% more shares at a share price of .0020 when trading resumes.
Forward split physically can't make anyone richer. It increases the O/S while market cap remains the same. It will automatically reduce the share price to compensate.
It's pointless for penny stocks. Nothing but a pump tactic. It's only used by companies with VERY high share prices to make share price lower
Ex div date is 00:00:00 on the 17th, which is the very beginning of the day (midnight tonight). If it was end of day, it would be 23:59:59.
The listing date was 16th at 00:00:00 hence it already showed up today and not midnight tonight.
Don't fall for the pumping. Buy if you want, but understand this stock dividend or forward split, depending on what you wanna call it will get you nothing but 1 extra share for every 5 you own, but they will all be worth 1/6 of the previous amount. The share price will automatically be reduced to compensate. The market cap will remain the same as it was prior to the split.
If just that makes you think it'll be worth more, then go ahead. But don't think that having extra shares will increase the pps, when it will actually automatically decrease it.
Like I said, I know nothing about the company. I stayed away because I saw that there was a forward split from a penny stock. I tried to tell others and just got nasty private messages because I was messing up their pumping.
I doubt it will be halted. It's really just a stock dividend. No different than a forward split except the paperwork and accounting.
All it does is automatically dilute and cause the share price to fall to match it, keeping the original market cap.
The company technically did nothing wrong or illegal by doing this 'dividend'.
I know nothing else about the company, though...
4 million shares were bought up by people who didn't step in to buy shares on the dip?
Not understanding that...
It's nothing more than a forward split. The share price will be reduced by 1/5th to compensate and the the O/S will be increased as well.
Read my previous posts for an explanation of forward splits.
Even if they consider it a stock dividend, the share price will be reduced to compensate as well. But dividends are used to give shareholders part of the earnings of the company, which isn't happening here.
Also, the reason for a stock dividend is for the company to keep their earnings and reinvest them into the company in hopes of increasing the overall value, while still giving the shareholders something.
"A stock dividend, on the other hand, is an increase in the amount of shares of a company with the new shares being given to shareholders. For example, if a company were to issue a 5% stock dividend, it would increase the amount of shares by 5% (1 share for every 20 owned). If there are 1 million shares in a company, this would translate into an additional 50,000 shares. If you owned 100 shares in the company, you'd receive five additional shares.
This, however, like the cash dividend, does not increase the value of the company. If the company was priced at $10 per share, the value of the company would be $10 million. After the stock dividend, the value will remain the same, but the share price will decrease to $9.52 to adjust for the dividend payout. The benefit of a stock dividend is choice. The shareholder can either keep the shares and hope that the company will be able to use the money not paid out in a cash dividend to earn a better rate of return, or the shareholder could also sell some of the new shares to create his or her own cash dividend. The biggest benefit of a stock dividend is that shareholders do not generally have to pay taxes on the value."

And more paint downs... I hate manipulation, even if all it is is just paints...
I've never seen so many 10k trades before...
Somebody's loading up today.
They're not free shares. You're giving up 1/5 of your equity to have that extra share, and your total number of shares, even though it will be a higher number, will be worth exactly the same after the split.
I just explained that and offered you a quote directly from investorpedia.
Here's the rest of the article that might explain it if you're still not understanding.
Rewarding their shareholders with a larger O/S and float?
Forward splits just increase the number of shares while maintaining the same market cap.
These aren't free shares. You're basically giving up 1/5 of your equity to purchase 1 more share, so now you have 6 shares that are valued the same as those 5 shares were.
Is there a divvy or a 6 for 5 forward split or both?
I've never been in a forward splitting stock, so I'm not really understanding this one here. Why would they be splitting a stock that's already sub penny? The big reason that large cap stocks do forward splits is to reduce the share price, allowing more investors to buy in. What's the reasoning here?
Is the share structure updated on the intro? 4.6 billion shares? That correct?
I feel the need to buy into anything with Weed in the title for some reason... lol, but that OS seems awfully high...

http://landscapeonline.com/research/article/9460
"The 610 Landscape Design System dates from 1984, with the research and marketing of the successful NIII ‘hair salon’ system. At the time John Halloran, a successful physicist began researching the system. Later he was to team up with Bob Garavitch, a businessman who has worked for Revlon and other cosmetic firms, to finalize studies on the hair salon system to bring it to market. With the help of Matt Staker, an imaginative programmer, the imaging system became a reality."

Still holding a lot!
Do you requested that a linked in profile be provided for evidence/proof and now that doesn't work? What's the deal, man?
That's the first place I checked. Nowhere does it say a promotion on 11/15/2015.
Last time it was mentioned on the site was October 2nd.
First, where did you find that? No link? You post everywhere else that in order for it to be trusted, you need a link. Secondly, even AAPL has been promoted by bull in advantage with a compensation of over $100k.
Stock alerts and promotions to get the information out is used for all sorts of businesses; micro cap all the way to large cap and even the company with the largest market cap in history.
Businesses can be incorporated in America for just a few dollars as well.
It's barely any work to incorporate a simple business. Nearly anyone can do it. Last time I checked, that's not what they're doing.
Anytime you put an issue to bed and find a solution, another issue will come out of thin air... Doesn't matter if it's a real issue or not.
I don't think anyone can deny that GEQU has had quite a retrace and anyone can see that. However, nothing has changed with the company since the run up over a penny except for increased revenue and decreased debt.
One thing we saw here is that a couple board posters sold out their positions (at least according to their posts) and it caused a slide down. More people probably saw the large ask sizes and subsequent bid whacks and they decided to sell out of fear or watching the chart, which is normal.
Yes, it was already retracing prior to that due to lack of new buyers and low volume. Pullback happens in almost any stock under those conditions.
Attracting buyers is a MUST to increase price and stay there.
We need to keep all the conjecture to a minimum, from both sides, and concentrate on real things going on with GEQU.
If it's not a fact, PLEASE, don't say it is. NOTHING posted on ihub is supposed to be considered fact, so if you're calling something a fact, when it's clearly conjecture... Well, first of all, you're wrong, and second of all, since it's just posted on ihub, there's no way it can be construed as a fact without a link to some other proof found elsewhere.
I'll let wikipedia and Investorpedia explain percentages.
A drop in price to zero means the investor loses his or her entire investment - that's a return of -100%.
http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/04/030504.asp
Percentage increase and decrease[edit]
Sometimes due to inconsistent usage, it is not always clear from the context what a percentage is relative to. When speaking of a "10% rise" or a "10% fall" in a quantity, the usual interpretation is that this is relative to the initial value of that quantity. For example, if an item is initially priced at $200 and the price rises 10% (an increase of $20), the new price will be $220. Note that this final price is 110% of the initial price (100% + 10% = 110%).
Some other examples of percent changes:
An increase of 100% in a quantity means that the final amount is 200% of the initial amount (100% of initial + 100% of increase = 200% of initial); in other words, the quantity has doubled.
An increase of 800% means the final amount is 9 times the original (100% + 800% = 900% = 9 times as large).
A decrease of 60% means the final amount is 40% of the original (100% – 60% = 40%).
A decrease of 100% means the final amount is zero (100% – 100% = 0%).
In general, a change of x percent in a quantity results in a final amount that is 100 + x percent of the original amount (equivalently, 1 + 0.01x times the original amount)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percentage
So now it IS the same thing?
You just said it wasn't...
You confuse the hell out of me...
Going from 5 to 2.5 is going down 50%
Going from 5 to 0 is down 100%.
That's grade school math.
First you say it's not paid off. Then you say it's paid off. Now you say it's not paid off because it's with shares, but still paid off.?
If you're going for different meaning, use different words...
