Are we having to waite on the letter of credits before recording revenue in the books and the 10k? I belive 2006 will be an excellent year for the pps but do you feel we will see a 4Q revenue indicating 10K?

Just to keep things in perspective... when TASR was flyin high at over $100 per share then split, they had sold less than 40k units.... If the partnership can sell the 100k units.... well $4-5M revenue would be a grand start.... let alone doing 500k -- 1 million combined in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.... thought would be rather nice coinage!!!! :~)

I guess the key here is "Delinquent filings prior to that period will not count towards the new rule."... So they have a new CFO... May she will have her act together and file on time like other credible company's... Hell even company's such as Nortel would be delisted if they had to count all the last years restatements and late filings... Time for CLYW to straighten their act up anyways...

Well, I guess the news these guys put out isn't really new news.. We already new that Servinova was going to test a couple months back...infact P2K and I briefly discussed the Aironet access.... Which is already available to the general public and the access software I have on my PC...

The handset IS the clam phone with just a bit better look to it.. cosmetics...

Where is the big news here? Which company did CLYW purchase? Where is that news... thats bigger news than this PR that was regurgitated from times past... ASNAP indicated the Phones had arrived in Europe... Where's that news?... That would put revenue on the books for 3rd qtr....

I will publically and personally thank you (I'll even give you a big wet kiss) when we see something that will make the pps move to the positive ($5+) .. did you see my last post on RVTEC?... Have you done your homework on them? Anybody can do a webpage in one day with that complexity... looks like another shell company... no information on who is running it, financials, real partners or satified customers... It doesn't even have a chinese info section for a Chinese based company...

Hmmm... interesting... you would think that RVTEC would show more of their products and interfaces for each... you cant even stop the products from moving in or out of the screen.... and since Hong Kong now a Chinese state, wouldn't you think the website would be bi-lingual at least? I don't see any Chinese anywhere.... and there is no indication as to who is running the company, how big the company is, their financial status, the Executive and managing personnel credentials, from managers to the CEO... Hey, did I mention in the past that the big boys in this game (Nokia, Ericsson, Nortel, and others) are developing their own protocols to improve handovers to other technologies? Calypso better have something very soon (this qtr) which would include selling out their small little niche because they are about to be passed up.. $5 million is a drop in the bucket for these guys... they don't have to beg other company's or private rich individuals for backing..

RIB, ASNAP, we did hear these rumors last week.... I believe you guys know what is happening here.. Can you guys let on as to what type of company is being pursued? Hopefully its not a company from Panama or Costa Rica... that would further place suspision on motives from CLYW management... Also, what about CLYW's PR's on Sleipner's recieving of the phones in Europe? this would be considered revenue for the 3rd qtr's 10k disclosures... let us know...

I'm not worried about the patents... This is why we have lawyers... Hopefully these guys have successfully won patent cases in the past... let them hash this out...

I am more interested in a phone/delivery PR stating CLYW rx'd a check for a few Million $ from one of these distributers.. Revenue for the 3rd qtr 10k..... that would start the pps rollin... Also, field trials are just that.. field trials.... these phone company's could be trialing other like solutions in parallel.Also, these tests take time and there will always be adjustments, billing verification, fraud verication, Security tests, etc. Also, as long as CLYW underbids the other solutions and doesn't get too greedy on the revenue share agreement, then these will start revenue as well...but this won't happen until the 4th qtr IMO....

PR's? Of course, NEXT WEEK....

Bling, how would you know if MOT was in talks on a buy out? Where did you hear this? This is interesting to a different level... Robert Leon was a MOT Engineer prior to CLYW... If he left on good terms, he could be rejoining them with more shares of MOT of course... Plus his immediate departure still hasn't been addressed or made truely public.... MOT would make alot of sense especially if you take a look at the CLYW clam phone... has that MOT look to it.... And MOT could use Robert as a consultant as well.... care to elaborate more on this?

ASNAP, so if the phones arrived in Europe, someone should be able not only to see these but to purchase... Why hasn't either CLYW or Sleipner put out a pr? this would be huge news and people would see part of their product... help us out...

P2K, I have Aironet on my laptop... It is used for my WIFI access... this software (ACU - Aironet Client Utility)V5.2 is a Cisco product and it works very well... It shows the power of the coverage, speed, bandwidth, error correction, link tests, status, etc. T-Mobile uses it for their Hotspot access as well.. So its not unknown....

I've seen your past calc's and do like them... however, thats pie in the sky stuff and although we all wish that this stock comes close to a 20-50 bagger... well... I also saw where Hop On inc. (HPNN) has had successful trials with GSM and CDMA to WIFI on their handsets and they are getting geared up to deliver as well... I have thought about buying this stock in the past (PCLEE even asked about these guys) but they had a problem with their management getting caught in a pump and dump scheme... They did have a couple of guys who seems to be turning the company around though. They also did a reverse stock split to get things moving on the stock within the past couple of months but looks like a bunch of crews are out there doing a naked short on this company... the stock price continues to dropped even after the split
