If this is true its great news. Someone please confirm.
IIRC the shares Out. last reported 3/28/18 were 595,920,485. Please correct me if im wrong.
So reduced by 130,000,000? I also noticed a "stock promotion" sign on otc. We gonna run?
you'll see that they took the shareholder money and bought 3dcarbon in Anaheim.
I loaded the boat last week, and if this keeps going lower, I will buy more. Shorts will not get my shares. eom
I would also think the NOLs would have been impacted by the bankruptcy filing. Miles' link references a 2010 SEC filing (pre-bankruptcy, as I understand it).
Miles' tweets aren't always useful. Some are, but sometimes he re-posts articles from months ago. I sometimes wonder if he's a robot!
To me, an interesting clause in the deal is:
"(vi) the volume weighted average price of the Company Common Stock as reported by NASDAQ for the twenty trading days immediately preceding the closing exceeding $10.00,"
I wonder how/if this will affect the share price behavior.
Interloper is right, this is not a head and shoulders. We are simply in the middle of an oversold bounce and bullish continuation after Kerrisdale fucked up the chart with their bear raid.
Noone knows; it's all news driven at this point. It's all about your best judgement and appetite for risk. glty
Gadi is also the CFO of this publicly traded company.
I'd really like to see his bank statement history. I bet it's the complete opposite of these charts.
Possibly an oversold bounce coming. The problem is that the sentiment and trader interest is so bad right now (Look at the chart). The low volume and selling pressure has it stuck in a sort of quick sand this week. I believe it will likely test the 18-20 area again, but unless we have some kind of positive PR, it will most likely fail.
The false propet DRIO2014 has revealed himself to be a heavy bag holder. At least he has been active enough to contact the CFO. I emailed Brenda asking about their manufacturing situation a while back and received absolutely no response.
I was able to snag 10k shares around .11, so that helped my average quite a bit. A small observation that is keeping me around is that it seems there is a "composite operator" behind the scenes soaking up tons of shares at low pivot prices and holding the price up around .15 with false 2500-5000k blocks on the L2 bid that will take in quite a load of shares before they concede and test the lows, only to bring it back up again.
I have two major concerns.
1. Dilution is likely before the FDA approval now. We have 2-3 months before this should become an immediate concern.
2. It's very unlikely a test would be requested by the FDA unless the Dario meter operates on some fundamentally different level than any other smart meter (not likely) or Labstyle went to the FDA with a poor data set in the first place. The only difference the Dario has from other meters, as far as I can tell is this "how the Darioâ„¢ blood glucose monitor draws power from and transmits data to a smart phone via the audio jack port."
Yes, but FDA approval is coming by the end of 2020. Think of it, if you buy now, you are only 5 reverse splits away from possibly breaking even.
Forget Kerrisdale and Cramer's bear raid on GSAT. Here's what's going to happen. The FCC is going to approve TLPS in the coming months and the stock price is going to explode.
Here's why:
GSAT has already licensed the proposed TLPS frequencies of 2483.5-2495mhz and has been using it in it's mobile satellite services operation for years.
Funny enough, the current wifi devices and smart phones specification are allowed to be very lax about going below their lowest operating frequency of 2400mhz, but they are designed to strictly avoid the higher frequencies above 2483.5mhz. Want to know why? To protect Globalstar's long standing licensed operation in the 2483.5-2495mhz range for it's already existing mobile satellite service business.
The FCC is eager to open up more frequencies for consumer wifi use, and Globalstar already operates (read: has paid the FCC for a long time) on these frequencies via it's MSS operations.
If you read all of the big name players official "comments" to the FCC in regards to this case, they are not arguing against Globalstar being allowed to use these frequencies for wifi, but they are arguing against globalstar having any special privileges, restrictive recourse, or protections. It's as if they all strongly assume that the FCC will grant GSAT an allowance.
--------------------------------------
The actual implementation of TLPS is a completely different story and a giant hurdle none-the-less:
Current devices would need a firmware upgrade in order to utilize the new band, specifically the WLAN chipset would have to be reprogrammed to allow the use of these previously prohibited frequencies.
Device and chipset manufacturers would have to make their new products to include the allowance of TLPS frequencies.
Microwave ovens would heavily degrade any wifi signal on these frequencies. (97% of homes have microwaves; truly a "universal appliance" in the US)
The footprint and terrestrial based build out would be immense and costly.
Pure over reaction, did any of you read the fins? DRIO management cut their salaries in the 3rd quarter. They are cutting costs and scaling towards the US launch. There were too many impatient penny flippers trying to be investors here. Hopefully they are all gone.
Terrible bid support right now. Did I just hear a cricket fart?
Those arent new fins. Ending Jun 30th, already released in aug.
We need news of substance here. I'm grateful for the MM's that have held the price up above .25.
Great post! Where have you been all this time??
I replaced it with earnings sticky, I'm only allowed to post one sticky at a time. I put testimonials in the intro.

Very interesting. Do you think they're planning a reverse split?
We had a good laugh when you thought you were banned. You got dropped along with a handful of other people that day due to an IRC network issue. Not sure why you assumed you were banned.
Wildly speculative Dario sales estimates.
In the June 17th PR, 2 months after their initial soft launch, they said there had been approx 11400 units and 42000 test strip cartridges purchased. Just to be conservative, let's triple that for the last 7 months. That's 34200 units and 126000 test strip carts. Let's say they make 10 dollars on every unit and 10 dollars on every test strip cart which both retail for about $20 each. My wild guess numbers come to $3.2mil in revenue and $1.6mil profit from Dario sales to date. Not out of this world, but it would be nice to see something over a million in sales figures for the soft launch.
Lowtrade, did you see the FBEC pr today? It seems they have decided to trash their energy drink model and move to the oil fields. PR filled with hopeful promises to change things for the better. It seems they are setting things up for the attention pop. I threw $100 bucks at it .0001 yesterday with full understanding that I could lose it all, basically an expensive scratch off ticket.
MM's are soaking up shares at .30 today. Seems like something is a brewin'.
Got my dario meter through the post today and so far I am really impressed

Dear god man, what in the hell are you talking about?
DRIO 2014 highlights and misc
Labstyle filed 501k in Dec 2013 go do a little research and see how long the 501k approval usually takes. Labstyle met with FDA last month for what seems to be the final guidance before approval.

More importantly, L2 looks like most sellers have dissipated for now. The same people are going to be buying back in when it breaks .30 and starts moving up.
DRIOD is an amazing buy at these prices. Get the cheapies while you can.
Erez Raphael interview Oct 17th:
"We have had multiple dialogue with the FDA. We are on track to be delivered the final decision sometime later this year. We are working very hard to achieve our goal of bringing Dario to the people in North America. We are almost there."

Are you new or something? You are constantly telling people about your trades. It's getting pretty old, bud.
mkelly, the biggest lesson to be learned from this is not to let ihub posts bother you. There are always going to be differing opinions, but none of them can truly predict the future. If you really believe in your reasons for investing and think there is a very good chance of a return, then rely on that thought alone.
I think Jimmenknee is too mechanical (read: logical realist) for some of the emotional baggers out there. Whether his logic is sound or not is yours to decide. I also suspect he holds, or at the very least has an interest in buying shares, else he wouldn't have been here for so long.
No offense, but the only reason there is a white marubozu today is because someone painted the tape at eod, otherwise it would have closed at .29. 100 shares at .34. IMO too much emphasis is being applied to simple candlestick analysis when it doesn't really matter right now. Jimenknee's money flow analysis is the closest we are going to get with any TA. Buying pressure and support/resist levels are also important, not candlesticks that were formed by a bag holder. If this thing had real liquidity, then tape painting wouldn't make much of an impact and skew the chart. Just my two cents.
p.s. I am holding 50k shares of DRIOD
It has to be Dr. David Edery. The south american ties mentioned in the pr and his membership to the isreal medical device group are too coincidental. Maybe he doesnt feel like discussing his investment with a stranger.

Waiting on Labstyles to throw us a bone. I'm selling all at the next catalyst pop. If they released semi-frequent PR's about the softlaunch progress it would slowly drive up the price and make a nice grind and long hold.
Don't forget, we are a low-floater now, baby. 2.00 run, here we come.
DRIO will close in the low .20's tomorrow, I know this for fact.
Just kidding; stop making stupid ass negative predictions. If you knew how to predict the future you wouldn't even be on this forum. Get a life you stumpy internet troll.
