CRGP financials overdue as well. We need updates financials as well as a PR clarifying the dividend disbursement for those who don't understand it. Maybe an acquisition or increased buyback in there, or notes payed off.

The reason otc stocks usually crash after a dividend is that the dividend is usually given completely in shares. It would make sense to dump your gifted dividend shares, take the money and run. This dividend is mostly cash though. Only 3% shares. And those shares are going to be cheap in comparison to what the recipients bought in at. Use your noggins and don't let these bashers and shorts scare you out of your shares.

Oh yeah... buy convertible debt, pump the stock huge and dump. I know a few people that make a solid hunk of cash that way.

It wasn't trading there on the record date of June 30.

If it is in fact a quarterly dividend, they will not continue it at .011. The only reason they could do that is that the PPS was close to that on June 30 amd higher before. This is a huge expense for the company. I would be very surprised to see another after this one without a significant PPS increase.
