I invest in fundamental not in charts. Charts are good for short term. And to predict price movements. Fundamental are good to see the right picture.
I'm giving this growth company a chance. I know dilution will come. Not all dilution are bad. We need to take and eye of financial report. But isn't after 1 to 2 years that we will see in what direction hkup will go. So far like the skout CEO said in that interview you have to deliver if no why you take the dilution.

First of all, yes we are doing affiliate marketing through some of our mobile ad network partners, but we do not run our own affiliate network directly. Affiliate marketing has been around a long time and was great for web marketing, but the model has not transformed in the same way over to mobile yet. Affiliate marketing has its drawbacks as well. Without going into all the details the short answer is that it is difficult to run a traditional Web Affiliate program in mobile because on the web, where sites like Match.com and eHarmony started, users were paying $29 - $59 a month for membership access to a product, which allowed those companies to pay out high payments to affiliates to generate the traffic. Affiliates would run their own advertisements and make money on the difference between what they paid for the marketing and what companies like match would pay them for the user. Companies were paying out huge amounts to affiliates, at a loss, hoping they received customers that would stay on their service for 3 -5 months. There are plenty of dating apps out there. From the well established Match.com and eHarmony to the new sensations Tinder, Howaboutwe and Hinge. All of them have build a strong user base with the exception of Hinge that is relatively new in the scene. With it in mind and with a business plan no one in the industry ever seen the public traded startup Ihookup Social came out to position himself in the top rank on the Apple App Store social networking category.
The app founded by the brothers Robert and Dean Rositano in Campbell, California have recently pass the 305,000 user mark, growing its user base more than 150% this year. What is more important is that not only they have found solid ground in the users acquisition they also have been monetizing from it paid subscription and virtual currency climbing to the top grossing ranks in the App Store, most recently reach to the #25 position in this category.
It seems this brothers have fund a way to fill the puzzle and while all others apps are focused in what they are build for, Ihookup Social is looking to build a new way for people to connect with each other.

They are doing 3m revenues with less users. We really have 30 to 40 k paid users we will be there but that is why we are undervalued because if the company open it for freemium or give more features for free users the company jump to 305k users actively using the app giving more ways to get revenues.

In the s-1 report says that the o/s Is at the time of the s1 120m something like that I don't remember the number and would be 271m after the 5m of Beaufort all this if beafort buy at 80% of .03 if not the o/s would be more than that. I can delete post that are against the board rules but not post that are against my perspective or opinion. That post we have to ignore them. Is always good to have different opinions is obvious his very bearish with hkup but that sentiment can change.
