Carter knows the expected end result far better than any of us as he is closer to it.
If he were more conserned about the final out come....he probably would have spent the time to bring company current so the PPS would reflect the value of the patents. This would allow him to sell at the high points.
However, allowing the PPS to fall from .06 to .01 signals to me the he doesnt care about the short/intermediate game... he only cares about the end game.
This only increases my confidence as the one who knows most doesnt care about PPS until its over. By allowing trading to potentially halt is another signal of confidence. He is eliminating the trading of this stock because he knows it doesnt matter ....eye on the prize...court decision/ settlement/buyout
I have suggested this as well and totally agree
100% correct easy!
Good post! Very informative for those on this board who have not been through a situation like this before
Lol they are not operating.... just a shell that holds ownership of patents... no finacials to report
Trying to shake weak hands?
Welcome ro the board IG
We all agree thats uoip has the upper hand and basically its not a question of if they win but rather how much.
That being said is now just a game to see try to get as many shares as cheap as possible. With the float locked for the most part the game is trying to scare shares out of weak hands into those who understand this opportunity better. the suspension and potential delisting was most likely orchestrated by the same person / entity who is accumulating.
What matters is who has what amount of shares when we cross the finish line, and deep pockets will use all the tactics the can to get the biggest peice thay can
I picked up 65k
Agreed. Scare tactics to the max.
Delisting may be very beneficial to us. I believe someone involved with the cable companies was the catalyst to uoip moving to the greys. (To drop the pps and allow cable companies to slowly buy cheap share to offset their settlement cost)
Delisting would prevent their accumulation and therefore eliminate their benefit from Stalling this while accumulating.
Im not trading anyway so im totally cool it it trading stops completely
They will not resolve this. They dont care..there is no incentive for them to resolve this. Trading or not matters none. They only care about winning the case
Honestly i think cisco knows they got lucky with the ruling we are appealing. Its clear to me that if the appeal is accepted we will win the appeal. I think cisco knows this. Therefore I think if appeal hearing is negotiations will begin immediately at a higher value. The 13 will be anxious to settle before all their leverage is wiped away or at least to avoid the risk.
Perhaps they may offer a value that carter is willing to accept prior to end of appeal.
Personally I like our chances with the appeal. I also think the PPS will continue to climb (even though we are in the greys) which is extremely unusual for a grey stock. But we are not a typical grey stock. Yes we haven filed financial statements since 2015, but we are also a no operating company.... financials dont matter. The value of this is 100% the value of the patents.
I think the PPS will grow but never to the settlement value, which i estimate conservatively to be .25 without appeal victory or .50+ with appeal victory.
Therefore i am actually glad we are in the greys... as I wont be tempted to sell prematurely. Holding till its done.
Interested in others thoughts so please comment.
Thank you
Very solid grounds for appeal. Cant remember ever seeing an appeal brief with this strong of a case. Usually there is alot of grey area in question. This is very black and white
Very helpful... thank you
Never got the valuation
Look back and see who it was who was sayong that.... that will tell u everything u need to know
Yes... judge is responcible for applying the daulbert standard to expert witness testimony. Once done there will be no challenges to his decisions
SJ stands for summary judgement....in this case this means that once the judge decides what expert testimonies are admissible using the daubert standard... there will not be any further motion or challenges regarding his ruling on the issue of expert testimonies
That is correct
Fully agree
Nothing yet... its just the argument sysco is putting forward against the appeal
Well said those who have been here long enough have seen the inconsistencies that are make it impossible to believe anyhting posted
Yes that is accurate... it looks like ihub has an error... looking at the trades shows that a 200k and a 250k trade were counted 2x it shouldnt be ~900k but rather ~450k traded
Well said
U r correct.. fiber optics is the latest tech but infrastrcture covers less than 5% of the country (may be old data) but the cost has been prohibiting its expansion. Wouod also require the industry to make major changes
Fiber is not associaywd with our patents as it does not combine multible rf channels
The problwm with fiber is infrastructure... the cost to implement a netwrork for the masses id prohibitive... eventually i fiber optics could be the method of choice but not any time soon. It would be a big risk to i vest the tens of billion of dollars, as it would take over a decade to put infrastucture in place while new cheaper tech will.likely be developed
I have made the same offer to those that i brought in... around a penny. except my offer was at current PPS.... they had the exact same reaction... no way they would sell their share for only 100% gain... lol
Agree with you 100%
Nothing is a sure thing... but this as close as i have ever seen to being one
Agree the host needs to drink less coffee
Nothing new... of you have been following the company... but good to bring awareness
