Sorry, should have been more clear: You're right, they won't be trading on the Nasdaq anytime soon, I meant the OTCQB. They should be fully reporting as soon they're finished with their audits, which they very well already could be finished with, and from there it's a matter of finding an MM on the OTCQB and they're good to go. It's not the Nasdaq, but it's still a hellllll of a lot better than trading on the pinks, in the minds of many, many people considering whether to invest or not. Cheers!
I'm saying that FINRA has already investigated them and moved on. 'Approved' might be a bit of a strong word, but they were satisfied and didn't halt them for further looks, as they have done and will do again.
Don't be too harsh on GrowLife. I don't own them, almost bought more on the post-halt crash, but added here instead. Bill likes the company, too, but when FINRA investigated the sector he saw them as vulnerable, and he filed suit against them as a precautionary measure to protect Cen Biotech and RXNB.
FITX is in the process of uplisting. Bill has said that FITX has already been put under the spotlight, and received FINRA's approval. When they uplist, which involves oversight from FINRA, we'll he was being truthful and they're in the clear.
An exceptionally well stated perspective on these boards. I'd like to add: if your investment is causing you to panic, and to start giving credence to the views of paranoid bashings, then you have WAY too much money riding on this. Invest reasonably, folks, and your gut instincts are much more clear. Don't bet the kids' college funds on any stock, you'll give yourself a heart attack.
I think we're looking at a company that will be uplisting to the OTCQB very soon, and that's our next major catalyst. License talk is nice, but, to the overall market, talk in the MJ sector is cheap at the moment. Uplisting will give veritable proof to those on the fence that this company is following through with their plans, and bring in investors that tend to stay away from anything trading on the pinks.
Go FITX!
Two green days in a row. This one marginally stronger than the last. Not bad!
This was my take on it as well. Mike, whaddaya think?
Agree 100%
Haha, it scares me too, but, man, what a story!
Now we're getting the cartel in this story?

Right?? I don't see any info on Richard Esparza the principal and Richard Esparza the agent being the same person. Or info that the principal embezzled money.
I'm one of the lucky ones, I didn't buy until a loooot of blood was in the streets already.
Baomike, I've decided the day that something excites you about this stock is the day I double down, haha.
I really don't think we'd see a new 52-week low, which would be at .08. We're only 50% above that at this point. So, if there's a good place to start accumulating, I think we're at it. STEV is highly regarded in many circles, but, for whatever reason, nobody's been buying it. A good PR will have a broad audience, and this thing trades thin. It'd be fun to have you back on board if the story plays out favorably in the charts, I know you're a fan of the company, but a PPS in free fall is always a nice thing to try and avoid. I'm from .21, and .13 is where I started giving in and doubling down. Personally, I think we churn and very slowly rise from here, being green by 2-5% every day, until we hit a great PR and are off to the races.
It would appear that IGU LLC was Moreno's company all along; IGA/Indie Growers Association is Coleridge, as are all the Nevada companies... Which would mean that, maybe, they've been registering listings in Nevada in anticipations of companies they're possibly acquiring. Maybe this explains why he also has Bud Buy, Inc. registered.
After watching DeWitt's youtube videos, I think that's just how he is. I know a few people that act exactly like this, they're always performing a bit, just have that engaging personality type. I think the theory of the video being fake is fun to entertain, but, if it really is a fake, I will eat my own shoe. I've seen meetings that look like this, extremely early ones, nothing where decisions were officially made, of course, but they were eventually made in more formal fashions down the line.
I'm also starting to think Moreno's 85 million shares were pre-split shares. Yes, we should have had clarification in the first place, but the only info we have on them being post-split are from Moreno. After watching that video, does it sound to anybody like Coleridge was ever planning on awarding IGA a majority of the shares? It sure doesn't to me. They wanted to make IGA major partners, but they were positioning themselves from the start to exit at will. We can hear Moreno express displeasure toward this at one point.
I agree, the more this story plays out, the more I feel that Coleridge and Co. are serious about entering the MJ market in a big way, even if they've majorly bumbled things up here at the start. I'm feeling more comfortable with the idea that this isn't a scam, just a huge mess, but, at these levels, we're valued as a huge mess anyway, so... Maybe we really are seeing a fresh start. Happy to stay for more of this wacky show. At less than a 3 million dollar market cap, hell, there's certainly upside if they can manage to execute, well, anything at all.
Haha, Alan LOVES this company. Normally won't touch pink sheets, made an exception for this one. He's been long fitx since it was .10 months ago. Probably kept it from backsliding more by issuing a buy alert when it slid to 4.5 cents a while back. We're all on the same team here, the winning one!
Wow, ya'll. Alan sold 1/3 of FITX to balance his portfolio. That's all. After other positions went down, FITX had become too large of a holding in comparison to the other holdings. Still holds 2/3 of it, obviously still a fan. Geez.
Lol me too.
This is the first time IGA and Coleridge crew met. Seems more of a pitch meeting then a board meeting. DeWitt evidently left IGA/Moreno and is now on board with Coleridge/IGA.
Finished watching the footage of the meeting. Crazy stuff. Still holding my small amount, though. It doesn't really make anything anymore clear, except that both sides seemed to be making actual attempts at some sort of business. Fascinating watch.
LOL at the Grouplove cover playing in beginning of Part III. LOOOOOOLZ
Thanks for recording the meeting, only halfway through, but so far I'm not seeing either side clearly standing out as the bad guys.

BOOM
Chart's looking real good for a green day :)
Doubled down the past two days, we're sitting on a powdered keg here.
Easy money right here.
Just bought more. These prices are just crazy stupid imo, low risk right here, not far about .10, let's harvest some crops now STEV!
How did he embezzle the money? None of this makes any sense. Supposedly the guy's role in your organization is that of a "used furniture salesman", but yet he managed to embezzle 90k? You guys can't even state what DeWitt's position in the company was. All you can say that Coleridge and DeWitt stole the company from you and, along with it, a 20 million dollar contract in Washington (which I guess would make this company valued for at least 20 million, which, yes, in my wildest dreams it is, but probably not in our present reality). I don't believe any of this new group of supposed IGA members anymore than I believe the people that say we've got nothing to worry about here.
I look at this like I got into a time machine and can buy STEV before the hemp news first surfaced.
Okay, but... birthed what? Now that you aren't going public, I assume you can give some information now that you weren't allowed to give before. What was the business model? What deals were closed? What projects was IGA working on/are still working on? Give some details, help us understand IGA's story better.
I suppose the OTCQB listing has me a bit more hopeful than to think this is just a fleecing company, if it were a pink I'd be much more scared. The only significant support I really see is around .08-.10, which isn't too far below here. And if it falls to there, I'll probably add. I don't have much hope here, I just like the story a lot. I believe they've been a company in start-up for a long time, and that they're about to come into a new level as a company. I've been holding since .21, which puts me down about 35% right now. I've held companies in the MJ sector that have fallen farther than that before perking back up when sentiment on them changed. You make fine points, and you made an excellint call by selling in the .3's, but I think there is still a vast amount of potential moving forward.
He developed what business plans and gathered what clientele? As far as I can tell, there weren't really any business plans, there were no clientele, and IGA was a scam that did nothing. Tell me why I'm wrong; I'm not trying to say you're lying, I'm just stating the way the facts are lining up to me. Give me some different facts, tell me why IGA was ever worth anything.
Why did the deal exist in the first place? What were they wanting from IGU, and what did they gain in cutting you guys out and moving along without you? Insight into what went down would be greatly appreciated.
If it DeWitt's role was far from marketing, what was his role?
Interesting. This embezzlement, how exactly did that occur? I imagine you're not finished in this business, what's the planning moving forward without VKMLD?
420 Investor will be appearing? Nice!
For what it's worth, this appears to be Arnie Dewitt III's YouTube account. It fits with the description of his experience in making commercials, and... he seems normal enough. I'd even venture to say that he seems like a super cool guy. His linkedin lists him as the President of IGA since January. I don't know what this means, as, officially, Coleridge is listed as being President. But I like the guy.

He's certainly no Moreno...
Baomike is one of the only people left doing DD here. I don't think he'll continue being negative Iif we see solid developments, but we need to see them first. Getting Moreno out is excellent news, but there's a big question remaining: Did Moreno still receive 185k? Because, if he did, that's not good news at all, and would mean the termination of his involvement looks exactly like vkml's past Peru deal. I'm a shareholder here, as I'm betting this thing runs, but we don't want to get over excited and have a newbie read this board and go all in on it. I'm hopeful, ya'll, but listen to baomike; skeptics with strong DD can be an ihub board's strongest asset. Don't shoot the messenger. And let's release the hounds to gather any info we can on River Ridge.
