With that volume, it appears to be a lot of naked shorting going on.
INO only company in Phase 2 of MERS trial. I think they've got a good understanding of this current strain of coronavirus.
I'm expecting a funding announcement next week. The UN is now onboard for a speedy vaccine that the whole world will have access to...and none other than Melinda Gates was part of the virtual conference...
https://www.yahoo.com/news/un-launches-global-push-speed-virus-vaccine-production-153227443.html
Imagine the MERS vaccine working for COVID-19. Inovio, the only company in Phase 2 with MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, another type of coronavirus).
Regardless, INO way ahead of the game on coronavirus
Thanks Cramer!
Inovio CEO shows up on Mad Money and boom!!!
Lol
The way Citron and his flunkies attack Inovio, you would think Kim did something personal to them, like ate their pet...lol
I see the Bears vs. Bulls is getting very intense right now.
Good find. I'm amazing at the DD you guys do for the board.
$10 billion marketcap coming within the next 6 months.
But...
Just the other day you were riding INO high...LMFAO. Talk about credibility.
Dilution?
145 million share outstanding and up to 165 million outstanding after offering is complete.
MRNA OS 329 million
JNJ OS over 2.5 billion
INO OS is fine :)
China and South Korea trials up next.
INO global.
Bill is really pushing it...

Best wishes to all companies involved.

Be sure to also click on "Platform Development Programs", and don't be afraid to click on the red arrows for more information.
Only company in the world to be in Phase 2 of MERS.
If Frost really wanted to kill the shorts he should be slapping the "ask" or buying after hours when shorts are helpless.
Drop $500k after hours and watch the price skyrocket forcing shorts to buy.
Stifel has their pool of clients. 3% to sell shares to your group of buyers pitching them the idea that INO is about to start clinical trials and has the potential to create the vaccine for COVID-19.
Stifel is a reputable investment bank which offers its services for a fee, just like any other investment bank; i.e JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, etc.
Just like when a company IPO's, you hire an investment bank (underwriter) to sell the shares, and they charge a fee.
LOL. Retail commission is free (if it's not an OTC ticker).
LMFAO!
After hours volume was 227,000 which was obviously the scared retail money.
Monday is going to be lovely.
I said I won't post on IHUB ever again, but I had to post once more just to set the record straight because a lot of people are either uneducated about how things work or they have hidden agendas.
On an as needed basis, INO has the ability via underwriter Stifel to sell 19.5 million shares at the market price (market price is usually the "ask").
Stifel won't sell any shares for less than $7.70.
19.5 million shares are the most that can be sold if priced at $7.70; the higher the stock price, the less shares will be sold, as the goal is $150 million.
INO plans to use the money to pay volunteers for participating in their clinical trials among other things.
Companies usually do at-the-market offerings when a major milestone and/or announcement is about to be achieved/made thus capitalizing on the projected liquidity thus higher stock price.
Believe it or not, we need shorts in order for stocks to rally 30, 40, 50...percent. So shorts please feel free to borrow, borrow, borrow cause great news is on the way.
Back to just reading posts and not commenting. Buy and sell at your own risk.
INO for the vaccine
I'm officially out. I wish You, Burdock, and Andrew much success in whatever endeavors you all take. I'm officially done with OTC stocks and IHUB. I'm only trading S&P companies, and most S&P companies have no need for a message board to attract buyers...they are the purest plays and need no help from IHUB. Lol. I may read posts, but I'm definitely done posting.
Godspeed.
Moeclay
Sonny you've been here for a long time, you know Jimmy has given dates before.
What if Jimmy does what he always does (lie), and the "deal" is pushed back even further. This "deal" was supposed to be closed over a year ago, according to Jimmy. But as long as you add "forward looking statements" in your filing, you're protected; Jimmy knows this.
Yeah, when Claytrader showed up I knew it would run up then drop. One could base a trading strategy solely on where Claytrader posts. LOL
And down to the .12's...possibly lower...but keep doubling down.
If the market chit on Canopy, what makes you think the market gives a chit about a POS OTC ticker...they don't. Just another piece of junk out of hundreds.
Jimmy is another full of chit OTC company CEO. He'll more than likely use that $100K to pay $50k to settle the lawsuit which he already mentioned he plans to settle ASAP.
No I flipped once Claytrader gave the signal. Clay's signal came on the 22nd. Got in and got out.
It's the OTC, no lender will ever have favorable terms, especially non dilutive terms.
"Notwithstanding that the Investment Agreement is in an amount of $20,000,000, we anticipate that the actual likelihood that we will be able access the full amount of the Investment Agreement is low due to several factors, including that our ability to access the Investment Agreement is impacted by our average daily trading volume, which may limit the maximum dollar amount of each put we deliver to K&J, and our stock price. Our use of the Investment Agreement will continue to be limited and restricted if our share trading volume or and market price of our stock continue at their current levels or decrease further in the future from the volume and stock prices reported over the past year. Further, if the price of our stock remains at $0.035 per share (which represents the average of the high and low reported sales prices of our shares of Common Stock on June 14, 2019, the sale by K&J of all 138,461,538 of the shares registered in this Prospectus would mean we would receive only $4,846,154 from our sale of shares under the Investment Agreement. Our ability to issue shares in excess of the 138,461,538 shares covered by the Registration"
Jimmy realizes he's in a competitive industry and only the well financed will survive...
The Company’s industry is highly competitive, and we have less capital and resources than many of our competitors which may give them and advantage in developing and marketing products similar to ours or make our products obsolete.
We are involved in a highly competitive industry where we may compete with numerous other companies who offer alternative methods or approaches, who may have far greater resources, more experience, and personnel perhaps more qualified than we do. Such resources may give our competitors an advantage in developing and marketing products similar to ours or products that make our products less desirable to consumers or obsolete. There can be no assurance that we will be able to successfully compete against these other entities.
Here's the kicker...
"We may not have access to the full amount available under the Investment Agreement.
We have not drawn down funds and have not issued shares of our Common Stock under the Investment Agreement with K&J. Our ability to draw down funds and sell shares under the Investment Agreement requires that the Registration Statement, of which this Prospectus is a part, be declared effective by the SEC, and that this Registration Statement continue to be effective. In addition, the Registration Statement of which this Prospectus is a part registers 138,461,538 Put Shares issuable under the Investment Agreement, and our ability to access the Investment Agreement to sell any remaining shares issuable under the Investment Agreement is subject to our ability to prepare and file one or more additional Registration Statements registering the resale of these shares. These subsequent Registration Statements may be subject to review and comment by the staff of the SEC and will require the consent of our independent registered public accounting firm. Therefore, the timing of effectiveness of these subsequent Registration Statements cannot be assured. The effectiveness of these subsequent Registration Statements is a condition precedent to our ability to sell the shares of Common Stock subject to these subsequent Registration Statements to K&J under the Investment Agreement. Even if we are successful in causing one or more Registration Statements registering the resale of some or all of the shares issuable under the Investment Agreement to be declared effective by the SEC in a timely manner, we will not be able to sell shares under the Investment Agreement unless certain other conditions are met. Accordingly, because our ability to draw down amounts under the Investment Agreement is subject to a number of conditions, there is no guarantee that we will be able to draw down any portion or all of the $20,000,000 available to us under the Investment Agreement."
Hence the $100k they won't ever see $20 million even doubt John Vu has that type of money.
For some apparent reason they've yet to resolve the "grey" issue. If they would get this bitc$ current, MM's can quote this shit and hesitant US investors (due to grey status) can and will participate. For some reason they just aren't in a hurry to do anything about being on the grey...wonder why...it's something they aren't willing to tell us.
By the way, Hello Hiroller. LOL
LOL.
He made those unrealistic comments before the lawsuit was filed by Oasis. Ted, Emmett Furla and MoviePass are toast. Hard to believe that Emmett Furla let Ted ruin their reputation. Sleep with the devil get bad results.
No one is bidding on this POS. They have nothing to bid on except a lot of debt and legal issues.
LOl. I'll continue to post then just to make you happy. When this POS drops and Jimmy can't provide any hard numbers that Bizright is worth what he stated, watch the stock drop.
Company only has $34,000 cash. Stock way overpriced.
"I put my life on this play, no doubt"
No wonder you're here pumping 24/7
Good luck, I won't interfere with your plan to sucker newbs into giving you their money. Lol
Not really. Only if I'm bored. LOL
Soon I'll stop posting on IHUB, this is really entertainment for me. GL
You know what I have to say is this ran up before only to make it's way back down to .0101...same thing will happen again.
I've seen this POS hit .017 only to come back down...SMH
Fluff. Back to unchanged or down by the end of the day
Lmao! Look at Jimmy's filing history. Always follows up a shitty Q/K with a fluff 8k. Hope the SEC notices his trend.
As significant as a breakout board position. Lol
Only thing significant is the pps.
