It was mailed. Usual BS, the vote is today so they mail it out so people get it the day before the vote. Although the packet indicated there would be no vote due to the preferred share holders had enough votes to pass without the common shareholders

FYI. I just received a shareholder packet for Mediant through Etrade stating there will be a 1000:1 reverse split and a company name change. I'm sure most people already heard since the company issued this in early September.
