XPeng Is Doubling Capacity. It Expects to Sell More Electric Vehicles
Chinese electric-vehicle maker XPeng announced plans for more capacity Wednesday. Its American depositary receipts are rising as a result.

The company announced it signed an agreement with a Zhaoqing Smart EV Manufacturing Base expansion project that will boost capacity to 200,000 units annually from 100,000 units. The Zhaoqing base is located in Guangdong province.
