For CTC longs. Do you remember this page from the CTC company presentation?
Does it look familiar to this:
http://www.eunrg.com/product_4.htm
A few thoughts after reading the PR and doing some investigation.
Thought 1 - There is significance associated to all the detail given in the PR regarding tech info on turbines and business/orders to consummate in Jan 2006. Business will go down in january and CTC will be a part of it.
Thought 2 - There may be more to this than just CTC Wind. There is also the TTC portion of CTC. Imagine a wind farm and the associated transmission lines where all the elements are manufactured by one company (CTC-EU Energy). All that is needed is someone to run it and either sell the juice or lease the equipment and lines to a utility and collect rent on the energy. Sounds like TTC to me.
Thought 3 - There is no reason for EU to display CTC products on their web site if this hasn't progressed to a very developed state.
Thought 4 - And the CC people think they could better manage CTC? Pretty funny!
Last thing - for those of you who have visited CTC in Irvine check out the video on the bottom of this page at the EUE web site. Does this remind you of a scale model that sits in the lobby? If you've been there you know what I am referring to. http://www.eunrg.com/product_4.htm
This is a very good day for all longs and a testimony for the ability of some people to understand a big picture and leverage.
Here's some info on FKI, DeWind and Eu Energy:
A division of FLI, FKI Energy Technology is in the turbogenerator, pump, transformer, switchgear, etc business. They had acquired DeWind, a manufacturer of wind turbines, and weren't able to make the business fly. So they withdrew from the wind energy market and sold DeWind it to EU Energy for 75,000 Euro in Feb-05. While part of FPI DeWind had operating losses of 12.6 million Euro on sales of 48.3 million Euro in 2004-2005.
I see CTC press releases are on the EU Energy news page on their website and CTC products are on their product page, including ACCC and a picture of the long proposed CTC wind tower.

Good article on DeWind:

Looks like GNBT made the turn after consolodation. Still plenty of room to run.
Oh, I agree with you 100%. I kinda call the "many deals in the mill" the Halo Effect from the AEP/PC. It was funny in court how CTC's detractors mistook the CTC/GC potential customer list as an order list and how that then permeated into "expect these orders after BK exit" by CTC followers.
My experience with potential customer/orders forecasts in non-commodity items (and at this point ACCC definitely does not qualify as a commodity) is this...90% wrong, 10% right and chances are your next order will come from someone who's not on the list. I have been forecasting non-commodity items every month for 10 years - they are never close. It's pretty much a "here are the guys we visited, plus the guys who showed an interest at a trade show, plus the guys that called for samples" list.
The important list is the one where $$$ has been spent by the utility for engineering analysis for towers, connectors, transformers, cable, etc and the utility has the go ahead on the project from their local regulatory people.
craps - I don't post on RB. Feel free to copy it and put it over there if you want.
That board is really screwed up, and not just the people. Point in case - CTC is still CPTCQ on RB.
I pretty much had it when they went down for a while plus who wants to read all the junk. 15 posts a day are more than enough for anybody.
CTC PPS - Message to share holders
A share price is the result of only 2 things:
1. Supply
2. Demand
CTC Supply:
Fact, litigation shares have increased the supply. However, CTC has very few shareholders and the bulk of the shares (over 80%) are held by longs (at most 100 shareholders) who don't trade them. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part these 100 hold their shares.
CTC Demand - Perception is reality in the stock market. CTC has been through the worst, things will only improve despite CC's efforts otherwise. Demand will come based on positive events. It won't take much to make that happen. Perception can change very rapidly. Current perception is wait and see - therefore demand remains low.
Current PPS - It's controlled by litigation shares coming out (supply goes up) without a change in company perception (demand is flat). Volume stays low until buy points are reached for CTC bargain collectors and a few day traders. On light days PPS can be affected by Raging Bull followers who buy and sell based on emotion. As this plays out over time the PPS slides but the shares go from weak hands to strong hands who keep the shares out of the market, thus decreasing supply.
Future PPS - Will be controlled by positive events (demand goes up). Perception will rapidly change and getting a piece of the pie will be harder (supply goes down). This affect will compound as litigation shares disappear. This may not take long. Don't forget that CTC has had a number of days where 1+ million shares are traded. Also, demand can go up rapidly without positive events based on CTC presentations to potential large shareholder/institutions that understand where CTC is headed.
Future press releases and events:

Move off OTCBB to larger board (NADAQ under rule 4420b when $5 pps is reached)
Wild card:
Fact - State Grid wants ACCC. China politics gets figured out and 500 km orders start flowing.
NVAX - blowdaphuckup, anybody hear of news? Strange behavior on boosh!
Cuda - Check again - I believe financing is at .38 a share with warrants at .45 and .55. 0.40 is around the corner.
WGH is the man who organized the reverse merger for TTC to become CTC. He is not involved nearly as much as he was prior to the reverse and in the year after but still owns some shares. He DEFINITELY would not give those interested in taking over CTC a second thought and has no affiliation with them.
avatar - patsy is not affiliated with CC. Early on they contacted him, prior to BK, to spew hate and talk BK.
patsy was one of the 50+ who were represented in the open letter to the judge to disregard CC. FWIW - Even if they had BA support they don't make the grade. And that is a very LARGE IF.
gold - BA has not been active in day to day management since he was replaced as COO by Brian Brittsan. See 1/11/05 PR. He has been an ambassador with utilities/commissions, etc. and has dealt with the poor health of a close family member.
I prefer news from the company or their partners, not a bulletin board.
patsy - Schmuks will do whatever they can to get what they can.
Silent - Thanks for coming out of silence. It's good to see people with courage say "no" to those that have nothing but personal agendas.
kids - You are really losing it! What the f%^# does my post have to do with Slowplugs? Are you Slowplugs? You only get yourself in to trouble when you start using multiple aliases.
You really don't know me so don't try to tell me whether you think I'm cocky. Besides, what's cocky got to do with letting people know CTC isn't in the habit of publishing fluff PR's? BW has been a stickler for keeping PR's limited to material events. Good, bad or indifferent that's the way it has been and most likely will be with him at the helm.
If you want to get the status on CTC you can pick up the phone and talk to IR or read SEC mandated progress reports found in k's, q's and annual reports.
As far as CTC "is going to try to explain the difficulties of doing business with the utilities" - that's old news, if investors took the time to read what BW has published they will see he has been saying that for a long time.
As for iHub - what in the world would someone find in your post to delete??? You and others seem to think B Dog and iHub moderators restrict what is said here. All they do is follow the terms of the iHub board. The terms are no different than RB. The difference is here you actually communicate with the moderators and they take quick action.
Your strange post:
Derx you are too cocky with your position. Slowplugs is a good person. A small investor trying to understand why he lost with this company. Don't lower yourself!
Slow has been doing a lot of DD. He learned the hard way, don't believe what is being posted by the most knowledgable posters!. And yes he plans to the read the 30 plus page, summary of business, at the beginning of the10 K.
Seems CTC is going to try and explain the difficults of doing business with the utilities.
Well I suppose you have lost much more, I don't know if thats a good thing or bad!
B DOG you have a great board, this will be my last post. Please don't delete.
NVAX - KaBooosh
avatar - Both events are quite newsworthy from JC and CTC perspective!
The Pacificorp stringing will get a PR but CTC must wait for Pacificorp to approve it. This could be a while since the PR for the initial sale took a little while. I wonder if Warren Buffet reads PR's that contain info on Pacificorp?
AEP will definitely get a PR. I am not sure if they are done yet.
Report from San Antonio...
...PLENTY OF LOVE to go around for CTC and GC from AEP and other utilities in attendance. I understand it was a very nice presentation. Basically some classroom discussion/info followed by a tour out to the site.
From AEP to shareholder in attendance, "this is just the beginning!".
I agree, I think comprehension is an issue. He didn't understand my post and obviously doesn't understand CTC and the relationship with Goldsworthy.
I understand the K should be out within days. K's and Q's are the proper vehicles to deliver a "State of the Union" address. Shareholders hungry for info may have to resort to reading one.
sloplugz - Composite Power was a precursor to Transmission Technology Corp (TTC). TTC was CTC prior to going public through the reverse merger. B Arrington was at CP and CP amounted to nothing. He left CP, got together with B Wilcoxon, and together they made TTC happen.
From the areburner, "Ishot-myself-i-the-ass-" dept:
"Cornerstone Composite Corporation has no affiliation, whatsoever, with a church sect or group. Hard for you guys to understand this tough concept?
OK then, who from the chosen ones came up with the name Cornerstone? And what was their inspiration? Be honest cause the answer is quite apparent to those who know. No doubt they have regrets about it.
I don't know anyone believes CCC is a legal religious organization, however stimulus for the name is another thing.
OT - I have no problem with religion - as long it's tradition isn't rooted in the last 20 years.
Stupid post from RB by watchdog sd:
"I wouldn't count on a McAuliffe surrendering."
He has no need to surrender, he's not in the fight. He was not invited to the party! You guys are regular Don Quixotes.
XSNX - Out, was a great ride!
gold - There are no issues regarding the testimony! What was presented was a forecast, it's not a contract, it's not a commitment, it's a forecast by salespeople that comes from customer interaction.
It's potential sales, some of it pending, but not all. It's a tool in the organization for planning. Forecasting isn't easy with an emerging technology that is nowhere close to a commodity. It's very easy for GC to forecast ACSR sales, they have years of history. It's very difficult to forecast ACCC sales, there is no history, just input from customers and sales people that deal with them.
In the case of GC and CTC it is used to communicate status with various projects.
Gold - It didn't start with CC posting, it started back with ST and XF (ex CTC partners). Together they worked a plan - CTC had no interest - so CC tried and still tries to sell it on RB. ST & XF plus the original CC posters have disappeared on RB (maybe - but doubtful based on the company line). Their pets have posted recently - and in their words they use RB to sell it cause CTC won't listen/respond. In their twisted way (just like issuing their PR) they think CC activities are "material" and need to be announced to the SEC.
When someone posts in their support I will respond. Personally I don't think the main man is "Cornerstone" religious, others are. It's ironic in a town the size of Hudsonville a church with the name of Cornerstone is located just a couple of miles from Cornerstone's supposed address.
In general the same, from the picture you could say this looks like the CTC equipment. But critical differences are:
- fiber materials / percentage mix
- adhesive composition
- dies
News machines will be quite different in how the material is pulled through - to the layman though you couldn't tell from a picture.
XSNX - A contest contenda PR boosh

well put!
That big cable is moving on up as we speak - expect some good news out of CTPC next week to keep up the mo
The Tarbox litigation issue should have been settled this morning, AEP installation begins tomorrow in texas with a 3-day open house for other utilities (over 20 from around the country and some int'l) to watch AEP linemen execute the hanging (perhaps a bad choice of words based on today's death sentence news), and the Pacificorp installation will be completed.
The future Conan? The future is now with EP! A video iPod - u are stylin! U got any of that Widespread Panic loaded yet? http://www.widespreadpanic.com/
If you like em check out the 2005 Farm Aid concert being played now. Acutally one of the best Farm Aids I've seen with the exception of Dave Matthews - I've had just about enough of Gravedigger!
mgy - here is the PDF I was referring to. This is the ACCC proposal made by the engineering firm:
http://www.electricitycommission.govt.nz/pdfs/submissions/pdfstransmission/pdfstransalt/Composite-Te...
mgy - Did you find the PDF file from that proposal with all the charts? It is the best document I've seen that shows the value proposition of CTC. If you did you could post the link. I have the PDF but don't know the url link.
Expect that to happen after the qtr end - early 2006 depending on interview progress.

More of the same from CC:
Areburner post to Patsy:
"CC wants the ability to protect its interests. If that means control, so be it. It has absolutely no confidence in BW's ability to continue to run CTC."
You have no interests because you have no business relationship with CTC and you have no shares. Please don't forget 24 million friendly CTC shares showed up in BK court to protest the existence of CC and support CTC management. Last time I checked that's at 24 times more interest than CC. Sorry.
"...that would act ethically -- and not make litigation a way of life."
You have to beat the flies off this statement. Talk about ethics. Again, don't forget the zealot thinks he defines ethics and his bad behavior doesn't count. This is the same group of guys who tried an end around CTC with CTC's China agent and CTC's China customer. The same guys who threatened to "blow the whistle to the SEC" on CTC management if CTC didn't buy their plan and they won't make litigation a way of life??? Ha ha, CTC turns you away, you threaten litigation and you hire a lawyer to litigate against the BK proceedings.
areburner post to derx:
"In the very near future, CTC will be requiring additional financing. Your candy-coating of this situation won't negate the need. Unless you have $10,000,000 ready to commit to this company, which I might add is many times what you state is your current commitment, you should ease your attempts to scare that caliber of financing away. Look in the mirror so that you can plainly see (using a phrase coined by you), "who is short in the pants?"
Who's candy-coating it? Are you Don Quixote, concocting fiction so you have something to rail against? I have never stated CTC won't need financing. Everyone knows Lane is at the ready to provide financing. So are others, including me if CTC opens up a PPM. Did I state my current share commitment to you? How much is many? As far as short in the pants, care to compare my shares to all of CC's?
"I'm sure that you will still have your flunkies cheer your every lye."
Sorry bud, no lies, just the facts, plus my opinions. By the way - speaking of misguided statements, do you have a response to my post to you regarding your misstatement of material events.
areburner has no shares, all he has is CC self-interest. Zealots think they know what's best for you - here's one for sure!
More CC nonsense comes from the areburner RB post to jmnbma regarding the CC letter to BW-
Does anyone doubt the goofy letter from TM to BW. Hell no, no one doubts CC is BEGGING to do business with CTC. BUT THE VAST MAJORITY DON'T WANT CC TO BE INVOLVED WITH CTC AND CC DOESN'T GET THE PICTURE!
areburner lie / myth:
PS: Apparently, BW feels that the appropriate way to respond to CC's significant offer, is to have his friend, Derx (an original investor, but no official title or corporate capacity) lye, bash, embellish, and mislead this and other boards about the actual record. The irony in this is that Derx accuses CC of solely conducting responses on RB, when in fact, this and other letters demonstrate quite convincingly that this is CTC's strategy. Check Derx's postings on the dates of the abovementioned letters. You will see that his most libelous attacks appear immediately following BW's receipt of these letters. This is by no means a coincidence. It is apparent to me that he has been employed by BW to zealously engage in a smear campaign -- all to protect BW from having to face these hard questions. Very interesting...
Fact: If CC and their lackeys didn't show up on RB trying to plead their cause we wouldn't be having this discussion. None of my actions relate to CC letters written or presented to CTC.
Once again for those who don't know the time line:
- ACTS and CC are good buddies.
- ACTS was contacting CTC shareholders to inform them of CC's plan. CTC was not aware they were consorting behind CTC's back.
- Myself and a few other shareholders at the request of CC met with them to hear their plan. We disagreed with the CC approach.
- When CC got wind of the successful BK financing they tried to present their plan to CTC. Now, how did we hear about this?
- Because CC showed up on Rb and told the world. They didn't find any friendly believers. Shortly after all the old CC and ACTS RB aliases scurried. They hate the light.
- Then we followed CC progress from Trip Dad's posts and others who attended the early BK proceedings. An investor friend who attended was kind enough to deliver the CC documents filed in court to me. The documents detailed the plan - no different than when I originally met with them.
- Totally unrelated to CC...when the judge delayed the BK financing due to the 15 day disclosure rule the BK financing was in doubt. This is not public knowledge... without informing CTC I contacted a few CTC investors and others to see they would invest while CTC was in BK. All said they would participate. I then sent an unsolicited letter of commitment to BW to raise money for CTC. If the Lane financing wasn't approved we were ready to help. (Oh, we have no desires of placing board members or getting 1.20 shares. I am not upset that CTC didn't consider our offer a material event and I certainly didn't post our offer on RB to get support.) CTC was appreciative and asked if the letter could be entered into testimony if needed.
- When the financing was approved CC filed another objection. That was the limit for me and I decided purely on my own accord to protest as I very strongly believe CC has 0 rights to any consideration from CTC. I value my shares and put them on the horse who got us this far (further than 3M). I did not want any of the people affiliated with CC affecting my investment! I wanted to make a statement to the BK judge in support of CTC and against CC so I contacted CTC's BK attorney and asked them if I could speak. Due to the lateness of my request they suggested I hire an attorney as the judge at that point most likely wouldn't recognize me in court. So I forwarded my statement to fellow CTC investors I know. They liked what it said and some shared it with others. Some felt strongly enough to write their own. Within 48 hours after I sent the statement we rounded up signatures from about 50 people representing over 24 million shares. I hired an attorney who presented my statement to the court.
- The statement was a bit of a shocker to CC. The AQ attorney was funny, he asked me if I got the signatures from posting on RB, most likely a reference to CC using RB to plead their case.
PPS: If there still are any Doubting Thomas's on this board, please contact directly BW, the addressee, or any and all of the three cc'd offials.
No one doubts attempts by CC to try to get CTC to consider them. CC is taken seriously only by them and areburner (his new alias - remember he said he has posted before - any guesses as to who he is?).
FWIW - areburners complaints come straight out of the written argument presented to the court by CC. Same old line.
