Watch the MM's manipulate the spread here. Selling volume and they raise the Ask, spread currently at .07 x .08. They are looking to slow down the buying, thus creating the illusion of fear.

MM's tried to fake me out....

I had a Buy order in at the open at .075. They dropped down and gave me 360 shares, then raised the Ask up to .09. The buggers tried to get me to chase it but I didn't. Eeventually the price came back down and they filled the rest of my order.

What a bunch of suckas, lol

Watch for Weasel Clauses in the Promissory Note. It's standard procedure to add lot's of weasel clauses.

Lawrenzo, do you happen to know if the A/S has been raised recently, or where we can find out? If the company is not dumping shares, or planning to, it would seem that something has spooked the investors.

Someone has been pounding the Bid, and there has to be a reason for it.

Sounds like a compounding problem for Merrill, the question is why is Brian mucking everything up by temporarily losing the capital for SYNJ? It's like he is in a position to stick someone to the wall and he doesn't even realize it, lol

TDAmeritrade Dividend Update.....

I spoke with TDAmeritrade's Dividend and Re-Organization department this morning, and I asked the guy what in the heck is going on with the Divy's that we never got in October 2009. He had to go talk to the backoffice department, then he called me back just now. The guy said that they are having a problem with the "Agent" and they have not gotten all the dividends from them. They have some of the dividends but not all of them.

I said what agent, the Transfer Agent? He said, he didn't know, the backoffice guys wouldn't tell him, all he knows is it is a 3rd party service. So I said what could be taking so long? and he said, it seems there is a problem getting the certificates for all of the shares, and they can't pay the dividends until the whole issue is resolved.

I asked him if this type of thing happens on a regular basis, and he said, no, this is an unusually complex case. He doesn't know when this will be resolved, but he said the backoffice guys have been working it for a long time, and they continue to try to resolve it.

So there you go, sure seems like there is something fishy going on if they can't get the certificates for all the shares. Sounds like there could be a major short out there and they can't reconcile the legitimate shares from the shorts, therefore, they can't pay the dividends. Just speculation on my part.

Good post RJ, and I'm sure a lot of investors agree with you. I was willing to catch the falling knife a few times, but I'm going to sit on the sidelines for a while now.

I haven't been in this stock for a long time, but I've done a lot of research on it, and there is a clear pattern of management's inability to execute.

One thing that has always bothered me is the way they issue PR's, like it's in the form of a personal letter to someone, and then they PR it. It's a bit on the cheesey side if you ask me.

Anyway, I'm going to hang out for a while and see what transpires, we're at the bottom of the trading channel now, if history is any guide, so we'll see if we can hold where we are.

The BID is gaining some strength in terms of number of MM's.

I picked up another 100K at .005 this morning. The 10-Q looked pretty good in terms of reduced expenses, etc. I believe they are heading in the right direction. If they do secure the $5M growth capital, we should be off to the races!

Interesting thoughts but....

The company is the one who paid the $45K for the promotion, typically companies provide the money to an Escrow Agent, and they pay the money to the promoter, that's how thay can say a "3rd party" provided the funds. Kinda sneaky but that's the way it works in a lot of cases. Nobody else really has a vested interest in paying $45K to promote this.

No matter what the case, the ROI on the $45K was pretty dismal, lol

I would agree that there was dumping into the promotional pump, but I'm not so sure it was the company. If they are in the process of acquiring a $5M non equity/non dilutive loan, it wouldn't make much sense to dump more shares unless they had to come up with some quick cash to secure the loan.

I think ETNL has a good shot at becoming a player in the markets, but it depends on the ability of the CEO to execute.

I'm still pretty exited about the prospects here and I will be nibbling som shares here and there.

Thanks for the info, quite interesting actually. The Gold debate has been going on for decades, and it is fun to follow. There are good arguements both for and against.

The moral of the story? Gold has been a losing investment for over 100 years.

I thought so too, unfortunately attempting to accurately chart penny stocks is usually an exercise in futility, but it's better than flying blind altogether.

Looks like some downward pressure again today, hopefully it's only temporary.

If the past 2 months of trading are any indication, it looks like we are at a reasonbly safe entry point for those who are interested in accumulating. You might be able to get some fills near .005 or just below, but it probably won't be easy to buy a large amount of shares (200K or more).
