As an entrepreneur as well as an investor one must understand that the investors provided D'Couto the opportunity to keep NEAH power afloat for 13 plus years.
Just as Petrovic was given the opportunity to work on R&D with the powerchip.
It is therefore hypocritical to believe that D'Couto has a greater stack in this than the original investors.
It's unfortunate that D'Couto has disenfranchised his coworkers as well as his investors.
Litigation appears to be in his future.
That is correct! D'Couto's behavior does parallel the behavior of Elizabeth Holmes. Being secretive in nature is not a favorable characteristic for an entrepreneur.
The buzz word in the startup industry and all other industries today is "Transparency".
The lack of transparency should make any current or future investor suspicious!
The fact that you appear to have sufficiently more information about these power plants being built throughout the world than I do is concerning.
Credibility is one of the keys to being successful as a startup. D'Couto has lost a almost all of his credibility with investors and investing institutions in the USA. Rebuilding his reputation here should be a primary motivator for him and his company to be transparent. The current litigation involving his patents also should have everyone concerned.
Medals can be detracted and companies can fail but a man's stature in life should and always be based on how he works with those who supported him.
Clinical Trials and FDA approval are for medical startups not batteries.
Tesla will be sending people to Mars by the time xnrgi builds a testable battery.
IMHO.
Over the years I have been involved with many startups. Life expectancy of a startup is more directly related to how disruptive the technology is as well as how deep the pockets of their investors.
The Theranos startup ran for years shrouded in secrecy and supported by big names and deep pockets despite being a callosal failure.
Xnrgi is also shrouded in secrecy for reasons that currently are not adequately explained!
Many a loyal investor here has been isolated and sold out while these guys toil away the years planning ways to get rich. We have to get are news through second hand sources track down our remaining shares and waste time on this site.
The recent patent debacle doesn't surprise anyone here. Another day in the life of dystopic startup.
On top of everything else many "can do" companies are working diligently to make the powerchip a nonissue!
Electrek: Tesla patents new longer lasting battery with better performance and cheaper cost.
https://electrek.co/2019/09/13/tesla-patent-battery-cell-better-performance-cheaper/
I've worked in both Research and Development in both the corporate and academic level.
I have multiple patents.
So far all that Xnrgi has produced is a bunch of "exciting" videos, a totally failed business plan on fuel cells, a large number of angry investors, and most recently a powerchip patent that is embroiled in a patent suit.
14 years and running! Nice track record for saving the world!
In that same period of time Tesla became a multibillion dollar company that changed the world!
This isn't a year old startup! This company in the form of NEAH/Xnrgi has been around at least 14 plus years.
The just can't seem to get their heads out of their sigmoid colons. Lol
Funny how clueless these guys are.
By the way Chris me and all those school kids in Africa are still waiting for the fuel cells for our NEAH battery packs. Lol
After reading these last few post one can begin to realize why D'Couto and friends feel entitled to cheat their investors.
1) D'Couto was not the researcher who developed the initial silicon fuel cells. His knowledge and contributions are unknown.
2) The only reason you sue over a patent at this point in the process is because you haven't been adequately monetized for your contribution. The goal is maximum damage.
3) The years of secrecy and undervaluing of shares less than 2 million stinks of maleficents.
Ultimately this approach of maletreating investors and major technical contributors is a pattern that can only be offset with litigation.
That's easy! Us!
I don't think we'll hear anything about the conclusion here. First it's going to take years to get to court and I doubt that will ever happen. It's going to get settled with money and nondisclosure agreements.
This also correlates with my suspicion that all this secrecy is for litigious reasons.
Been there myself. One company I worked for had me sign an agreement with a 5 year post employment patent clause.
The bottom line here reflects more of a redistribution of stock in my opinion. Nobody goes to court if they are handsomely rewarded.
The bottom line is that he didn't agree with the transition.
Unless your worried about her ex husband killing you. Lol
My guess is they are staying under the radar for legal reasons. Don't want to be too successful with a risk of being exposed for legal suits. Lol
And that may eventually happen regardless of how secretive they decide to be anyway.
At this one can only wonder, why all the silence!
Old though!
Can you give us more details?
This is in their backyard! They need to get in on this project which would give validation!

No evidence of a xnrgi battery powered Lambreta!
We need an interpreter.
Don't see anything new there.
Yes I located shares and received documents to that effect.
As for the reference to the planets in the solar system. Not so much!
So I spent the last day and a half tracking down my xnrgi shares with fidelity and the transfer agent.
This is not a trivial task so take the time to do it otherwise your shares may just disappear!
Secondly the transfer agent had no news for me regarding the company xnrgi.
It might be another of those 2 week deals where we wait 2 weeks to hear about news which has already been posted. Lol
News is already leaking out here and there. Typically they just renounce what we already know.
Yep that's what it says 600 grid type batteries. More detail would be nice.
Yep more of the same!

Just one review of the battery in a phone or garmin!
My fidelity account also has dropped that account.
I did receive notification by mail.
Now up to 16 employees!
Problem with that is that it would make D'Couto and friends the richest people on earth!
Updates:
1) up to 15 employees
2) video now indicates that powerchip will be deployed in 2019! That's this year not next!
Spin
All that plus 2 bucks will get you on the nearest bus to nowhere.
Went over the white paper. Only one others are reprints. They are still focused on R&D, 2020 powerchip has a different design.
The big question will be the IPO. If there only selling licensing agreements why would they need an IPO? More R&D or to sell board members shares?
Maybe a final exit strategy?
The people with the licensing agreements will have to sell the hype. Which shouldn't be hard to do if Xnrgi has a solid state battery by 2020.
Yep, The Mercedes is gone. More cell phones on the video.
Looking at the Xnrgi web site.
Isn't the Board of Directors page new?
There is also currently a fair amount of academic corroboration of xnrgi's main specifications.
