Good luck otcm is not helpful in general. I use Fidelity advanced charting in the Active Trader desktop app also Think or Swim mobile app has great charts for the phone for TDA both keep all my studies and I can save them.

Once filings are up to date the CE will be removed. They said worked out with the SEC the ridiculous reason they were suspended so as any company now can get current and trade again with new rules.

Was delayed due to form 10 being submitted Nov 8th, today it would be effective. I have also heard they may need an entirely new form 10, not sure would think amended would be fine.

I am guessing some of the bid got pulled because they going to slap the ask towards end of day. Fingers crossed next week is the week we were looking for in December, but everyone saw huge loss number and no cash flow positive numbers nothing happened but the quarterly coming up will include up to end of November.

Unfortunately there was much confusion and delay, company revoked form 1, filed from 10 instead on Nov 8th, 60 days from then Form 10 for $TYDE will become effective, new record date, ex dividend and distribution date have not been communicated and with the new form 10 impossible to make those dates. If they planned to file the record date 60 days after effective, the new date looks like January 7th for dividend record date since they filed on Nov 8th (on or about of course).

That's right just under a million dollars a month in tranches. I suppose since it's at .0006 they will look to pump each month then dump it back down and continue in the pattern of the old company. I suppose when they are done they will reverse split sometime next year.

This is misinformation at least about the acquisition part. This is a reverse acquisition. Offering also completed, I believe they used the funds to pay all the debt off.

It will be clearer when the period end 11/30 quarterly comes Jan 14th.

Annual came 12/14 period end 8/31 pretty amazing for a trip stock imo, but didn't meet peoples expectations I suppose. Quarterly period end 11/30 is due Jan 14th. I would think they change y/e to 12/31 and file their audited annual in April.

Happy holidays everybody hopefully $NECA and all the other OTC bottom plays run hard this upcoming year. Taking a break from posting and my phone through Christmas, maybe here and there, but definitely taking a break from negativity and really the disappointment here that management had a golden opportunity to let everyone know about there financials, reiterate their opinion on reverse split and maybe tell us more about the plans with the AS, I believe it will be used for shareholder value.

Quarterly due mid month, maybe we will get that type of PR then along with talked about acquisition.

Thought they would kickoff for sure, pr on fins, another letter to shareholders more in tune with the AS plans and reverse split concerns just because of SS, it isn't evident to the average penny trader investor that if no toxic notes no need to worry about reverse splits. So could have addressed like every other pig does by saying we will only reverse split for price requirement to uplist to exchange etc.

Maybe they feel the revenues and acquisition talk for themselves, they certainly do for me.

Apparently Mr. Fair hasn't been part of the penny stock world but I am sure he just schooled here by the majority of the penny stock world by allowing JC to dump us to .0006 2 x and raise the AS without a word. What pissed off the OTC about this ticker they aren't buying this stock.

Thinking this is a hold here again till mid January, probably flipper .0006 to .001 -- sucks -- not what I was anticipating but it all comes to trust as much trust as you get in the OTC anyway, they shouldn't have raised the AS after JC dumped us to .0006 twice, trust was broken and now loyal $NECA holders have to pay the price and can only wait until market consensus changes here. As some others point out here name change, ticker change will do wonders.

New acquisition news could be the catalyst that moves this before y/e, we shall see, but as it stands now looking for more confirmation of 2021 revs and name change ticker change.

The next quarterly will show most of 2021 income as well. It is due Thursday January 14th, late would be +5 days.

They should also change y/e to 12/31 then file their audited 10-K to SEC in April, hope this all follows to plan.
