Good update, looks like no reverse split until uplist to NASDAQ within the next 24 months.

We plan to uplist to the NASDAQ within the next 24 months.

How do we plan to meet the price requirements to uplist?
It depends on where the price is at the time we prepare to uplist, 24 months is a long time, during which we will focus on keeping costs down and on our pipeline of acquisitions. We'll evaluate where we're at when the time comes.
