Supreme Announces Proposed Name Change and Additional Line of Business
SUPREME RESOURCES LTD.("Supreme" or the "Corporation")(TSX-V: "SPR") announces that it will, subject to regulatory approval, change its name to Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. in conjunction with its recent decision to pursue interests in pharmaceuticals or biomedical devices.
David Stadnyk, President, stated "The current management team of the Corporation has had highly successful experiences with finding and developing early stage pharmaceutical or biomedical devices, so given the moribund junior mining sector, we feel that if we can supply an additional line of business for Supreme, shareholders will benefit. Some of the pharmaceutical and biomedical companies that management has co-founded include Pharmaxis Ltd., Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (of which Mr. Tsafalas is currently a financial executive), and Praxis Pharmaceuticals. We have no plans to dispose of or shelve our mineral exploration properties, and will continue to work on them as the opportunities present themselves. In the meantime, we are evaluating several significant opportunities to advance on in the pharma field."
About Supreme Resources Ltd.:
Supreme Resources Ltd. is a junior exploration company with advanced base and precious metals projects located in producing mining districts of British Columbia, Canada. Supreme Resources’ goal is to increase shareholder value by developing exploration projects that have the potential of becoming new discoveries.

I was too busy today to try getting in contact with some at Supreme Pharm, but I'll try tomorrow. Hopefully, I get someone. If not, I'll again, first thing Monday morning.
Yes, sir! This is the basement, and we're aiming for the helipad!
Btw, I submitted a chart request on StockCharts for SPRWF.
The spike isn't what it seems. It's a new ticker & today is its first actual trading day. So today's percentage gain is theoretically invalid.
First trade = 0.0363
Current price = 0.045
Essentially, the day's percentage gain is currently 23.96%
So, you haven't missed anything. We're just getting started!
I'm still kicking myself to this day, when I look at FITX.
I sold it in the .003's back in Nov. for or a minor loss & thought it was gonna fading...took it off my watch list & all. Only to see it pop up some hundreds of percent one day in the last week of Dec. I thought "No way I'm chasing that...it'll run another day or 2 and settle down." Yeah, right! Blitzzzz! LOL
I called TD, before buying and they said it's a new ticker symbol & today is supposedly the first actual day of trading, which is why "N/A" is showing up as the percentage gain on my platform.
Essentially, today will be its first official close under this symbol.
Would be a very nice pay day, indeed!
Nah. I live in NC.
I missed multiple 10 baggers since January 1st (after CO recreational)...all because I wasn't on the pulse and didn't think it was gonna be THAT big of a deal to the market.
Boy, was I wrong. Since then, I've been watching everything in the industry & tickers mentioning marijuana/cannabis in the news feeds like a hawk.
Hopefully, there'll be some kind of Canadian blitz, after April 1st. If there is, I'm definitely not missing it or the potential one coming—when WA goes recreational, in the next 2-3 months.
I picked up a couple thousand myself too, btw. When the hounds catch wind of this, the moon shall be in our sights. :)
Health Canada is changing the policy on growing and selling MMJ, come April 1st. Patients will no longer be able to grow their own plants & will have to purchase product from agency regulated growers/dispensaries.
Interesting. Because I was looking at the percentage gain for the day and wondering why it said "N/A"...I guess that explains it.
I wonder how many other brokers are experiencing the same thing.
I am. Why?
Thanks. I did the same.
I'm probably gonna take a starter today & keep an eagle eye on this thing. If I find anything else, I'll definitely post it.
Good luck.
I am... I saw your post and was keenly watching L2 on this bad boy to see if the races were gonna start, but only saw 2 or 3 horses trot by. Lol.
Here's what I've found, so far:

The future is immensely bright here, brother. I can't wait to see how this all unfolds. VGPR will definitely be one of my long term plays - I'm talking years.
With Agri-Tech at the wheel, VGPR won't be in the minor leagues for long.

The operative dual-meaning word you used is: fundamentals.
Yes. Many folks trade "without knowing what they're looking at." Why? Because they don't trade based on a company's potential future or value (fundamentals). They trade strictly off of technical analysis.
They aren't term players, and most times don't do DD, so pending news isn't a primary concern of theirs. If anything, they trade after the news is released and/or momentum has already begun.
Lastly, the premiere "fundamental" of trading is: everyone trades differently, for different reasons.
I'm holding shares here & obviously don't like seeing sells, as well. But as a realist, I can appreciate your comment.
Good luck to you.
Not the FDA; the USDA and DOE (Dept. Of Energy).
Fair enough. But even 10,000 shares sold is a forfeiture of the "no dilution" claim being stated. "No dilution" and 'relatively small dilution'—drops in the bucket, compared to A/S—aren't the same thing.
Nevertheless, I, like you am in the market to profit. I have GDSM on my radar, and if I eventually see the value you do, I'll gladly hop aboard.
Til then, good luck.
7M on the Bid, eh. Nice.
Can someone rationalize why they believe the company hasn't/isn't diluting, when almost double the amount of shares were traded on 3/4, after 3/3, with an extremely long red candle?
Wait, and they also raised the A/S?
Maybe it's just me, but I think a seafood aroma is brewing.
Never mind. I see you already did, before I hit send on my reply. Thanks again for your efforts here.
This is some really thorough DD you got here, WK. Hopefully the new folks will take the time to absorb it and realize how solid things are for VGPR.
Make sure to sticky this.
Yes. That would hypothetically defeat the purpose; but many Pink sheet companies make forward statements & fail to deliver. In Feb. 7th's PR, the share reduction was projected to be completed "over the next week." It's been over a month now and that's still presumably incomplete.
Don't get me wrong. I like Chris and the business plan he's put together; but until confirmation is attained, getting overzealous isn't wise, in my opinion. You always have to remain level-headed, when it comes to Pink sheets.
Once again, I'm just accounting for as many variables as possible.
Good luck.
Not necessarily. The company could very well be selling a few thousand shares to the open market. It's possible - especially after seeing that big red candle on 2/27 (coincidentally, the day after the last PR).
I'm not fearmongering - just offering a variable to your hypothesis.
I sold my shares here 2 weeks ago. Upon seeing confirmation of the share retirement, news about sponsors/revenue, and/or how well the live news broadcast is, I'll reconsider taking another stake.
Good luck to all.
Anyone who takes the time to look into Joseph James' resume and/or contacts him about this joint venture, they'll see 2+2 equals way more than 4, when it comes to VGPR's future.
:)
Hey guys...
Don't forget, on last Tuesday, 0.007 wasn't the 'actual HOD' – it was .0054.
So .0055 is virtually where the blue skies begin.
Just a reminder, for those plotting 'actual resistance' and/or targets.
Have a good weekend.
Yup. I got in in the .002's, some I'm green now. But I can see myself holding for a while.
Good luck to you and thanks for your participation in spreading the word here.
Indeed.
You're welcome. Hopefully we can test it today and Mike releases a solid PR on Monday, before the bell, to extend this run.
Good luck to you, too.
And it's only the beginning! :)
No problem. Like I told Warrior, I'm more of a day/swing trader than an short term investor; but I'm really liking the extended potential here.
News on Monday (before open) would be a great extender of this organic momentum. Someone get Mike on the phone! Lol
Yes, sir. We're just getting started here. Much more to come, for sure.
I'm back with good news, guys.
Mr. James of Agri-Tech just returned my call and confirmed that the joint venture with VGPR is very much the real deal.
I asked him, "Why Vega Biotech? Why not partner with another company?" He said, "because we're both small companies and have common interests and goals." It's safe to say he believes in Vega's business plan and vision.
Mr. James also went on to tell me about an entrepreneurial competition Agri-Tech is currently a finalist in, called Global Social Venture Competition — the site for that organization is — http://www.gsvc.org
I also found another social initiative organization that ATP (Agri-Tech Producers) has been affiliated with, called The William James Foundation — this is the link to their site index, which lists ATP under A's — http://www.williamjamesfoundation.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=Page.ViewPage&PageID=1459
After speaking with Mr. James and seeing how many others see potential in ATP's patented torrefaction technology and endorse their social initiative, I'm very pleased.
Now, add that to ATP being at the helm of VGPR, and VGPR not being a dilutive stock, and the math equals increased shareholder value over the long term.
VGPR is going places!
