Reverse stock split must happen

US over-counter trading tightens reporting, other standards
Wed, Mar 26 16:15 PM EDT
NEW YORK, March 26 (Reuters) - OTC Markets, the operator of three U.S. over-the-counter equity markets, is rolling out tighter reporting standards and eligibility requirements for its venture-stage market to crack down on stock scams and bolster transparency, the company said on Wednesday.
On May 1 for its OTCQB market, OTC Markets will introduce a new minimum one-cent bid price requirement and will require the company's chief executive or chief financial officer to certify that its reporting obligations are current and that disclosures about shareholdings, officers and corporate profile are correct.
The bid requirement, in which stocks must have been quoted for at least 1 cent daily over a 30-day period or be dropped from the market, aims to ferret out companies that fall prey to dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotions, OTC Markets said.
OTC Markets also will charge a one-time $2,500 fee for new applicants and an annual $10,000 fee for companies trading on its markets.
Foreign companies that are listed on a qualified stock exchange and are current in their U.S. reporting obligations will be allowed to trade on OTCQB, OTC Markets' middle-tier marketplace. In the past, they traded on the lowest "pink" tier.
On Tuesday, the two most actively traded stocks on OTC Markets on Tuesday were French dairy products maker Danone SA and Swiss pharmaceuticals Roche Holding AG .
Trading volume on OTC Markets was 20.1 billion shares on Tuesday, about three times that of all U.S. stock exchanges and other trading venues. But the value traded, $1.4 billion, paled in comparison with the $263.4 billion executed on the other exchanges and venues, data from BATS Global Markets showed. (Reporting by Herbert Lash)
This is us. Can you say REVERSE STOCK SPLIT or this stock is dropped.

This means a lot of companies are going to be doing reverse stock splits real soon or get dropped. I love it
I will get in at its normal price of .0020 Will you put some more bait on my hook please...
Yes once patent is done and they get approvals to use drug for the Europe market. This wont ever hit the us if it come close the big boys would buy them out first.
This is just par for the course in sub penny land. Most all these stocks as you all know have no income at all and use stock to get income from selling. The patent that this company has applied for is just that a patent in no way does a patent validate a product it just protects it from others and is a prudent smart step to do. We need trials to start and positive feed back on those and that wont happen for a long time. I for one, sold today at .0015 because I feel I have plenty of time to pick this up all through 2014. We will for sure see this at .0010 or lower this week IMO. Don't get me wrong, this stock has potential long term but for me, I see faster money opportunities in other OTC stocks. I wont state on this board I feel that's disrespectful of current investors. From time to time I will buy 100k shares for $100 a month of MCET in hopes that in 5 to 10 years its @$1 a share. I am long on MCET but we need patience and lots of it.
It wont ever get to market big pharma will eat it up and destroy it like they did with so many others. We will get a buck or two per share big pharma spend like 6 to 10 billion on this. Cancer is over $100 billion a year business no way will this hit market. Just the cancer charities alone would buy this to destroy it.
Thats what I'm doing. This is a long term hold but $1 I think is low when everything is considered with other patents and things in the pipeline
You let me know how Yuma is in July... May I suggest, you pack lots of water..
You people would make more money being comedians. Planning a party on South Beach with the profits off BMSN REALLY? It’s more like you will be lucky to have motel 6 in Yuma, AZ eating the dollar menu from Mc Donald’s. The only person having party in Miami is Koos on his boat oh yes and with your money.
Well anytime when a new website goes live you have a lot of eyes looking at it maybe they had something spelled wrong a hyperlink off. Good to see this will be up soon..
That's not a day trader. Its E*trade with millions of customers just doing what the customers want. I don't know why people think that these are day traders these are brokerages buying and selling orders that customers place.
Website WHERE?? its under construction still...
Awesome dividend don't spend it in one place .0001 heheheh
12 million now
Almost 2 years. But remember once the patent is filed they have patent pending status and can still move forward with all the testing and the other things that need to be done. I predict by the time the patent is done or way sooner the big boys buy them out. No way can the worlds big pharma allow a cure for cancer. I seen an article about 4 years ago that cancer is over $100 Billion a year market and steadily growing unfortunately.
This company has many pokers in the fire. The patent can take about 22 months for this product in the USA not sure about other countries. I can almost guarantee this will hit Europe before the USA. Then one of the big boys will pick it up for sure. No way can MCET bring this to market without
the big boys smacking the hell out of them and buying it for billions.
Call and say hi...

Wrong VIORRA has patent on it. Nice try anyways...
Today is EX dividend date so you had to own yesterday and you are free to sell today and still get dividend. But if you buy today you don't get dividends
This is normal..

In other developments, Easton Pharmaceuticals, as previously stated by the company, is presently in the process of drafting and executing, through their respective attorneys, a final definitive agreement towards its Medical Marijuana Initiatives. The Company apologizes for the many delays, but most have not been in the control of the company. Easton has been in negotiations with various companies, some of which have been disclosed, which has now been narrowed down to a joint partnership for the intended acquisition of up to 3 companies and property who have applied for MMPR licenses for all of Canada, been granted an approval to build out what are considered very large facilities as mandated per MMPR regulations and have been growing Marijuana for current dispensaries including the supplying of Marijuana for Research & Development to various institutions. All of which have added to the complexity of the negotiations. Easton Pharmaceuticals believes its patented transdermal delivery system can one day in the near future be used to administer drugs for the treatment of various ailments and conditions utilizing certain agents derived from Marijuana. As stated, it is the company's full intention on utilizing its cash position towards an acceptable agreement to enter into what is believed to be the bourgeoning medical marijuana industry.
