Actually, it is my opinion that these 5 and 6 million share sales we have been seeing the past few days are the shares that Chad and the boys sold in a PIPE to raise money back in January. I think that every time there is a peak, those folks will be dumping their shares.
About the authorized shares - Would someone who has access to the TA please update the share structure?
It would seem so. I thought that came with legal consequences?
Thanks for the link. It took me to a patent described as:
Can you please post a link to that processor? I wish to see what it says.
bear, if there was a lawsuit, I would believe you.
If there was a patent number that can be looked up, I would believe you.
If there was ANYTHING supporting your claims, I would believe you.
BUT THERE ARE NONE OF THESE THINGS.
Sorry bear, unless you can show some PROOF, it just won't fly! BTW, only a patent application can be not published. Once the patent is issued, it is open for all to view, which in the case of HLNT, Robinson or Foster, there is nothing to view!
Every time I hear that story the percentage goes up. Hmmmmmmmmm
You miss the point. HLNT has put a lot into their unit working on low amps that do not load the electrical system and that their "technology" is patent pending. I want to know if all of that is true or if it is a lie.
As to the other units that have been patented, I am not impressed at all because they use 35-50 amps and do not have a controller at all that matches the engine to the demand for hydrogen. Of course, neither does the one that HLNT has. Chad has let us know that he is looking for funding to create a controller that does that.
So, it looks to me that the first to create that controller wins the prize. As to why these other units have patents? Gee, I don't know. Maybe the folks that came up with them are proud of them.
Of course, don't forget that HLNT advertised that their unit gets from 6 to 18% increase in fuel economy, and Tyson was going to be happy with 2% and it could not even get that?
Those are all "so-called" "dry cells" and do not control anything. They create a ton of hydrogen and use a lot of amps. And, none of them were attributed to Robinson or Foster. So, I ask the question again, Does HLNT have a patent or is it just that Bear says that they do?
Shewdop, I have looked back then and cannot find where anyone actually found a patent. Now taking the names Mel Robinson and Charlie Foster, I have not been able to find any traces of it either. I did find where someone found something and asked if that was it, but it wasn't. Can you give me a link please? This is something I have been looking for and have not yet found. I would love to put it to bed for once and for all.
Looks to me like any effect of the good news is short lived.
When I called them a while back, I was told that there were a number of people that had already been approved and it would need to be one of them that calls so as to keep everyone from calling. Could one of the select few please call. I, also, would like to know the answer ...
When you take everything that these guys have NOT been doing and pile it all together, it sends out warnings too big for me. I do wonder about the folks that will say that each and every piece of this is no big deal. Lawsuits out the kazoo, abandoned trademarks, no patents, withholding taxes from workers pay and not depositing them with the IRS, A unit that cannot adjust to the changing demands of the engine, raising the AS shares by a BILLION SHARES. Gee, how many minor issues can there be before these guys are called to answer for it? And, since nothing has been sold in 2 1/2 or so years, just what were these employees doing all this time?
Redshirt8 ... The rumor I am starting here and now is that the lights are out all over HLNT land. As a result, no one can see their keyboard to type a message! In fact, I am using my child's lighted keyboard to type this note (she is not happy with me for that). I think that when someone a while back said for the last person to turn out the lights when they left, IT HAPPENED!
DOES IT REALLY WORK???????
When I went to Springdale, I saw a lot of grey boxes that made it look like things were happening. There has been a lot of discussion on this board about the units working and users wanting to buy more. It looks to me like the only unit that worked was the Wildcat which Chad says was inferior because it leaked and had other problems which have now been fixed. The new generation, the HY-Impact has failed one test and I guess we are maybe waiting on another test? No one has bought any even though we were led to believe that 10 different trucking companies were testing the unit. It looks like nothing has been sold in over 2 1/2 years. How is it possible that nothing has been sold when people are saying that it works? Can anyone give me a valid reason for this to be true? Perhaps we need to start selling the old Wildcat with all of its problems?
Care to share who is on your list of insider traders?
I have this feeling that Bear may be talking about something else ... SEC, FBI? How about it Bear, is my gut on track? Or is it the enchiladas I had for lunch?
Lets discuss that just a little, please:
Oh what a tangled web we weave ...
When first we practice to deceive ...
Has anyone noticed that the longer this goes on, the more discrepancies rear their ugly heads? And, it seems to be from folks that always contend that they know more about the company, situation, scam, or whatever than anyone else does. 15 min of fame, or the latest crime novel in the writing?
Music, I appreciate your point, but this is not medicine, does not require approvals, studies, etc. You plug it in, turn it on and it either saves you fuel or it does not. And, getting back to your medicine example, if it doesn't work, no one dies or is damaged for life.
That having been said, why are they not selling these while waiting on this alleged testing? Personally, I am not convinced that any testing is happening. It could be that they are still looking for someone to do the tests and this is just Chad's way of stalling for time. In either event, we know that the first test failed, but it was the fault of the unfair tester! We also know that testing is not happening right now at this time. Put it all together, it adds up to incompetence in my book.
There are TWO different Asa Hutchinsons. One is the X-Drug Czar that is running for Governor of Arkansas. The other is his son that has only been licensed since 2001, according to the Arkansas Supreme Court web site. Their lawyer is the younger one. It is incorrect to say that he is "aligned" with HLNT. He does what they ask and they pay his bill. It is that simple.
I did not say that it was a pump, but you do have to ask the question of why we should not chalk it up to incompetence. Maybe it is just a stall so that shares can be sold? I think it is time for a reality check:
In a previous release, Chad told us that a successful test would allow him to attract and investor. With that investment money, they would be able to develop a product that would then be offered for sale. So, is this test of a non-marketable product, what is the point?
Now we know that someone out there is supposed to be testing the unit for free. Why would they do that? And, we know that this "facility" has back-burnered it. IMO, they are not very interested in it.
But still, why is it that NO UNITS ARE BEING SOLD ANYWHERE? Isn't even the present thingy supposed to work with constant loads like pumps or generators? If it does, why would Joe Farmer wait on some elusive test to buy one? If it works at all, why can't it be sold to these applications?
Put all of that together and I have to agree that the real product here is shares and that time is the factor being manipulated. If you want to believe, then by all means buy buy buy so that the PPS will rise and I can unload my shares. Please ...
The only thing that I really get out of that release is that Chad is more than predictable and maybe even consistent in one way: IT IS ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT AND IT IS ALWAYS OUT OF HIS CONTROL. What kind of a manager is that?
Out of all of that, this is all that you can get of some merit?
You have got to be kidding ... Holy "gotta say something", Batman!
.0004! Is the coming news about the feds?
ROFLMAO!!!!! THAT is NOT what I saw while I was there. It would be nice if you would post pictures of the actual remodel instead of a cubicle. Having seen the remodel and having been given a tour by Chad himself, that picture is insulting to the discussion. THERE IS A LOT MORE!
The bid looks like .0005!
I thought you said the murderer plead guilty, not Bolt. I must have misunderstood what you were talking about.
So what did he actually plead guilty to?
Have you been to the office to personally verify that everything HLNT is gone?
How much does Chad's secretary (Executive Assistant?) get paid by HLNT to cut his hair and get him breakfast? If those are true facts then I would like to know the answer.
Your use of latin is laughable. If Chaddie wants to tell us something he will do so on either OTC or the AHS site just like he said he would. He has done neither. The fact that a well-wishing poster on here says anything is irrelevant to anything other than perhaps an investor's blood pressure, assuming that he believes the statement. The "weeks" comment is completely unverified and so it will remain. Eventually I anticipate that Chaddie will say something in an attempt to justify that no results have been released as promised. I am beginning to believe that it is all a delay tactic to move those 1 billion shares. I also anticipate that the delays will be presented to us as being out of his control and may even be the fault of the facility that is doing the testing. Perhaps that they will get around to it when they can and we cannot push them any faster. Right, that's the ticket. But then I only speak for myself which does not include your consensus of one. Overwhelming for sure!
But, I do think it is time for some real discussion of this "Testing" process. We have heard a lot about testing being required by big players. What has happened to the independent dealers and the small lot orders? Those are people who are in the best position to really want one of these. Those are the guys that have two choices to do with their fuel dollars: One is to pay for fuel, and the other is to feed their families. Why is it that no sales are going to the little guys? I understand, based on contacts I have made directly with several of the "former" dealers that HLNT does not have any units to send to them. They do not know why, but they all tell me that the same units are available from other sources who claim to be the true owners of them. I assume that is what some of the litigation is about. IF the true owners of the product are making it available, then why cannot HLNT? Personally, I think this goes to Chad's ability to manage assets and abilities. I also realize that posters on here have said that the units are not he same, but they can't say why because of an NDA. Garbage! Having seen the HLNT model and had the "other" units described to me and having seen pictures, I have no doubt but that the units are all the same with the sole exception that HLNT does not have any. I am concerned that this may be the real reason that there are no test results. After all, you cannot test what you do not have, can you? Even if you did test them AGAIN, why would the results be any different the 3rd or 100th time?
