OK, those are a few situations which you feel contribute to negative posting outside of short selling. Fair game

However, these same/similar complaints run parallel with just about every otc stock. So, are they all fighting off acquirers, dealing with monkey dick industry behemoths & day traders?

The common denominator shareholders attribute to negative posting is SHORT SELLERS.

Negative posting is a result of negative outlooks. I complained loudly about the TOXIC Series J Preferred. Even the CFO claimed it didnt exist until he was embarrassed to admit publicly it did and it was therefore being converted and eliminated. Notwithstanding the avalanche of criticism I took for those blindly believing it was untrue (because they were ignorant), does that make for a negative poster?

After years and years and years, Elite has finally barely crossed over the blade growth years and has arrived and an inflection point.

Hockey stick is a dream right now. Possible but so far Elite hasnt demonstrated such a ramp is in the works to date.
