I'm going to try and go. Doog you thinking of attending?
Well fwiw, cnbc is saying earnings before markets open Monday. Seems out of the norm for ipci. Fingers crossed. Lord knows we're due for something good eventually.
This I can see. They got a significant portion now. So when the buyer comes forward they can significantly sway the vote.
Ok so they can't execute those warrants with the current amount of shares they own?
Same. I'll wait till after earnings and then will phone I think
https://m.nasdaq.com/earnings/report/ipci
Says earnings is today. We'll see.
I'll challenge you to the steak cook off.
I got pretty good at it when I ate nothing but meat for 6 weeks :D
Did you read my post? In the paragraph I quoted from their last ER I'm pretty confident the sale of the division only includes their Internally manufactured generics. Not ones contracted by them to be manufactured. So IPCI would continue as it is making it and MNK would sell it still.
I'm waiting on confirmation of this from Andrew but thats how that paragraph reads to me.
If I had an answer I'd give it to you. Maybe try calling MNK investor relations and ask about the sale of the division and whats going on? They don't have a email for investor relations from what I can see.
I'm still waiting on an answer regarding whether the sale of the generic division affects ipci at all.
From the way its worded in MNK last ER it sounds like its only internally manufactured generics. Mainly their oxy divison.
"On February 22, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized commencement of a process to dispose of (1) the Company’s
Specialty Generics business comprised of its Specialty Generics segment, with the exception of its external manufacturing operations ."
I'm pretty sure IPCI would fall under their external manufacturing operations.
Mike from what I read in mnk last report, the sale of the generic division doesn't affect external manufacturing operations.
I got an email
I don't think the sale of the generic division affects those not manufactured by MNK. Its mainly their oxy product and others they manufacture. From the way I read it those not manufactured by MNK are business as usual.
Doesn't mean theyre doing well.. but they're not getting sold.
Seeing that the oxy product is their best generic is likely why they are having a hard time finding bidders.
I wonder if IPCI Management is aware of the people who recently bought into the company.
Wonder how that first suit played out
From MNK presentation.
On February 22, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized commencement of a process to dispose of (1) the Company’s
Specialty Generics business comprised of its Specialty Generics segment, with the exception of its external manufacturing operations
So when they say external manufacturing operations does that mean they're not selling rights to generics like the ones produced by IPCI? Are they essentially just selling their oxy division?
Hey guys quick question, might sound stupid even.
With MNK discontinuing the generic division and selling it. Is it still operating as normal for now until sold? Do they mean they're just not developing / partnering more generics? I can't see them getting any buyers by just shutting it down. What's really the process here? Just curious because I own shares in a more jr pharma that partnered several a generics with MNK and the sales results have been less than impressive.
A generic division making higher revenues would get more on the open market. Seems reasonable enough for me.
Wonder if Boyd would reply if we reached out. Wonder what his current thoughts are
It's possible sure. It would depend on what the score of base is and the compounds that make up the formulation. All I can say is I consume baking soda nearly daily without issues.
I think as a pain med.being taken as prescribed it won't be an issue though. It's the multiple pills that allow it to get to a level that has an affect. So it's likely the amount in a single pill is minimal.
It would take a lot to affect the stomach acid levels to the point of being dangerous. You can consume large amounts of baking soda with nothing more than gastrointestinal distress. (IE diarreha or bloating)
Baking soda is a base, ie neturalizes acids. Besides cooking athletes consume it for athletic benefits.
Obviously one doesn't know the exact make up of podras. But similar concept.
Likely cause podras isn't a drug in itself.
Great
Now the next thing is in June
In December 2017, we were notified by Nasdaq that the minimum bid price per share for our common shares was below $1.00 for a period of 30 consecutive business days and that we did not meet the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). We have a period of 180 calendar days, or until June 4, 2018, to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement. To regain compliance, our common shares must have a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days
I find cnbc.com has.more accurate ownership information than nasdaq
Curious what their excuse is for not getting gaining any market share
I don't think anyone is getting anything changed unless.one can get one of the major holders on board.. good luck with that.
Well I feel it was the best case of worst case scenarios.
The canceling of the ATM and going to a privet placement at least doesn't give those shorting access to easy shares. I wouldn't be surprised if part of today's action was shorts covering. They were probably hoping for another public offering / ATM.
You got your funds and hurt us longtime share holders in the process. Now management should lead by example and take a pay cut and deliver on some of there ope operational updates released earlier this year. Lord knows we can't afford millions in bonuses for andas that sit on the shelf with only 3.5 million raised.
Well looks like this might help.

Lol I drove buy a couple weeks ago it's still there rest assured
While they didn't inform us, there were some Canadian politicians and others on that trip in those photos. I'm not buying the conspiracy theories.
When is the next investors meeting?
They submitted Seroquel for Canadian approval I'm pretty sure
I really don't think you terminate this agreement unless you have something else in place for all 3 drugs. It might be best to wait and see who the buyer is. If they don't have any of those drugs then its a real incentive for them to push the sales of them.
Yeah... if that was done by Domenic I'd put little faith in that statement
I had to email him a few times to get a reply
If they were going to do an offering I think they would've done it by now. So im assuming some sort of news is near they're waiting for.
Or transfer them to registered accounts where they can't be loaned out.
Lol Vote me I live near by.
But seriously, when everyone gets their option to vote this year I hope they seriously think about it.
Try phoning. I find email is iffy but they do answer the phones.
I think we all feel the same as you. I emailed them trying to get clarification on this so I'll let you know what they tell me
