Thank you Greg!
K.. has no clue what hes talking about. The GIFT program is only a part of what the company is doing. He has in his mind that if the A/S increase passes that there just going to dump all those shares on the market and dilute the hell out of it. THAT IS NOT WHAT WILL HAPPEN!!! They want to have the shares available. that's all. So when they run across a deal that they want to take advantage of they can go over it with the board along side the CANX investors and if all party's agree that the deal is worth pursuing they can get the capital.
I think its a great deal and i think it protects the investors like us. if PHOT wants to pursue something the CANX investors have to approve the deal as well. we give them the shares they give us the capital. CANX isn't going to allow thier money to be used on a bad deal that will decrees share price.. there getting shares in exchange for there money. and CANX has restriction on how and when they can sell any of those shares. so even if a large deal is done and they receive a large block of shares those wont hit the market for quite some time.
Do you want to invest into a small limited company or one that want to go stake out the largest claim they can in this new industry.?? growlife will remain a very small company without the CANX deal!
Good observation !
I my self moved over from MJNA. still patting my self on the back for doing so.
PHOT
Great post Jermo71!! And to the point!
VOTE YES GO PHOT!!
Hunting! And loaded for BEAR! ;)
LMAO! Apostle your to funny!!
I agree very annoying.
cheerleader one week and micro bash the company the next week.
Sell and go away! K,,,,.
Any dilution will be spread out over time. as new ventures are realized. They are not going to just dump all those shares into the market. they want them available to make new acquisitions as they become available. And those shares have restriction as to how and when they can be sold and or introduced to the market.
This is just a way for them to take advantage of any opportunity that they want to move fast on. and not have to mess around trying to come up with the capital while the opportunity passes by.
What is so hard to understand about that????
Spot on MuRk!
And if you listen to the interview, he tells how they kinda missed the boat somewhat in Colorado and that most had already tied up there funds with attempts to build there grow ops. That has changed with the states now coming on line, that have Colorado to look at as a template. And the one major trend that's changing is, that instead of many small operations starting up. They are seeing fewer more organized LARGE scale operations being setup with Large equipment orders.
More productive than addressing this board for sure! LOL!
Geez..Let them get back to work!
They release news just last week. and it went right over everyone's head. they have greatly increased there product line of equipment. and can now cut the middle man out between them and there buyers. and offer them a discount price threw the GIFT program.
And I'm sure that's where a good deal of the capital went, to increase product manufacturing.. it ant sexy! but a solid move!
PHOT We got your back! Now go get those order! and make them deals!
And thank you Sterling for showing your concern for the share holders by taking the time to submit the open letter today!
Facts HA!.. Nothing in this deal has changed. He just talked to some joker a few days ago that mentioned a reveres split and he freaked out.
Very well said!
I agree its time to remove him as a Moderator
Why don't you ask him threw email and post it here.
They are aware of your influence here in Ihub.
GrowLife and FusionPharm Announce Collaboration Agreement for Equipment Supply and Co-Marketing
And who do you tink builds the Pharmpods??
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/growlife-fusionpharm-announce-collaboration-agreement-120000250.html
GrowLife is supplying all the equipment for Pharmpods
And see those hoods in the picture that say Hydofarm? they will say GrowLife soon!
http://www.pharmpods.com/purchasing-and-financing.html
I don't think that's the case at all.. They are making sure to dot all the i's and cross all the T's. with the first few loans threw GIFT I think that is a very good thing to do! and very good for share holders! We have got this far with the MJ movement, Way to far to put back in the box! and GIFT is exactly what the industry needs!
OfficerK your doing it again.....?
Your 100% RIGHT!
The lateral we need in this post Prohibition MJ BOOM!
this is how we go from OTC to NASDAQ
I VOTE YES!
Shares provided from the newly authorized, when approved, to CANX USA partners must be earned along with material benefits to the Company and GrowLife must agree at each step. For example, the closing and funding of GIFT transactions or acquisitions that would bring significant EBIDTA positive new revenue to GrowLife.
Our CANX JV partners are not in today and gone tomorrow partners; it will likely take a considerable amount of time for our CANX partners to 'earn' their shares as they perform under our watch. And by definition, our CANX USA JV partners are subject to stringent rules and limitations as to how they might someday sell any future earned stock, somewhat similar to the restrictions on very large shareholders and Senior Management.
It is perhaps worth noting that by creating this access to capital under the most favorable terms of the CANX USA JV, GrowLife is effectively not in the market for any of the typical 'toxic' financings that are an ambient risk for investors in the small and microcap market.
Nothing has changed. we have known about this deal for months! Wow what a buy opportunity!! BIG news coming ! IM loveing it!!
YEP ! get'em now!!
Like Donkey Kong? LMAO!
A lot going on !After listening to the interview with Rob Hunt a few weeks back with Alan Brochstein of 420investor.com, I think i started to put a few other pieces together. Rob made the comment late in the 60+ min. long interview that most of the horticultural equipment does not carry any patents and that there is plenty of manufactures ready and waiting in china to roll out stuff like digital ballast, light hoods hydroponic equipment ect,
Now what I took away from all of that was, that they are allocating a good % of the 40mill in available capital towards the manufacturing of there own brand of horticultural equipment. he also said that they have an additional 40mill available if needed.
Now if we go back to the GIFT program. where they have now stoped taking anymore NEW applications for financing. From the brand new COMPLETLY out of weed in 4 days! retail shops in Colorado. that can not receive lending from the banks to build the $$$,$$$.00 facility's needed, A further DISCOUNT on the equipment that is needed for a state of the art indoor grow facility that they desperately need RIGHT NOW! threw their branding, by providing them the equipment, as a wholesaler as well as there financier. ((The GIFT program allows fully-licensed and compliant growers and dispensaries in well regulated cannabis markets including locations in WA, CO, MA, NV, IL, AZ, OR, CT and Canada to spread the cost of infrastructure builds over time))
And it gets better! GrowLife has there store fronts.. GROWLIFE HYDROPONICS owns and operates seven specialty hydroponics stores in the following markets: California – Los Angeles (Southern) and Santa Rosa (Northern); Colorado – Edwards (Vail Valley) and Boulder; Massachusetts – Peabody (North Shore); New Hampshire – Plaistow; and Maine – Portland. As a consumer myself of these products for the past 5 years. I know that hydroponic stores have mainly 2 wholesalers that they must purchase 80-90% of there supplies from. Hydrofarm and Sunlight Supply(non public), this includes GrowLife stores. most of these stores are small mom&pop shops, and i have been hearing the drama coming out of these stores for years now. I can't tell you how many times I've went in or called a store to ask for a certain product and have been told, no we don't carry that product because Hydrofarm dose not like them and we don't want to upset Hydrofarm because we get most every thing from them on and on... Now if Growlife starts manufacturing all these products and has the only real chain of stores around the country and looking to add more with Canada insight as well. They could quickly sweep up a large chuck of the retail sales and cut deep into the wholesale side. steeling away a large amount of market shares away from Sunlight Supply and Hydrofarm. Not to mention there online stores like GRENERS.COM and CANNABIS.ORG an information portal for the medical marijuana industry hosted and developed by GrowLife
This is my own speculation, but when you think about the legal team they have behind them and the personal that they have brought on board recently. Growlife is hands down the TOP MJ stock out there!

Now if someone could just teach me how to trade..! wink
Great points! I also see.. Alot more than that going on. If your asking what the GIFT program is? Then you D**m well better do some research! or your going to miss the whole move
None5169, you live in CO?
I do as well. and there is just no explaining how truly radical the whole MJ movement has been to someone that lives outside the state. sure has blown me away! Went to a bronco game last year and as we were having are pre game tailgate party and looking up and seeing the banner flying over the stadium saying "WAY TO GROW COLORADO" really took me back i can tell you.!
GrowLife Colorado

She gona be THANKING YOU!! Hell, been think about selling my 66 GTO that ive had for 25yrs! LOL PLEASE Santa..!
Monkey,Im long and holding strong! been hear about a year. I don't post alot. But I compleatly agree with you! Growlife is gona knock this outa the park! That interview with Rob left me with more confidants than ever! He let alot out of the bag if you were paying attention. I don't think most made it threw the whole thing and if you didnt listen to the last 30min of it then you missed out. I would also like to thank you for the Fibs. I love them to, and I think you Are one of the better annalists that i have see using them.! Great job! wish I was As good at reading them.
Hey,If anyone runs into Santa can you PLEASE tell him to load up my stocking with lots of PHOT shares! Thanks in advance!
Monkey, I have not Slept this good in years!
I've Been thinking the same thing.
The capital must be coming out of that group of investors
the "arcview group"
Did any of you really listen to the FULL interview??
If you haven't, DO SO...! Rob dropped many hints about what they have in play, and have yet to announce. they are being flooded with GIFT applications already. so much so that they don't want to put it in the public eye anymore at this time. And they are already gearing up to manufacturing some 70% of what a Large indoor grow operation will need. this will be a entirely new product line people, not anything they have announced as of yet. If you heard rob say.. there is no patents on most of the equipment needed for a Grow op. my guess would be. Grow light hoods, digital ballasts, High pressure sodium light bulbs, metal halide bulbs, fans, chillers, the list I'm sure is large and will continue to grow. All with the Growlife's brand name. Move on over Hhydrofarm & Sunlight Supply.. Growlife is sitting down at the table!
Hydroponic Retail stores have basically two suppliers for everything and that's Hydrofarm & Sunlight Supply. That is about to change as well
And Growlife will be able to provide its GIFT applicants a further discount on the equipment if choosing there brand. its all made in china folks no matter who's name is on it. so i really don't think applicants are going to spend more money just for a brand name that they are more accustom to.
With the capital now available to Growlife, Its Checkmate for the rest of the hydroponics market !
