Great points! I also see.. Alot more than that going on. After listening to the interview with Rob Hunt a few weeks back with Alan Brochstein of 420investor.com, I think i started to put a few other pieces together. Rob made the comment late in the 60+ min. long interview that most of the horticultural equipment does not carry any patents and that there is plenty of manufactures ready and waiting in china to roll out stuff like digital ballast, light hoods hydroponic equipment ect,
Now what I took away from all of that was, that they are allocating a good % of the 40mill in available capital towards the manufacturing of there own brand of horticultural equipment. he also said that they have an additional 40mill available if needed.

Now if we go back to the GIFT program. where they have now stoped taking anymore NEW applications for financing. From the brand new COMPLETLY out of weed in 4 days! retail shops in Colorado. that can not receive lending from the banks to build the $$$,$$$.00 facility's needed, A further DISCOUNT on the equipment that is needed for a state of the art indoor grow facility that they desperately need RIGHT NOW! threw their branding, by providing them the equipment, as a wholesaler as well as there financier. ((The GIFT program allows fully-licensed and compliant growers and dispensaries in well regulated cannabis markets including locations in WA, CO, MA, NV, IL, AZ, OR, CT and Canada to spread the cost of infrastructure builds over time))

And it gets better! GrowLife has there store fronts.. GROWLIFE HYDROPONICS owns and operates seven specialty hydroponics stores in the following markets: California – Los Angeles (Southern) and Santa Rosa (Northern); Colorado – Edwards (Vail Valley) and Boulder; Massachusetts – Peabody (North Shore); New Hampshire – Plaistow; and Maine – Portland. As a consumer myself of these products for the past 5 years. I know that hydroponic stores have mainly 2 wholesalers that they must purchase 80-90% of there supplies from. Hydrofarm and Sunlight Supply(non public), this includes GrowLife stores. most of these stores are small mom&pop shops, and i have been hearing the drama coming out of these stores for years now. I can't tell you how many times I've went in or called a store to ask for a certain product and have been told, no we don't carry that product because Hydrofarm dose not like them and we don't want to upset Hydrofarm because we get most every thing from them on and on... Now if Growlife starts manufacturing all these products and has the only real chain of stores around the country and looking to add more with Canada insight as well. They could quickly sweep up a large chuck of the retail sales and cut deep into the wholesale side. steeling away a large amount of market shares away from Sunlight Supply and Hydrofarm. Not to mention there online stores like GRENERS.COM and CANNABIS.ORG an information portal for the medical marijuana industry hosted and developed by GrowLife

This is my own speculation, but when you think about the legal team they have behind them and the personal that they have brought on board recently. Growlife is hands down the TOP MJ stock out there!
