HANGZHOU, Oct 19, 2012 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- China's Wanxiang Group Corporation plans to submit a quotation again to acquire the battery business from the US-based A123 Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: AONE), according to foreign media.
It is reported that the scope of business covered in the quotation will surpass that offered by Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI), who eyes to merge and acquire the automobile battery of A123 Systems.
