And, we know they sell them online. Don't get the impression that I know of some secret shipment to 7-11 or the other recently mention vendors.
Pretty clear the Shawnee facility is ALIVE and WELL! Bars are being packaged and shipped daily to a Walmart near you and other locations!
Could be both dogs have hot dates Saturday night and they are saving them to impress their mates. That would be my guess. Dogs like to hide their prize possessions!
WRONG! The building is owned by Olson. Everything I have found in searches says, "The building is owned by Olson Manufacturing".
Show me some proof that the city owns the building. When did it change hands?
Just look up the press release when AAPT announced they were opening their warehouse. Says right there who owns the building.
If they purchased all of the bars at one time, can you explain why we have seen postings of multiple expiration dates ranging over a year apart on the packages purchased all around the country?

You still haven't convinced me that AAPT pays the taxes directly to the tax office. Until proven otherwise, in my opinion, they pay the taxes to the landlord and the landlord has failed to pay the taxes, period.
In my opinion, the landlord is the one in trouble here, NOT AAPT!

Mmmmmmm... NOPE! Let me explain the term "In Stock" to you Nuub.
It means the product is "IN STOCK", AKA on the shelf, there is a place on the shelf for the product! The store is suppose to have it!
Now, since Nutrabars are flying off the shelves, you could get there to find empty boxes but, rest assured, Walmart and AAPT are restocking as fast as they can!
Yep! Nutrabars being carried in more and more Walmarts weekly! Walmart reordering constantly! Debts being paid! Profits increasing! Chewies will be on the market soon!

Yes, I read what you posted. There is NO PROOF there that AAPT is delinquent! Just because the taxes are delinquent on the entire property, doesn't mean AAPT is delinquent. The owner still has the responsibility to pay the taxes on THEIR property. If AAPT is up to date with their Rent, tax portion, etc., they have no liability in this matter.
As for the tax sale, certainly there could be taxes due to get the property free and clear. That's why you get it at less than it's value. Duh!
If the owner is trying to sell the property before the lease is up, I would think that they would give AAPT an opportunity to buy it. Why would they turn down a potential buyer. Especially since they can't afford to pay the taxes even though AAPT gave them part of the taxes.
We all know you would love to blame AAPT for the tax shortage. As you said, YOU HAVE ZERO PROOF!
My belief is that the entire facility is not leased, thus the owner has to pick up a large portion of the taxes out of their own pocket and can't afford it.
Recently, we were made aware that the facility is for sale and someone mentioned that AAPT may be looking to buy it.
I would say it's a smart move on AAPT's part to wait for the "Tax Sale" and get it at a cheaper price.
That, my friend, is what I think is happening!
The property owner, NOT AAPT, is responsible for the taxes on the property.

The way I read those emails, they DO NOT confirm nor deny whether AAPT has to register or not.
They have received all the other approvals to do business there and they were backed by the city of Shawnee. I would think they have done all that is required to to be legal.
I believe that if they had to, they would have. Case closed!
