Note that Q4 which should be released next week will only reflect sales of mCig 1.0. mCig 2.0 sales started in January.
The CEO has developed a great strategy. The shares of MCIG he's been giving up on the acquisition and DJ Swivel deal will be gained back on the shares of VCIG. For instance, he gives up xxx amount of shares in mCig but yet own xxx amount in VCIG. As long as MCIG does good, VCIG will do good. Their pps action will be highly correlated
MCIG looking good. Watching for a squeeze similar to the other MJ stocks that have shot up.
Great close!! Will gap in the morning.
This is holding up nicely. It's going to run EOD and likely pop tomorrow.
Oops... I mistakenly used .27 instead of .37 pps. Change that to $100 million. 270 million O/S x .37
I think company's have always been valued on the O/S, excluding preferred. You can't play guess-work on whether preferred stock will or will not be converted.
EPS is stated based on O/S and fully diluted, but valuations are based on the actual O/S.
Valuation is around $73 mill. Current O/S is 270 million shares at $.27 pps = $73 million.
This stock hasn't squeezed yet like the other MJ's. Look at PHO$, TRT$, HEM$... all of these have shot up exponentially on a short squeeze. With MCIG's low float its just a matter of time before we see the same thing. When the squeeze happens this will certainly go >$1
Ok.
I said revenue...? Read my post again
Saw that. Guess they're giving up $2 billion in annual revenue. Someone elses for the taking.
Seems like mCig's acquisition of Vapolution gives them quick access to distributors. It appears Vapolution is already established in several stores. I suspect mCig will use these existing stores/distributors to push their products in the doors. This is a great strategy considering the process of negotiating with new distributors would take more time.

I guess I'm just not understanding how mCig's shares would be affected. I believe the stock dividend of vCig shares would just be treated as a normal expense but not a reduction of mCig share price.
Example: Company A has 100 mill class B common shares. The shares are trading on the market at $10. The company issues a 1:1 stock dividend. On the ex-dividend date the company has 200 mill common shares now trading at $5.
However, mCig is issuing stock dividends of a separate company. My understanding of the basic accounting would be this:
On the incorporation date mCig invests $56,000 legal capital at $0.0001 par:
DR Investment in vCig = $56,000
CR Cash = $56,000
On the ex-dividend date mCig distributes xxx shares valued at $xxx of vCig to mCig shareholders:
DR Expense
CR Investment in vCig = $xxx

Shares of mCig are equity on their books, not assets. The vCig shares mCig will own will be an asset (classified as "Investment" on their balance sheet).
So the cost to mCig is basically going to depend on the value they place on vCig shares?
If I incorporate a subsidiary (vCig for example) I can determine the par value of the company's shares in the by-laws. So if I'm holding 100 mill vCig shares at "no cost" (assuming whatever the legal capital is as investment) and I issue you 50 mill at $0.01 par then the "cost" to me is $500k. In theory, is this what you're saying?
I could be wrong but I don't believe they are spinning any assets off mCig. I think all they're doing is incorporating a subsidiary and will be using proceeds from the IPO as start-up capital for vCig.
mCig's balance sheet would show an investment in vCig equal to the legal capital.
Not mine. Just saw it printed up there.
119k on the bid at .345
Washing DC to vote on decriminalizing MJ today. It'll pass.
Ok, thanks. Followed this stock a long time ago when McZeal was in it. Didn't know he left.
Guys. Research this CEOs background. I live probably 30 minutes from this guys townhouse in Houston. He's a BS lawyer that knows the system of diluting penny stocks for personal gain. Do some good DD and you'll find that he's connected to defrauding a church in the 3rd Ward of Houston.
Q4 will likely be reported in their 10k for FY2013. SEC deadline for small reporting companies is March 31st.
I'd expect a squeeze sometime soon. This week possibly.
Bought back in also. Banging my head against the wall for selling at 25
Ok, thx. Any idea what the cost is? I took a look at Vapor Corp and their GM is 40%. Great margins but advertising costs are aggressive. I'd expect mCig margins to be lower due to economies of scale but should improve as they grow.
I haven't heard about that. Ill check it out.
I'm just wondering how the glass pack functions with the 2.0. Does it compliment the mCig or is it a completely separate product? Looking forward to reading about it
My huntch is that they will include preliminary sales numbers for the 2.0 when they announce preorders can be taken for their new glass pack product. Which should be very soon. My guess is by month-end
Someone posted earlier today their order number was 23xxx. Can't remember the exact order number and the person didn't say when they ordered. Assuming it was this week, that's a few hundred orders since the 9th.
I bet you once this product catches onto retailers and convenience stores there will be massive orders. $10 is wholesale price for eCigs. They can buy this in bulk at $10 and mark it up 50 to 100%. Crazy cheap
MCIG cup and handle forming!
Good to hear. Now they can move those pre-orders/ pre-payments from a liability to revenue!
eCig or mCig?
Thanks for the info.
I'd expect a PR to be released relatively soon. They've already posted a picture of their new product, the mCig C-4 Glass Pack on Twitter & Facebook. They also mentioned the new product would be available for pre-orders soon.
I'd expect an official announcement soon. Hopefully they'll provide preliminary results on first week sales for the mCig 2.0
No I wasn't discounting them for using .org. It was just my random curiosity why it wasn't .com.
I was wondering the last few days why they're using the domain .org. Apparently the domain name www.mcig.com is up for sale for 375,000 USD. Haha. Hopefully that'll be pennies to the company to buy down the road. Congrats to whoever grabbed that domain name
Awesome! Thank you. Just saw this source reporting as well.
