at least $0.0001 and no more than $1,001 per share
imo :)
I Agree, with the new verticals mentioned in addition to the PDL and others that just started this could be a serious powerhouse in the future. It's a lot of fun to run their potential numbers, eps, and growth multiple for the next year. I'm confident all of you out there with 100,000+ shares will be millionaires here. I am sure you may know that though ;)
Was it sold out or not offered? Where was this store located?
No that's all i see. If they used that slideshow at the presentation they would then take questions from the audience. I don't think they would write those questions down and rewrite the slideshow. I was just pointing out that the potential investors at the convention were most likely seeing the same powerpoint as us. I say that as a good thing as it was very detailed.
I'd being willing to bet that they used that exact power point to pitch IFSl to potential investors at the conference. This is especially evident due to the Q&A slide at the end.
I would agree that if someone were to wear them around all day then they should not be returned. I just don't see that occurring often. Most people, especially women, won't wear them with tags still on out in public. Yes they could wear them around their house and get away with it. And I'd just like to say I believe that your not trying to manipulate the pps at all.
Well that's where I stand, and I know your thoughts on the matter so that's all I have to say about that.
but are they worn? haha
i'll step in here a second. I think there are a lot of women that wear underwear with leggings, they are basically tights. If you were to go in to a b&m store and check the size and try them on but didn't like how they looked would you be obligated to buy them? Better yet I wonder if there are changing rooms in the wol stores, that could shed light to DAs take on returns. While i'm not going to debate the definition of "worn" i do believe that if the product is in sellable condition (tags etc. in tact) you can return it for a refund.
Another question: if someone were to return a pair of leggings missing tags or in unsellable question what would happen? Would DA just say sorry no refund and keep the leggings? I think that would piss off a lot of potential repeat customers, even if it was due to their ignorance.
I like that it was invitation only. His connections are already at work
I believe IFSL already presented at it.
"Foley was in attendance at a leading capital conference in Southern California last week, speaking with institutions."
Interesting, they are the fees charged by visa/mastercard right?
I don't know what would cause it to decrease. It could have been reported wrong. B&M sales also increased so they do occupy a greater share of the total revenues then before.
Well that would be average in store orders. That could quite possibly be $40. My avg. order or $30 is for onlyleggings.com only. It kind of makes sense too if you think about it. I know i much more likely to buy more at once if i can see and touch the product then just looking a picture online.
EDIT: Nvm i think misinterpreted what you said. So What do i need to change to increase cost per order?
Just doing 635,674.79/17,324 orders I would get $36.69 per order. That would be assuming all B&M store revenue was 0, which it obviously was NOT.
I don't see how you can get an average order of $40 with the numbers given to us.
17,324 orders
635,674.79 - Revenue from orders
77,233.99 - Refunds
558,440.8 - Revenue-Refunds
92 days in Q4
Assume the stores generated $90,000 (I know I have no way to know if that is accurate. Based on ~$489 a day per store. It's just a guesstimate)
WOL Store most likely had a lower refund rate = 2-3% = $2,000
So:
Onlyleggings.com Gross Revenue - 635,674.79-90,000= $545,674
"Net Revenue" - $468,440
Avg. Return Rate ~ 13.8% (75,234/545,674)
Avg. Payment per order (gross) - $31.50
Avg. Payment per order that reaches the company - $27.04
This will be much more accurate come Q1 when we can see a breakdown of each revenue stream. IMO if the company can reduce refund rates in Q1 we should continue to increase our revenues and hopefully reach a profit.
Q1:
Orders: 13976 (76 Days, 183 per day) (~$5,600 per day)
Revenue from only leggings so far: 13,976*31.5= $440,244
projected: 91*183*31.50=$525142.8
I believe that number to be very conservative. DA reported $8-12,000 days from only leggings. A slow January most likely skewed the results. I bet we will meet his revenue guidance. I do hope the refunds are much lower in Q1 than in Q2.
Does anyone know the total order numbers for Q4? I remember seeing them posted here before. I'd like to run some numbers and try to get an accurate price per order figure.
New blog out:
http://kindbacteria.com/2012/03/15/first-round-of-the-ncaa-tournament-and-manuka-honey/
"We’ve been working with the auditors to get the financials in shape so we can get off the pink sheets. "
I hope so, they do like posting prs on either tuesday or thursday.
Can someone post an L2?
I would have to agree with you there. All the innovative companies are moving online. Retail stores are slowly dying because the overhead is too high and they can't lower prices enough. I don't mind 5-10 stores but i don't see the need for a franchise when he could sell everything online for less.
That being said, i choose option B
haha that is a great picture, that's awesome that you know Ron Jeremy, lol. I am sure Taki will love it. I think it is his birthday tomorrow too.
I believe he said he wasn't talking to shareholders because he provides plenty of info
I agree that they need to fix the website badly. It has too much "white space" as my old web design teacher used to say. It basically means add more content and condense the page so you do not have empty gaps everywhere. They also need to get all the fonts and sizes to match. I feel they could make it look much more presentable with just 20 minutes of re-sizing and moving the text areas around.
I also want to point out that wen didn't say she had a budget of $70 per person.
"but if we have dinner budget for $70 per person, we’d (we WOULD) pick sushi over a steakhouse.
she is talking in the hypothetical, i don't believe they actually spend that much money on dinner.
Will there be a replay of the interview available?
Lots of info in the report:
"At this point in time, Bravada has no plans to
develop its women’s high performance activewear brand because of its intrinsically lower level of return on
investment. "
"We know of no material, existing or pending legal proceedings against our Company, nor are we involved as a plaintiff in any material proceeding or pending litigation. There are no
proceedings in which our director, officer or any affiliates, or any registered or beneficial shareholder, is an
adverse party or has a material interest adverse to our interest"
Advertising and Promotion 202,730.71 - Mostly adwords i believe
Income - Combined Sales 635,674.79
Total Cost of Goods Sold 151,608.00 - very good profit margin ~75%
i believe it would go up ;)
o ok, i gues i could see that. I'll just have to be patient
yeah me too. What are their options in regard to structure? If they aren't going to dilute, what else could they be discussing?
New blog:
We had a pretty busy weekend. Julie and Gillian were out in Tustin, Huntington and Laguna most of the weekend. They moved an impressive amount of product, and we’ll be restocking most of those stores this morning.
April is heading down to San Diego to have our first tasting day in those two stores, and we’re excited to hear how she does.
We had hoped to have a strategic meeting this week, but we ended up spending most of our time getting the financials out, and getting things together for an audit. Now it’s time to start thinking about strategy, and how to get this rolled out nationwide. There are some interesting discussions we need to have about capital and structure. I’ll post some of our thoughts on that over the next few days.
As always, if you have any suggestions, feel free to call Wen. She and Jay are the ultimate decision makers, and they’ll be sitting down later this week.
Good point there, they could have easily chosen a different shell. One question, when they took over pivx/adia did the new management receive money for the 70 million shares or were they just handed over from the old shell. My main thought process is: why buy a shell if you aren't going to dilute?
Are they legally responsible for PIVXs old debts? I see they said some of it would be canceled but not how much. There are a few million in liabilities they would have to pay if they were responsible for it.
Otherwise not that much going on. They got in whole foods in like the last week of december so the sales figures aren't surprising
etrade and otcmarkets.com donn't list a dividend. It's most likely a mistake
Besides Whole Foods, does anyone know how many other stores we are in? Also, what typical sales figures are at these stores?
I'm not sure. They haven't had a PR since 12/27. Could be a PR or another blog. I guess we'll have to wait and see
We have so much to talk about. Sam’s Club wound up on Sunday. It went well, we’re getting some good feedback, and we’re working to set up another 5 day test with the new boxes.
Whole Foods continues to amaze. We shipped an order to Whole Foods on Friday of last week. Jenny went in and did a sample day on Saturday and moved their entire inventory, and delivered another purchase order in the evening.
April is starting to sample at Whole Foods in San Diego next week, and we are interviewing sales reps down there next week, hopefully.
We’re also seeing unusual order volumes online. One thing I learned skiing. We need a coconut-pineapple product. Either powder or chew.
The news starts again next week.
just search through their prs

Let us know if there are any problems. One thing I don't get is why there are two stores, one for chews and one for the drink mix. That just seems to make it more complicated i think. Any thoughts? Also, I noticed the site is much faster than it was a week ago, so that's good.
Whatever happened to the dividends they were supposed to give out last month?
You know, that salary he hasn't collected yet ;)
I agree if it is a substantial ammount. They already shipped two boxes over, I assume they are just testing the market. BTW, ask is at .075 now!
yup, I've talked to the company a bit, they seem like they are legitimately trying to make it, and I think they will! And no problem, nobody was biting at .05 so I figured i'd help out :)
Well, I finally was able to buy in. I sold one of my lotto picks that didn't do anything for 4 months. It's only a few thousand shares but its a start. Hope to add more in the future
