That's why I'm working out damn it! Somebody opened one of them on me and I don't want that happening again. LOL

Probably right about the eating but I've tried to get enough protein from just eating and I just can't eat that much. LOL

I ain't letting nobody shoot anything in my azz... that's a one way street. LOL

I spend about $250 per month on all my sups. (The Mrs takes them too) Before workout I mix a cocktail of 1 scoop protein powder (muscle milk peach mango) with 1 scoop NoExplode and 1 tsp creatine powder (5g) After workout I mix two scoops muscle milk (Chocolate) with 1tsp creatine powder. Usually have 2 scoops w/water when I get up and one scoop with water before bed. Gives me about 120g of protein from shakes. I also take BCCAs and L-Glutamine before workout.

If it burned his eyes I'll pass. LOL I just drank my protein shake after working out and I wouldn't want it coming back up. That stuff's expensive. LOL
