I don’t see the new ceo keeping the share price down this low for very long after closing and consolidation . I got the impression that he is a business man on a mission to enter the electric automotive industry. I feel that he will take steps to increase the share price . That way looks like a r/s. I hope that I eat my words. But we shall see hopefully soon…….

That’s an enormous amount of Outstanding Shares! Guys I see a r/s on the horizon! Hopefully a small one. CEO will want to be in dollar land & on the Nasdaq ,if Endurion is to be commercialized this year or next! CEO will want the most exposure to the world for Endurion and C-Space! That’s why I bought more shares this past month in case of a r/s. I hope this closing doesn’t drag out for months. Hopefully Coretec has moved into the new office space with the new battery testing equipment. I’m ready to rock & roll……

Thanks for the information. I don't know much about Korean . I got the impression that Dr. Kim wasn't typical ceo. That's great that Koreans are into respect & honor. Something that many penny stock ceo's & board members should practice daily! Instead of toxic financing and reverse splits! I hope that they can close the merger soon!.........

When should we be worried about the merger closing? End of this month? The audit shouldn't take long.....right? Coretec knew about this deal before Christmas. I'm concerned about the OS count & possible r/s! I don't trust Penny stock Ceo's! Toxic financing & r/s's have been my experience with them. Do you feel that CEO Kim would go with the AMEX & avoid a r/s? I sure hope so..........

Do you feel that the Amex is best for Coretec instead of the Nasdaq? I know that would be the way to avoid a r/s. But I feel that CEO Kim would want more worldwide exposure for Coretec’s Endurion battery anode. Do you know what form that the company would have to file for a r/s? Before announcing it to the public. I guess if the share price doesn’t rise to $1 within 6months, there maybe a r/s. Is the pouch battery testing the last one to be tested?Im hoping that during next 6months the battery testing will be done & commercialization begins ! But since we don’t know the business timeline, I’m guessing in the wind! I pray that there’s no r/s! ………

Thanks for the info! I pray that there’s buyout of those warrants . Investors need a break! But unfortunately , Penny stock Ceo’s don’t give investors a second thought. This toxic financing hurts investors! But I’m optimistic for this Korean company . I feel that Dr. Kim is a solid business man . He has a business plan for commercializing Endurion and C-Space! Matt Kappers didn’t reveal a business plan strategy for CHS silicon, Endurion, nor c-space. He couldn’t even meet timelines! I look forward to this new ceo taking control of Coretec! I pray that investors are blessed with profits………

It’s ironic that the board members all but 1 resigned their positions. They were taken care of for sure in this deal! I just don’t want to see investors left holding the bag. I would buy now while there’s low volume of shares being bought along with low share price. I picked up 500,000 shares after the massive sell off of shares with reverse split scare! So I’m ready for the share price to soar hopefully…….

I found this article on idium & lithium batteries. I don’t know if this is what Dr. Kim was referring to in the investors call. I hope they aren’t going to change up Coretec’s silicon anode. Especially since the company is close to commercializing Endurion to the market. I’m still anxious about this deal with Core Optics. I’m glad that they are financially sound. But I would like to know about the business plan. I’m hoping that CEO Kim will keep us updated on the company business. Time will tell for sure……..

I was burned horribly with 3Dicon in the past! Victor Keating & the board didn’t even care about the investors! Instead they put a massive reverse split upon investors! My 5 siblings lost their money! I survived because I had more shares. I learned the hard way to not trust penny stock management and board members. They put themselves first ! I predict another big reverse split is on the horizon! The Ceo ,board members, & insiders will do well from this deal ! I bought more shares in case this scenario happens after the deal! I don’t see Core Optics diluting the share count with additional shares. This will be my last penny stock to own!……

Last OS count that I know of was 284.1 million……I still believe that a reverse split is imminent in the future after closing of the deal with Core Optics.. I just hope that the ratio isn’t very high…….

Core Optics is a private company. Once merged with Coretec, they will have shares to offer to the public. Apparently Core Optics purchased Ismedia’s product line in the past. I assumed that meant acquired the company. My mistake! ……..

No we don’t know if lsmedia owns any Core Optics stock. In fact we don’t even know Core Optics revenue. All that we know is that they have a good financial rating. We are waiting for the transcript to come out from the investors call. No one could understand Dr. Kim due to his heavy accent!

You posted that the pps wouldn't go sub-penny. Based upon what? The share price continues to slowly decrease. I don't want it to go sub-penny. Do you feel that it'll increase once the deal is closed? And once we know Core Optics revenue? Do u feel that CEO Kim will be able to commercialize Endurion by year end? Another worry is being reported by Fox News. Apparently only 4 charging stations have been installed by the Biden administration. Where did the 50 billion dollars Allocated to charging stations go? If there's no charging stations, then there'll be decrease in TV's sold by dealerships! Now it looks like there'll be a new president in the oval office. Will he install those charging stations? I hope so for everyone invested in this stock. Looking for great news..........

Do you know when this deal to close? This month? I just wish they would have given us a timeline for the business & move to the new office! Plus what was the energy wh/kg for the coin battery cells? I thought I heard 350wh/kg. Is this right? I thought they were going above 500wh/kg. I’m not a battery expert. So is this the maximum for coin cell batteries? I don’t know. I guess in 6 months we’ll know more information. I also wonder if the new ceo will give updates every quarter? But right now we have limited options. If the companies have met all requirements for Up listing to Nasdaq, then why not reveal this to the investors! It doesn’t surprise me that no one from Coretec will be on the board. Victor Keating, etc have made their millions from this deal! I’m waiting for the up listing to the Nasdaq. Then I’ll sell my shares & be gone too! I’m tired of this roller coaster ride!………

I feel like I’ve been left hanging with no financial disclosure on Coretec/Core Optics deal! Did anyone catch when the deal is to be closed?what about shares & requirements for up list to Nasdaq? I guess that they meet requirements for up listing to Nasdaq. Also I wanted to hear a business plan with a timeline. What about battery data? CFO said that coin cell testing is completed.That testing on pouches was next. But how long will it take to complete it? So this means that Core Optics can’t unload shares for one year? I wouldn’t think they would unload so soon. At the very least wait until the PPS is in double digits! With more equipment & new office, I hope they are able to complete Endurion in a few months. I’m assuming that investors aren’t allowed to ask questions on this call. Yes I did my DD. I believe in Coretec’s products too. For a company with good revenue to merge with Coretec is a very good thing for everyone. I just want to see the product commercialized this year with numerous contracts & partnerships! Dividends wouldn’t hurt either! I’ll take a deep breath & relax. Thanks Gunny….

It sounds like no Reverse Split will be announced on Thursday. However they can do one later on before up listing on the Nasdaq. I hope that the earnings along will increase the share price. Do u think that Endurion will be completed this year? Hopefully it will be so…..

There was no mention of a R/S with Coretec’s announcement pr. The PPS dropped ever more today. I picked up 250,000 shares today in anticipation of a R/S. I hope that wasn’t a mistake. I feel that if a R/S isn’t planned with the merger, it’ll come later on in the year. What are your thoughts? Thanks 🙏
