Well Guys, They say the phones at Dork are not working.

Hard to believe that at $6 bucks a share and John Borque with over 100,000,000 shares was not enough. So he let the price fall to .04 cents to take the company private.
Does he think he is smarter that those guys that lent him the money? I don't.
And for the first time in my life I wish someone bad luck. I hope he gets f...ed out of his company just like we got f...ed.
I held the Kryon in my hand, put it in the microwave and it came out colder, had friends who moved from Florida out there just to get let go.
As it turns out this Borque guy did not care who he crushed. He hurt people in every way, took there money but that is the least of what he took. Took there pride, that is what hurts.
But he will get his I bet.
These "Sharpies" who lent him the money they will end up with everything I hope. I hope he ends up, with nothing, him in a bottle being the lover of liquids he really is.

And the reason is now known why there was no Official Newswire PR released about recent BORK actions. It is because more insiders are selling their shares! And that would be a no in the eyes of the SEC, and that is a fact!

Can that true? If any insider has filed a form 144 then a company can't release any news that even might affect share price?

So if someone in GE files a form 144 then all news releases from GE must cease until the form 144 expires? That just cant be right.

Now if erroneous, share price affecting, false news is released that is entirely a different matter. But no news of any kind that just cannot correct. Or can it be?

May I ask a question?
As the "news" was being released yesterday I bought 66,666 shares @ 15 cents.
On my Scottrade "ticker" it said that the volume was about 403,000.
Why didn't my buy ever show in the volume column?
I would think the volume would have increased to about 470,000 shares but it never did.
How come, please

Why do we even think there will be news? The last bit of real news was 2/14/12 when they announced the NIJ cert.
The 3/5 Seattle Police wasn't MUCH real news and the 5/22 Fortis announcement, was that news??

Boy did I learn from this experience. I told my life long friends, my brother, mother and people I work with about this once in a lifetime chance. It's a once in a life time chance that's for sure. After we loose all our money we wont be able to try again. God I feel so bad.

I'm tryin to average down too but I keep loosin my nerve.
I started at 50,000 shares at.20, then I lowered it to 66,666 shares at .15, then down to 100,000 shares at .10 and now to 125,000 at .08.
But I can't get away from the feeling that I will be throwing the money down a RATS hole.

I will tell you what I think. I have a buy order in for 66,666 shares @.15 cents and sadly I bet it fills in a couple days

Its Hot Hot in Phx, Sorry man I sure did mean to get your pressure up. All I was saying (and I'm sorry I did) was if someone was going to take any company private and were going to take advantage of the shareholders they would want the price per share to be as low as possible.

What I don't understand is why they won't push the share price up (and we all know they can) for there own benefit. Not to $10 a share but maybe $1.50

Buy the way I think of myself as one of the "good guys " here. My family owns well over 150,000 shares and I have a buy order in now for an additional 66,000 shares so I am rooten for BORK that's for sure.

Sadly, I bet it gets filled.

Took it to the Scottrade place and made a deposit into my account.
The branch manager was very nice as she deposited the funds. She said "the funds will be in your account on Monday, unless you want to make a trade now".So I said "Okay I will place a buy order, the company is BORK she said PORK I said no BORK"
With that she was looking at the BORK screen, she wrinkled her nose, looked at me and said "the funds will be in your account on Monday, thank you"

Hi Everyone, I have been in Bork for a couple years almost.
I too am down from an average of $2.63 to the .30 cents it is at now. We own 120,000 shares so that is down about $279,000.
I do have $20,000 left and I am going to spend $10,000 on 50,000 additional shares @ 20 cents when it gets there to average down. But the other $10,000 I am saving. If this (BORK) goes to nothing I intend to get a lawyer and have everything checked out. If anyone did anything criminal I will do everything I can to get the proper authorities to prosecute whomever committed a crime. If it turns out that they were just to stupid to bring this product to market then I can live with that but if I (we) were cheated then I hope to find out by who and present the findings to whatever agency would have jurisdiction.
As this unfolds I will keep everyone informed. If it cost more than $10,000 to do the investigation then I may need to pass the hat.

I understand what you are saying but it does not seem fair that we get crushed day after day until they sell there shares.
It is hard to believe that they are not allowed to release new that would hold the price at the 63 cents that it was at when this all started.

I have been wondering as I have watched in misery this past 10 days.
Why don't they push the price up a bit?
If I were going to sell 3 million shares and I had the ability to release news or get the web site going or announce a Mexican order, or any number of things that would undoubtedly raise the price why don't they do it?
Every one cent in the share price would yield an additional $30,000 push the price up a buck and you get an additional $3,000,000. Why in the world would they not move the price up?
How could they not do anything to even help themselves?

And what is the advantage in having a low share price if BORK is going to be taken over by another company? Would they not make way more money if the share price was higher?
What since does this make?

That's $10,000 divided by .30 = 33,333 shares and the average goes from $2.32 down to $1.33.

I sure do agree with you Mr. Piper $5 is just the first stop for the Bork train, then it is up from there.
But before that happens I understand there will be a pull back in the PPS. I want to buy more Bork shares to average down. But I would love to time the bottom (who wouldn't).
So I have a simple question. Where is the bottom going to be this trip down?
To me Mr Pigs thinks it is up, up and away from here while My QQ may think it will be down then up, up.
I bet I am not the only one who wants more shares and are just now confident enough to take the plunge and put even more money into Bork.

I guess all the talk about getting the price down to .25 and then Bourque selling the company to himself got to me. I understand he could really do it if he wanted too and I grasp how.

That was my lowest moment.

And me, I have the advantage of actuality holding a sample we put it in the microwave and it seem to come out colder than it went in.

We have not lost all hope we have still been buying and at this point we have 121,000 shares so you can tell I put my money where my mouth is.
If it were all my money I would have been OK but to see the others loose there money, on my advice, was about all I could stand.
