I don't know how much Turtle was valued at but on 1/31/14 Mr. Hanson, the CFO and Treasurer was granted 292,000 options to purchase shares at $15.63 each, exercisable until 2024, with 25% of those options (72,000) exercisable in Sept 2014. (SEC filing Form F).

is it "reasonable" to believe letting Mr. Hanson profit from these options, within the year, lends itself to much higher share price?

Only a thought...not worth much.
