A reverse split may be good thing if done at the right time and SP.
I really don’t think the company would push for a 1/100 RS. That would be premature as would set up the share price for a huge fall once it hit Nasdaq. Company need to have a higher price say .25 whatever and how long that takes. 1/100 would wipe out longs.
Just like amazon and Whole Foods. Grocery stocks took a hit now they’ve pretty much recovered. It’ll all blow over
My question is why doesn’t this stock come under fire from the Sec failure to report. It will come I believe.
My other medical play MTB$ won a 17 mil acquisition that will increase revs by 50%. The capital raised was non dilutive to commons. That’s how it’s done. Happy shareholder, not so happy here but holding my gold.
Broke down out of our nice little channel we had going.
This will get to .35 but will it touch 059 first?
Fives are knocking at the door. Unfortunately
Holding up nicely? It’s down a trillion percent since 2016.
I’d say it’ll keep sliding.
Brilliant!!
My bet is the sp will drop after uplist. Expect a pre uplist pump IMO.
If the company is serious about becoming a legitimate NASDAQ caliber stock them Armen needs to let go of his controlling interest in the company
No more shares will be issued for the remainder of the year after the current CV loan is paid off according to Ms Mars.
Looking for the schedule 13G to post
My question is where is that big investor that wants to invest in this company
I do have a reasonable concern. So you tell me to so I have another bag is out of line buddy
Ok let’s increase the AS TO 1 bil. Let’s see how the market reacts. LOL
Assuming we can reach .50 plus
If the company can stop diluting and remain at the A/S then we are looking at a 1/10 RS. I can live with that.
I heard the call and hope the company finds that money elsewhere
To me expansion means dilution. I’m not a fan of expansion by dilution. Company really needs to find other methods to raise capital than leaning on the common shareholder.
Good Job you flipper
24 cent valuation?
Because this will retrace big time
As expected. Company is putting more resources into growth
Results never moved the needle here, unless it's different this time
Finding some support now. Let's see it hold and not do the 2 week bounce up down followed by another sell off.
I wish our chart looked like that. No comparison IMO
POTN and RXMD charts are very similar.
Oh is this a public company sure smells like a private one by the way Armen conducts business. They'll never make it on Nasdaq with the penny stock mentality management maintains.
Agreed John although momo would have left anyways. My concern is dilution to fund expansion. Convertibles are a death blow considering where the price is. Much to expensive to go with Convertibles. Series A shares would be they way to go if they can find a buyer.
No more convertibles for expansion
No Worries here.
The company can't depend on common shares to expand. shareholders have been the seed money needed to get the business moving. Now it's up to the company to find other ways to expand. Using commons is just too expensive and doesn't make sense with such a low SP. There has to be big money wanting a piece of this outstanding company. Right?
Company needs to stop the selling of convertibles and leave the stock alone. They've used enough for start up funding. Next phase is selling preferred A shares. Armon need to give up some of his controlling interest in the company.
The company needs to find other means to expand besides selling shares. Dilution negativity effects shareholders equity.
I read that it was worst case scenario. It could happen especially if the company continues to expand by selling shares.
