Correct me if Im wrong but my understanding is Jorge was sued by ABX and won their libel case Jorge pleaded homeless living in a Volkswagon bus his fine was reduced and he was disallowed to post anymore garbage in the international interweb, he then fled to B.C. and partnered up with BJ ignoring his fine and therefore a warrant for his arrest was issued, this has not been taken care of and he is still a wanted man back east also this is the only interweb site he can rant on

With his outstanding arrest warrant i would assume his passport is null and void
