In my opinion .....
What is helping to keep our stock low in price.
Investors who have bought the stock for sub .02 or even sub .01
(pre reverse split) Who are looking to make money by selling now (Its Peanuts in profit)
Investors/old investors (current share holders) bottom fishing with these low bid prices in their purchase orders.
[/What this does is keep our stock price down. These people doing the above is greatly hurting themselves in keeping the price low and their whole holding in this company low. They are shooting themselves in the foot and cant see it. DUMB!!!b]
Good to know
I see a lot more than $1.25...
$2.5 million profit divided by 48 million shares = .052
What is an average P/E ratio for am OTCQB stock??? say 50
50 x .052 = $2.60 per share
Usually the P/E ratio is a lot higher on OTCQB stocks than the upper exchanges which run for example on average 16 to 20.
Can someone help me here is 50 multiple low??
Also the company is shooting for much more than the $2.5 Million yearly profit going forward!
My opinion.....
This is one half of what we want to see[/b]The HIGHEST percent return for the day on the different exchanges is what people will notice. They want to check out what the stock is all about.
The other half is a HIGH volume along with the highest percentage stocks for the day.
We will see what happens...stay tuned....
My point was sometime after the split. If earnings are there like it is being speculated a 2.25 stock price with a realistic p/e ratio. The company could also choose to hold the stock if they really feel they could grow the company revenues and use the money for an acquisition in the future, JMO
Yes I do..options for 25 million shares at .01
If the company as it seems to be is being profitable.
If profits drive price to .15 after reverse split to 2.25.
Realisticc P/E ratio at work here gives a 2.25 share price.
25 million shares divided by 15 = 1,666,666 shares
2.25 x 1,666,666 shares = $3,750,000 plus they have the $1.5 million note owed to Capstone. Plus the patent.
This is a big win.
But we will have to wait to hear from Stewart and Company
Just what I said....our note junior (subordinate) is secondary to senior debt...
I don't think it means we don't own the note...JMO
I believe subordinate means behind any current debt/loans presently owed by Koch Minerals.
Just like a second mortgage on a house is subordinate to the first mortgage. Koch industries is a major multi billion dollar company.
Thanks Dizzy for the expanded definition of "Capital structure"
Personally I am not for any talk of a merger or buy outs of Capstone. The return would be small. A company would offer what a 50% bump. That's peanuts. The value of the stock and this company is in its growth.
I also think the 750+- Million shares out there is a killer with regards to big stock investment in this company by big investors.
I am just going to throw this out there and please correct me if my thinking is wrong. I would welcome it or other opinions.
A reverse stock split at some point of 100 to 1 would give us about 7.5 million shares, our money invested would be the same.
It would be much easier for investors to buy and sell. I am not worried about the stock falling after the reverse split as stocks do in most cases because Capstone will now be known to be better off with its capital structure. I mean a company showing good profit in a growing market area like LED's. NOW THE STOCK IS AN ATTRACTION TO BIGGER INVESTORS.
We could move out of the pink sheets as well. I wouldn't want to go to the full Nasdaq because stocks that are listed as small caps usually go up in price faster and higher than stocks listed in the big exchanges.
What about also the board approving authorization from the then 7.5 million shares to say up to 15 Million shares.
The company can now raise its own revenue and not rely on Sterling bank, maybe even paying off the private loans we currently owe. I am not worried about dilution if it is done in a proper manner and increases NET INCOME.
This company Capstone selling of the additional shares could be used to save money on production or manufacturing as well or even an acquisition of another small company that is already making a profit.
Perhaps the new acquisition and its synergies with Capstone would provide even higher streams of revenue.
THIS IS ALL hypothetically thinking, but could be some options for Capstone.
I welcome any thoughts...
Salve ,I am using a thinking man's perception. There is no reason to sell considering what has been going on with Capstone now and what their plans are going forward. For Whatever reason the big seller is selling only he knows.
Maybe he owns millions of shares and not just 1 million and wants some money for his own personal reasons, whatever they are....
That Seller pushed the price down from .03 to .02
I also never mentioned Involve was the Seller if anyone thought I did.
To the nay sayers. The current price is obviously not a reflection of the management nor the revenues and income.
IT IS a reflection of someone with a large amount of shares (which is not hard to have considering CAPC is a penny stock with hundreds of millions of shares) looking to sell for some money/cash. IMO
I would love to hear the boards opinion, both ways on my thoughts
from the previous posts.
CAPSTONE told us about a year ago what their big plans and company strategy was going to be and they followed through on it.
They are telling us their plans going forward. I have NO reason to doubt what they can accomplish further upcoming.
They have also partnered, besides Hoover, with Cree. Cree is a well known and large LED company and the future is really bright, no pun intended, for LED technology and sales.
No fluff here from me...Capstone sounds like a company with a plan and in an area/market that's growing.
This sounds like a buy and hold stock to me.
It only makes sense.
Plain and Simple to me...someone needed the money and waited for today with hopes of a higher volume day and news to sell into.
Also could be someone who bought shares for cheaper price earlier in the year and sold into todays news to try and some small money.
Most likely both....
Yes Salve I remember that disappointment and going as far back as the generators and roof shingles disappointments. I need to see real revenues and real net income.
Some person(s) is selling and still trying to sell. I read all the same possible good news as well.
Board seems a little quiet from the regular big stock holders who usually post here. Maybe they are not here today.
Not convinced? Why? The pre news seemed good. Who are the sellers..does anyone know if they are big holders of stock? Like the company that recently converted their preferred stock to common stock. Are we able to find this out? Personally I am holding on to mine.
Why is price dropping ahead of news ?? I was anticipating good news.
Can someone explain...
I haven't been on board for a while. Awaiting tomorrows news.
BUT WHT IS THE PRICE DROPPING...??
I fully agree with you
Again he stated " not at this time"
I am sure he will do what is best for the company and he is in postion to make these decisions based on information he has told us and information he knows internally.
I am also sure he would not tip his hand and tell me or any of us
anything, in and matter before it would be appropriate.
I hope you dont think I am trying to be adversarial.
I appreciate you thoughts and ideas that would benefit OUR COMPANY.
I am just a stock invester of 25 years giving my thoughts and opinions.
GO CHDO.........
I am not interested in any short term bump or pump the stock for a quick rise in stock price, But rather to build stock value in this company the correct way for the long term.
I am not in favor of a STOCK BUY BACK.
IMO any additional funds should be used for debt reduction and interest loan reduction. As well as investing on R&D for new and
better products and product lines. This would be the company investing in itself and in doing so providing a long and lasting profitable company for years to come.
Another benefit would be that the stronger the balance sheets and the stronger financially the company is the lower the interest rate we could command on loans that we do require. These lower interest rates would then add to our bottom line and profits each quarter.
If a reverse split at some point is good for our company I am sure
Stuart will act and act responsibly.
IMO... as a big DAY TRADER in the day, I mean before March of 2000 and the tech bubble bursting,I observed many retail business
stocks having a PE of 10 and down. Not a PE of 30 as I have read
on this board.
I also have observed and invested in stocks that when a reverse
split occurred for good strong positive reasons, as the reasons I have previously stated in past posts, the company stock went up considerably.
Usually stocks perform reverse splits because the company is on the down swing and they try to maintain their listing on a good
stock exchange.
THIS WOULD NOT BE THE CASE FOR OUR COMPANY.
Again with 680 Million shares outstanding investors shy away and as far as institutional investors go, even the micro cap institutional investors shy away with this many shares outstanding.
Did I miss something if I did please let me know. I would appreciate it.
In The CC,thank you for the post Lucy, I did not see a response
as strong as yours regarding no REVERSE SPLIT from Stuart.
He just stated "not as of today" regarding a reverse split.
Did not know question of reverse split was asked.
Thanks for the information
Lucy you being a long time moderator on this board I would value your thoughts on my previous post as well as from others.
Thank you all for your time.
This is from a previous post. If a reverse split is done responsibly and there is major benefits, I have seen share prices increase on other stocks in the past.
Maybe even a reverse split followed by some really good news in a PR statement.
I would like to repeat 660 million outstanding shares is something
real investors would not like in a stock. IMO
Also I read in someones post where we should have a PE ratio of 30.
I think that is fine for a technology stock but for a retail stock
would a PE ratio of 15 and down be more realistic.
Again would our PE ratio improve with a R/S and less oustanding stocks to dilute the value.
Looking for some input from more experienced members.
Buy the way I am an extremely long time share holder.

New to the board...Now that we are making profits.
Any pros and cons with a reverse split ?
Would a 100 to 1 reverse split help the value of the stock?
A .01 value would become a $1 stock value. The outstanding shares
would go from 660 million to 6.6 Million shares.
Would this not help the price per share on the Price to earnings Ratio??
Could we then move to the Bulletin Board or even Nasdaq and off
the pink sheets....
Would this better Price to earnings ratio and our stock listed on a better exchange help us really get noticed by investors and
institutions and get us taken more of a seriously considered stock.
I mean 660 million outstanding shares way too much outstanding.
Would we have a more stable stock in terms of someone selling
200,000 shares at .01 with our average volume as opposed to selling 2,000 shares instead. Still a $2,000 value each way.
Would this not help us buy and sell stocks more easily at our
desired price, rather than have partial fills and see the bid or
ask price move widely??
Would we also want the powers that be to lower the allowable float
down from 680 million shares to say 20 million shares, Still
plenty of room at a $1 stock value for the company to increase shares from the new 6.6 million outstanding shares to the new allowable float of 20 Million. Would this not make it easier for the company to raise cash for its needs??
I am not the most experienced investor so I welcome YOUR INPUT.
If this makes since to any of you should these ideas be forwarded
to the company....
Thank you for you time and input....
CHDT Corporation (CHDO) Stock Trading Info:
A reverse split would have to be done in a responsible manner along with a proportionate reduction in the total allowable stocks
out there. I would have to believe management wouldnt try a fast one and perform a reverse split without a reduction proportionately to the amount of sstocks. For it would dilute the shares further.
Anyone else care to chime in...WHAT ABOUT LUCY she always seems very knowledgable.
Also with the reverse split and no buyback the company could then
use cash to lower its debt and loans.
This also would build further share value and be even more noticable to investors along with being in a better stock exchange.
MORE IDEAS AND INPUT FROM THE BOARD WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
PERHAPS EVEN MANAGEMENT COULD BENEFIT FROM MORE IDEAS AND INPUT.
Thank you......
