Personally I am not for any talk of a merger or buy outs of Capstone. The return would be small. A company would offer what a 50% bump. That's peanuts. The value of the stock and this company is in its growth.

I also think the 750+- Million shares out there is a killer with regards to big stock investment in this company by big investors.

I am just going to throw this out there and please correct me if my thinking is wrong. I would welcome it or other opinions.

A reverse stock split at some point of 100 to 1 would give us about 7.5 million shares, our money invested would be the same.

It would be much easier for investors to buy and sell. I am not worried about the stock falling after the reverse split as stocks do in most cases because Capstone will now be known to be better off with its capital structure. I mean a company showing good profit in a growing market area like LED's. NOW THE STOCK IS AN ATTRACTION TO BIGGER INVESTORS.

We could move out of the pink sheets as well. I wouldn't want to go to the full Nasdaq because stocks that are listed as small caps usually go up in price faster and higher than stocks listed in the big exchanges.

What about also the board approving authorization from the then 7.5 million shares to say up to 15 Million shares.

The company can now raise its own revenue and not rely on Sterling bank, maybe even paying off the private loans we currently owe. I am not worried about dilution if it is done in a proper manner and increases NET INCOME.

This company Capstone selling of the additional shares could be used to save money on production or manufacturing as well or even an acquisition of another small company that is already making a profit.
Perhaps the new acquisition and its synergies with Capstone would provide even higher streams of revenue.
THIS IS ALL hypothetically thinking, but could be some options for Capstone.
I welcome any thoughts...
