why is the plane going to Oscoda? Could only be for heavy maintenance if not for the nefarious reasons posted here. My last year of the 28 year AF career ended at Wurtsmith AFB near Oscoda MI. A SAC Wing of B-52s and KC-135s, in 1985. A 2 mile long runway, large parking area, four (I think, if my 76 year old memory serves me) hangers. Large enough for a b52 or -135 to do heavy maintenance under climate control for the technicians. Only the tail of both would stick out with the doors closed. But none would support the 747s. They (Kalitta) built their first large hanger in 2008 and another in 2014. don't know of any others. My tech's could do all maintenance on the flight line. Only long term heavy maintenance would be brought into a hangar. So why spend the $ to fly to Oscoda? Heavy maintenance. Not checking the oil, cleaning the windows, checking tire pressure, etc. So what? Landing gear? I'll go there.
The question is: why was the bird in the air? Could think of some good reasons, and not so good reasons. Wish someone could know for sure.

But.... not a big time penny stock guy, please say why a r/s would hurt us little investors? If I have a Million Shares and they split 50 to 1, I would have 20,000 shares. If the split price was at $0.01 it would now be $0.50. Isn't that a wash? What am I missing? Thanks to whoever answers my q's.

Volume means nothing. For every buy there's a sell, and for every sell there's a buy. If there is hunger to buy than movement up would be great, not this .00001 stuff. We are at a wash. Keep opening my door to see what's up in the air. Nothing here in Dayton, hope in MI though.

With all this boards talk about 'slides', I'm surprised no one has commented on the recent runway engine blow up on take-off. I could only see slides L-1 and R-1 deployed. The right engine fire probably precluded R-2's deployment, but couldn't see L-2-s. Any aviation experts know how the slides performed?
Aah. The price is really good now for the longs no matter what. It's a disgrace for us investors who have been here for a decade awaiting something positive and a great return on investment. Wait their were positives. They own an airplane, in phase III for a year, have little debt. Have 8-10 billion shares outstanding. Can't wait to hear 'just bought x trillion at $0.00015. What a deal'.
Still rooting for a buy-out at $0.25 from I don't care who. It would end this BS. But it's nice to know some allow me to believe what I want to believe and it's OK with them.
two respected posters has stated that they heard Monday ticket sales will start. That is the greatest of news. But if Monday comes and goes with no sales, should there be an investigation on who provided them with that info? Shouldn't that be an SEC violation? Just asking.

The strategy for revenue seems a little 'what?'. We can't even get a pass for the mini/ditch. I'm here for the long run (over ten years) but still pray for a buyout to stop the bleeding. Another horrible start to this week. Some one said late last week the market would be closed today. Too bad they were wrong.

$5.00 a share for the 8 billion shares outstanding. Hmmmm!!! Isn't that $40 Billion dollars to buy out Baltia. Didn't realize a non-certified Airline with one A/C could be worth that kind of dough. He might not do it for $0.05, but might for my hoped for $0.25 a share.
Glad to see the 'buy-out' scenario is back on the board. I'm not greedy, let's get it done @ $0.25 a share. With all the 'averaging down' all here would make tons, and the waiting and frustration would be over. Wouldn't that alone be wonderful?
With all the hype last night and this morning I would have thought the pps would move up well. No change today at 4.5m shares traded. It is past hump day now. The week is 60% over. Don't know about other 'guts' but mine is tight. Maybe next week for sure?

All you listed are 'facts' yes. What's not listed is the results of the last mini-evac/ditching exercises, proving flights, certification. Those are the 'facts' when accomplished will 'convince me'. Cheers.

I'm staring at the 'big picture'. See noise of recurrent training, months/years/decades info on the company, but nothing about mini's, proving flights, certification, revenue. But, there is a 'big picture', the latest buzz statement to go with, 'get er done', 'baltia will soar', etc. Why can't we just wait for some company conclusion and quit the gossip?

Everyone knows low or no debt is great. Means 'nothing' if you are not an Airline certified and flying passengers. But good stuff to pump nothing.
Lot of interesting info, but doesn't shed one ray of light on why the mini results are still not out. It's the only real info that is useful to investors. Amount of shares some whales own does not impact my buy/sell motives. Info on the last mini would of course.
What's the next 'sure thing' post from someone in the know? Friday didn't do it, let's try another. I wish I knew someone who knew someone who had lunch with someone who walked by the A/C. I'd pass that news on toute suite, mon amies.

Are you implying the FAA has a field of inspectors at every Airport in the country? For every maintenance action, or just SOF?
