Just back from a three martini lunch. OUCH! 11 million shares and down, down again. Certification imminent. How's a buyout at $0.25 sound like now? Bet most in the big red would love it. I'm down a penny and a half. Please get a buyout soon.

But.... not a big time penny stock guy, please say why a r/s would hurt us little investors? If I have a Million Shares and they split 50 to 1, I would have 20,000 shares. If the split price was at $0.01 it would now be $0.50. Isn't that a wash? What am I missing? Thanks to whoever answers my q's.
