bag,
Even those nasty forces of evil couldn't keep DNAP from skyrocketing to a penny a share. From thin ice to terra firma, in just two days. Who woulda thunk it?
Off topic, off color: Ann,
Never underestimate your ability to get a big rise.
Arch! Put some clothes on for god's sake!
bag,
If you don't have a calculator, I can see where this could take some time, what with all those zeroes and commas to deal with.
bag,
Here's a math question for you:
How many shares does it take to get 35 million dollars, if those shares are worth (which they won't be) .006.
Take your time and get it right for the class.
DorseyE - Chris was hoping you'd hold his, but hey.........
God, you guys are gullible. So desperate for good news, you're willing to believe whatever this jackass says? Sheesh!
bag, I think they are.
bag, If they had consulted us beforehand, the deal probably still wouldn't have gone through, but at least they wouldn't have looked so foolish.
bag,
The evidence that you like to think existed, did not exist.
Otherwise the deal would have gone through.
You and common sense are like oil and water.
frog - I didn't mean to imply she would go Arch on you! LOL
frog - I think you are about to incur the wrath of Miss Scarlett after that one. LOL
usta - Not bad for a second or third home.
"since he has been around we have a busted Biofrontera deal and a sub-penny share price to show for his efforts"
You forgot about his $1.4 million beachside mansion.
Jaber - None?
cosmic - Not bashing, just asking a question. I am interested in your opinion as to why the Bio deal has not been announced.
You must have an opinion on this, don't you?
cosmic - Why in your opinion has the finalization of theBio deal not been announced? TIA
DorseyE - Have to agree that IF the deal is complete, things are looking up. I also believe that if the deal were complete, we would know about it.
Cosmic - You said "Both pain and Parkinson's are huge million dollar markets for DNAP/Biofrontera...pain especially!"
Please show the board something definitive that will convince us all that there really is a DNAP/Biofrontera. TIA
What a bunch of hypocrites you guys are.
Take a look at this post from an "anonymous" (LOL) long, and tell me it's any more civil than what easy said in his post'
"oldcar---whats hard to understand is how stupid you are. Have you ever taken a company public---I doubt it. I have I know how hard the game is. You little rats that think you are so cool you make me sick. The internet has given low life like you
a voice. I hope some day we can put people like you out of business. You lie and cheat to scare people. Play on fool we
have now dealt the short folks a good blow maybe the self
employed bashers are next. Maybe lies on boards like this will
get hurt---I sure hope so."
ifida - I give you the right to buy my shares at .05. Let me know if you're interested.
GO-DNAP - bullshi
66fan - Arch?
eb0783 - LOL. DNAP certainly doesn't need me or anybody else to cause problems for them. That is one thing they are good at all by themselves.
Speaking of logic, since when has DNAP cared about the PPS?
Remember the old "Eat your vegetables" line?
This stock sucks.
chuckerfmfla - You think Gabe will dump Monica?
bag - How much are you down on this investment - 70%? 80%? 90%? More? Most of us who have been around for a while are down that much. I call that gloom. Doom is just around the corner if something doesn't happen soon.
I don't share your opinion that they are using honest means. They are doing very well for themselves while the company flounders at the expense of the bagholders (that would be us).
They have not been honest and open with the shareholders, especially since Gabe et al came on the scene. Everything they do is shrouded in mystery. Nothing ever seems to quite add up.
Hope you're right someday, bag, but so far, yes, frog has history on his side. (IMO)
bag - Sorry for butting in, but................
frog has history on his side. What's your excuse?
gunnabeoneday - Allow me to take a wild guess at his response:
"Sorry, gunnabeoneday, but that's confidential information, which I cannot divulge at this time. Just be assured that they are real, and I am a real doctor."
gunnabeoneday - As a paid basher (according to some of the more astute pumpers here), my employer gave me the holidays off, which is why I haven't weighed in. I appreciate my mentor coming to my defense in my absence.
Without getting into all the hair-splitting about the actual words used, the gist of my comment was that SOMETHING has to happen to INCREASE THE VALUE of this company in order for the Dutchess funding arrangement to work (ie, the full $35 million realized). An increase in shares does not increase the value of the company.
DRCAL - Thought you knew everything. ??
gunnabe - You said: "So, for the Dutchess deal to generate the full $35Mill, either the price must increase significantly sometime soon, OR more shares must be authorized by us OR some combination of higher price / more shares must occur."
This is not an either or proposition. There has to be an increase in pps for this deal to work. An increase in shares will only cause the pps to fall in equal proportion, resulting in the same dollar investment. JMHO
DRDNAP - If you just recently picked up 200K shares, the wind you are pizzing into is not as strong as that which most of us face. I really have no idea about the future of this company, unlike some of the pumpers here who are gearing up for their moonride. Something big needs to happen to pump up the share price before the end of January, or else this Biofrontera deal falls flat on it's face, IMO. Without the deal, DNAP is in BIG trouble.
DRCAL - Yes, DNAP being the number one dog. Can't say I really believe you, but Happy Thanksgiving anyway.
DRCAL - Care to share with the rest of us peons the names of these "well-known medical researchers"?
Grateful - You could go over to NapHeads II where Wishbone is fantasizing about the riches SCII is going to bring to us. lol
chig - I like my "stupid" name - no need to change it.
chig - With all due respect, you are full of it. There is a very fine line between enthusiasm and pumping, just as there is between looking at the facts realistically and bashing.
The facts of this company are:
*Small (shrinking?) revenues
*Large expenses
*Large losses
*High executive compensation
*750 million shares outstanding, soon to be at least 1.1 billion, probably more.
*Highly dilutive financing arrangements
*No known prospects for major revenue increases until 2007 or 2008.
*Good technology, but not much of a market for it as yet, gcbr's links notwithstanding.
There may be some hope for this company, but in my opinion, it is at last 3-4 years away. If DNAP can survive that long, and we all aren't buried in shares by then (HUGE "if" there), then
maybe someday we can be thankful for this investment.
In the meantime, all positive posts are pure speculation, which is fine. But to try to silence dissenting opinions, based on the facts of this company, is just dishonest, IMO.
frogdreaming - Speaking of straigtforward honesty, has anyone ever gotten an answer as to Frudakis' association with SCII?
I think I remember someone quoting him at the shareholder's meeting that it has nothing to do with DNAP.
Any speculation?
Hope - I'm disappointed in you. You're smarter than that. JMO.
