Let's ask Stockboy just exactly what Karen does at DNAPrint. Let's find out how much this "digruntled" shareholder actually knows about the company he continues to pepper with his three-bash salvos on a predictable basis.
This person's posts carry snippets of negative, incomplete jargon with the distinct taste of rabid-dog tactics, not those of a frustrated and impatient shareholder. Can anyone else see through these posts?
JMHO.
Seeing as the Froggie has been revealed for his obvious agenda, I will refrain from "foaming at the mouth" to spare all of you the degradation that I have helped create here.
I just don't like people trying to steal my money, unchecked, and by using deception. And I consider it rude to constantly talk down to others as a means to keep them off balance.
DNAPrint will survive. It has thus far. No one can change that now. It is now just a matter of the markets and the medical world turning it's eye to our future.
Regards to all the elements who have come out to challenge the misinformation and negative slander.
K
Chris and Cloud,
Believe me, Stockholder101 has no bearing on my desire to post on this. I have been contemplating it since Chris brought it up.. As much as I may concur with Stocky's statements on this, I will never forget his postings after he sold his shares a couple years ago. Enough said.
I am a board memmber on three different companies, and a director on two. Despite my obvious, let's say, adolescent behavior when it comes to the likes of Frogs and Stockchildren, I do know what it is like on the other end, and it would take a thesis to demonstrate the perplexities of ramificational statements and disclosures a company and it's several decision makers deal with.
It is good your questions will be submitted. All the more power to you. It may end up opening doors that help everyone, company included. My philosophy is that there is always something to learn at any time and from anyone, anywhere. It is that philosophy that keeps us listening, not talking above others.
The only point I wanted to get across is the sidenote that more anxiety will not be created from a genuine good will attempt to establish better shareholder communications. And I do not necessarily mean anxiety among company execs.
Hopefully, this will all be a mute point by the end of this year. Good luck to us all and keep up the good work.
I concur. A boardmember that is put into the position of fielding live questions could very well raise more questions along with the anxiety level, and take away from time spent where it should be.
That aside, the company is very aware of stockholder concerns and the dire need to placate their long overdue concerns.
In the end, it is all about the pudding.
The company has told it's shareholders all that it can, both legally and with competitive perspective. Just go back a few years and review things that were said before the company thought them out. That is the direction that shareholders push a company towards when impatience takes hold.
This is not a bad idea, and if nothing else will hopefully encourage a more timely update on activities. But it might be advisable to reflect upon each and every one's desire to know those things that just can not be revealed by the company, and even write down those questions one would ask that you know you will get an answer to before embarking on this endeavor.
Just my honest perspective and probably worthless. But good luck to you all nonetheless.
"On the other hand this was a very nice attempt at spin from a past master of the art and we should appreciate the effort, even if the message itself is flawed."
Once again Froggie brands another person,(who, incidently made sure to add JUST MY HONEST OPINION, something Frog does NOT do) something that he himself does best.
Froggies reply to Worktoplay's post offers nothing difinitive
to counter one man's opinion. Just more "words" taken and obscured to his own agenda.
Save it, Froggie. All will come out in the wash soon. And your obvious contract of deception and hate for this company and Worktoplay,(who by the way posts a fraction of the crap you do)is all JUST YOUR OPINION. Paid for or not.
Please stop talking into the mirror, Froggie.
And then the cornered rat suddenly realized there was no way out of the predicament he had worked himself into and thusly proceded to chew through the flooring in search of a way out.
The ruse of dominant intelligence had finally come to an end as all ruses do, as the truth always comes out.
The lilypad floats no longer, as the pond is dry and empty.
WASHINGTON) — The widely used diabetes drug Avandia should be pulled from the market because of heart risks, a federal scientist said Monday.

Is Avandia the Next Vioxx?
With concerns raised about heart risks of a popular diabetes drug, GlaxoSmithKline and the FDA scramble to respond
Those risks, combined with no unique short-term benefits in helping diabetics control blood-sugar levels, fail to justify keeping Avandia on the market, according to a copy of a slide presentation by Food and Drug Administration scientist Dr. David Graham.
The document was distributed at the onset of a daylong meeting of a joint panel of outside experts convened to consider whether the drug should restricted to use in select patients and branded with prominent warnings or removed altogether from sale. Previously, the FDA said information from dozens of studies of the GlaxoSmithKline PLC drug points to an increased risk of heart attack.
Glaxo officials, meanwhile, disputed that conclusion, according to copies of company presentations to be given later Monday.
The FDA isn't required to follow the advice of its advisory committees but usually does.
The FDA moved up the date of Monday's meeting following the May publication of a study by The New England Journal of Medicine that generated new concerns about Avandia's safety. The pooled analysis of 42 studies revealed a 43 percent higher risk of heart attack for those taking Avandia compared with people taking other diabetes drugs or no diabetes medication.
Glaxo, meanwhile, says its own data show no increase in heart risks with Avandia compared with other diabetes drugs, including Actos.
About 1 million Americans with Type 2 diabetes use Avandia to control blood sugar by increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin. That sort of treatment has long been presumed to lessen the heart risks already associated with the disease, which is linked to obesity. News that Avandia, also called rosiglitazone, might actually increase those risks would represent a "serious limitation" of the drug's benefit, according to the FDA.
Cottonswab,
You are the one who sits here and bashes without using one single fact to back you up.
Go back to scamming senior citizens for your dirty income.
If you must bash this company for not being what you want it to be, then you must bash yourself for being stupid enough to
buy penny stocks.
Go somewhere else and depress other people, if you can.
When they sent Froggie off to bashing school, he was surprised to find out it was nothing more than a greased-pig catching contest.
Basher central surmised that his training on evasive tactics would best be ingrained by playing the part of the subject, so imagine his immediate dismay when they slathered him with axle grease.
But he came to enjoy the taunting and the exercise of indignant righteousness. His genetic predisposition fit the role to a tee.
The moniker "Frogdreaming" was derived from his earlier days, a mere remnant of a life once thought to be gentle and loving.
Yet the dark side and the promise of great riches took hold and turned the molasses to vinegar, and the fertile forest to dry desert.
Now, squealing like a stuck bovine and covered with mud and grease, he traces circle upon circle trying to find a way out.......
Oh, woe is me for I have pooped in my own nest.......
C'mon, Froggie
Lets take the tiger by the tail, because now that you have been shown the door, your paying friends say "stay".
What's a hired hit man like yourself run nowadays?
Gene therapy is the only answer. Your cloak of holier-than-thou-ness would have to lose it's luster sooner or later. Funny how the chickens always come home to roost
when deception runs out of alleys to run into.
My advice is to pull a Dragonesquire and find another Cotton, Stockboy, or flip to become.
Good luck ontop of that lonely mountain.
And just call the boys and tell them the cover's blown.LOLOLOLOL.
The Die....
Nice of you to step in but the bottom line in my book is when Frog used his high profile on this thread to call Dr Frudakis et. al., liars and thieves. All other discussion after that point is moot.
You may dwelve into the science all you want, but this is the DNAPrint board, and slander has no place here.
This is my opinion and shall stay so.
Good day.
Frogophile,
Seems like you are having a moment slinging your spit and having a tantrum. You seem to keep avoiding the two points I was making which referred to how you treat people, yet you are determined to press this science thing.
O.K..My opinion is that you are most likely a washed up guy from the pharm industry or a paid basher. The chances of you knowing one tenth of the amount of DNA science that Frudakis does is a stretch. The self-righteous never learn a thing as they already know it all, and that is you, half-reptile.
I have no fear of you or the trash you spew, sorry.
It is reality that your head has been handed to you on a platter several times here and it seems the only one in denial of that fact is yourself.
Crawl into your own hole and find the mirror. Take a look at the king of the mountain. Take a long look at the mountain. You'll see how tiny it is.
You have no credibility. You threw it away with your abusive holier-than-thou
attitude.
Chucha La Peepa, Froog.
Frogscheming,
I have no beef with your intent on "alleviating confusion" about the science. Have at it.
My post was relative to your intent to downplay DNAPrint's science and other posters' contributions, no matter how insignificant YOU deem them to be.
It is your constant negativity that keeps people like me from reading your "informative" diatribe.
Discussing the science with you would be akin to sharing the dinner table with Sen Joe McCarthy and a rabid racoon.
Your mind is always made up and it's always right. Not much of a discussion, eh?
Does the phrase "dead in the water" reveal anything?
No, just your intent.
This lilypad is contaminated. I'm diving off.
Oh yeah, Froggie,
"One of the worst types of behavior is the attempted confusion of unwary investors by those who try to bury reality under a blizzard of technological confusion."
Speaking about yourself again, Froggie?
If anyone knows what hurdles lie ahead in the quest for personalised medicine using DNA it is DNAPrint. You single them out on your path of revenge so that you can say ridiculous crap like "dead in the water" just to bash the company. And then you use your latest "vision" to bash a poster who posts information relating to DNA research, yet do the exact same thing yourself. Your excuse is that you understand it more than anyone else, but that doesn't fly.
You also fail,(conveniently) to mention that whatever obsticles lie ahead in this quest for personalised medicine for DNAPrint,(which is a long term goal for the company)
also lie ahead for any other company who ventures down that path. You need to give credit where credit is due, but your constant hate for this company does nothing but put you in the same box as Stockboy and Cottonmouth who are paid to bash.
Does PL1 use a shotgun approach with information about DNA research? Maybe. Does he understand it all? Who knows. Do you? But it sure is a lot better knowing what is going on out there than having to read posts from the trash who offer nothing, and yes that includes me.
Too bad you use good information to perpetuate your witch hunt against DNAPrint. Must be a miserable life to let personal shoulder-chips skew the ol' objectivity.
Good luck, froggie.
Why should anyone waste time proving anything to a paid basher?
Frogscheming.
Oh, I am very relaxed. In a few minutes I will be out on the lake sipping an ice cold Corona.
You on the other hand will have to stay near the message board, doing your duty as king of the hill, putting down others and trying to keep the board in some kind of negative flux. Good luck with that. Somedau maybe YOU can tell your grandkids how you strove for greatness on a penny-stock board, feeding your ego with the bashing of others.
LOL
Frogscheming,
NO, not all else aside.
Your agenda. Your deception.
What, put it aside?
Your pathetic bashing.
Your consistent attacks on people who bring something to the table, while you bring nothing but an axe to grind.
Are you paid for this crap?
All else aside, froggie, you have offered nothing here while PL1 has at least contributed relative and educational articles and his view of genomics to this board.
You do not call these contributions relevant, as they do not fit into your zone of deceptive malignment that you regularly pass on here. Your outlook and 100% negative view of this company and it's science exposes you for what you and your intent actually are; a person with an agenda that is skewed towards deliberate damaging rhetoric and character assassination with an end goal of the destruction of this company and it's founder.
Now you have admitted that a new poster, one who has contributed positive input to this thread, is fair game and fodder for your continued abuse, posturing yourself once again as the king of the mountain who judges all mankind.
You are abusive, Frogdreaming. You are slanderous to people who fortunately wouldn't waste their time even knowing your name. And you are the one who tries to call others cowards while the chickens are roosting in your nest. You have called out PL1 as a fake, yet this person has tried nothing to decieve anyone about DNAPrint; he or she has only passed on their impressions. It is without even a second of consideration one sees the obvious intent of your abuse.
You haven't even realized that our other shareholder meeting attendee, Paul, would have to be in on PL1's so called "deception" for you to be right. Are you going to call this person a liar too? If you grab the tail, Froggie.......
Your history proves it all. Mingwan, Worktoplay, PL1, and others. Anyone who has made an effort to pass on valuable and verified information has been attacked vigorously by you. Your agenda is to deprive this board of constructive input that results in fair debate. You put people down and try to create animosity with the tact of self-righteousness.
You are, by all defintions, just a pathetic basher with a deceptive agenda.
The first sentence said "peer review". That was probably the hold-up. eom
Stockboy is a paid basher, despite what foolish "tirades of a dissappointed investor" some here have fallen for. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY is stupid enough to dump money into a gambling machine, lose it, and sit there in front of it forever and whine about how the machine ripped them off. That is, nobody who is smart enough to read or write. Stockboy (just one alias) is so predictable with his show-up-and-bash-3-posts that it is laughable. It's the perfect cover.
Anybody with a hair of sense would move on. It's a penny stock. But you people don't. Are you telling me that you are all that stupid?
Uh, no, I don't think so.
Guess you are addicted then. As much as you bad talk this company, you still hang around day after day, month after month, for what?. The one thing you bashers can't hide behind is the unrealistic and illogical consistency of your presence.
You are still drinking what you yourself call "sour milk" and there is no cheap excuse for the stupidity of hanging around something you persistently slander. Unless, of course, you, Froggie, Stockchild, and Cottonmouth have other reasons for standing in the middle of a cesspool for years on end, every minute, every day badmouthing the smell?
You people are so obvious that I am sure it makes many here wonder just what happened in all of your pathetic lives to take you to the point of having to bash a penny stock for a living.
Frogdreaming and Stockboy are paid bashers.
ZGoldies....
You might want to review DNAP;s news releases. They announced collaboration with Moffitt almost 4 years ago, and have been working with them since. Take note that Gene Network Sciences is a privately held company and it may be alot easier to draw up a collaboration with M2Gen since they not only have non-public shares that are treated more leniently by the SEC, but that GNS did not have a previous agreement with Moffit that would affect a new collaboration. My take is that it has no influence or bearing on DNAPrint's ability to draw up a deal with M2Gen.
It is my opinion, and only that, that Merck has been paying DNAPrint for services for over a year now, and that Merck is one of the 4 main companies TF mentioned twice in the last 2 months that we have been recieving testing fees from.
You never know, it could be that GNS has something to offer which is an integral part of a project that we arer working on. Or not.
Notice once again, financial terms are not disclosed.
DNAP;s work with M2Gen may go nowhere, but if it creates any revenues either now or later, or both, it's fine by me. JMHO..
I take issue with the term "cyberterrorist". It implies some sort of necessary intelligence to accomplish it's mission. In this instance something may be more appropo, such as, "self-righteous un-accomlished punk with serious ego issues".
Just MHO, derived by reading Tarot Lily Pads, and cleaning frog-eces from the pond.
PL1
Just remember that their goal is to take out anyone who offers any kind of support to this company, and you are right in their bullseye, as you understand more about the science and can relay that to investors.
Your greatest weapon to fight these paid bashers is to do what you have been doing and ignore those few who make it their primary goal to push your buttons.
You have no need to defend your opinions or actions here. There are many of us who lay quiet and appreciate your input.
These people, Frog, Cotton, Stockboy, and others could be all one person, it doesn't matter. They have no real reason to be here doing their so-called damage unless they are mantally ill or paid to bash. Simple as that. They are the equivelent of the scams that con senior citizens.
Their mission is to rile you up and make you leave. Get it?
Good luck.

And I think we all know which it is.
Always ask them why they are here.
Maybe you should ask Gabriel or Gomez that question to their face. It seems that all the cottonmouths , stockchildren, froggies, et al have all the guts to sit here and call out dirty accusations, but that is as far as they will take it.
I will take the credentials of Gomez over any punk-ass wanna-get-rich-in-a-day back seat drivers who hang here like bathroom mold any day, any time.
At least they have a life.
Self-righteous as usual and so filled with hate for Frudakis and the company that the Froggie just has to hang around something he calls a "scam".
He hangs around, but hates it. Talks down to everyone.
Filled with hate and detest.
Smells like a paid basher. Someone who is so smart to spot a scam but not smart enough to go on and take his pathetic self-
absorbing super-intelligence somewhere else.
Then someone comes along who goes to the annual meeting and does alot of reading, has fought statin response side-effects and has a positive outlook on the company. Lo and behold Froggie has to come out and bash this person with all of the trash he can muster and call the company a scam in the process.
Hmm, fancy that. But.....he......can't.....just.......leave.
Is it just HATE? Or is it PAID HATE?
Oh, yeah........that was JMHO. eom.
Iwant2bePathetic,
What's it like living a life where all that you can possibly do is degrade and piss on everything around you? Since every post you come up with is full of disdain and hate
then one can only assume that your life is void of any fullfillment and that your bitter and useless diatribe is meant to serve only one purpose.........to help you feel better about yourself by bringing others down.
If you aren't happy with this company, then stop taking it out on others. Go away and stay away. There is no reason for you to be here unless you are paid or have no life whatsoever and hate keeps you non-suicidal.
Your presence here along with Stockchild and pennyPunk is useless and pathetic. Give it up. Go to Froggies house and have a self-righteous hate orgy. The funniest thing about all your aliases is that you can't discuss one fact about the company. You just bash and bash. At least Froggie has a bashing angle. If you had to use your real name here you would be disgusted and embarrassed at your own behavior.
Ah, so much anticipation, animosity, and angst. Tis a shame that life is so short. But you guys sure can waste it.
I am now going to pack up the mountain bike, drive up to Glacier on this fine sunny day, and ride up the going-to-the-sun
road before it opens for the season. Maybe I'll see a Grizzly like last time. Doesn't get dark 'til 11:00.
You all just hang here and beat each other up.
Maybe when you all grow up you can look back and count the wasted hours trying to fill some need for a monetary orgasm
that will somehow leave you half-empty anyway........nevertheless.......
Good luck.

IWANTTOBENEGATIVE
David,
DNAPrint needs financing in place BY November to fund the company's projects and operations. The cash from the sales of Biofrontera shares will evaporate by the end of the year.
The financing of 20 to 30 million is a projection to get the company to a point of self-survival on revenues that come from the completion of one or more of our projects.
Venture capitalist money is loaned on the premise that the company will become successful financially and the time it takes to get there must be included in the formula with room to move.
i.e. 30 million is more than to just get by. It is mostly for the projects and trials.
WOW.
Preciouslife,
Many thanks for taking the time to convey your thoughts and info from the meeting.
Much appreciated.
Spoken like a true idiot.
Guess income isn't important to this business.
DNAPrint is doing work for 4 companies.
If you are going to bash, at least do it with some sense.
Chris,
Back at ya. We shall see. This company hasn'r survived for 7 years without a reason. The fact that we are doing work for four large companies(confidentiality) means they are seeing what we can prove.
Things are moving slowly, but they do in this business, and even though our shares are worth an all time low, the position of the company after 7 years has improved, in my opinion, and just that, an opinion. I have become mildly complacent and rather patient, not apathetic, and still see a future for this company.
Gomez is still with us, and to me that means Gabriel has worked along side the other officers.
I think the overall goals and plan in flux will come to fruituion, and I don't see the same mismanagement that others percieve, just a very difficult cutting-edge technology that must consistently break down walls of discovery, regulation, and clinical trial and financing. In fact, I am impressed how these guys have held up over a long duration.
We shall see.
Good luck to you too.
Keep in mind that this is an "option". If Orchid wants to cough up the same amount that Merck or some other company
wants to pay, then they have a shot at it.
"8.4 In the event Orchid expressly declines in writing to negotiate with DNAPrint for rights or interests in or to a particular item of SNP Intellectual Property, or the parties fail to execute a license or other mutually acceptable agreement after six (6) months of good faith negotiations relating to a particular item of SNP Intellectual Property (a "Rejected Property"), DNAPrint may solicit and entertain offers to enter into agreements for rights and interests in and to the Rejected Property, and negotiate with Third Parties."
And?
