These are reasons why you invest in a spec like this.
When reading these links check out the markets in which charging stations are being installed and check them against where EVCO is looking to place dealerships. Not every place a charging station is built is a current target of EVCO. But there is overlap.
Think outside the box. Gas WILLreach $4.00 a gallon in most major markets in America before summer hits. When we saw $2.00 a gallon in 2003 that shifted everything. In 2004 in San Diego the waiting time for a prius was 6+ months. Now apply the same market theory to $4.00 a gallon gas and this company.
With the government providing tax incentives to buyers of eco friendly vehicles it makes you think the juice might be worth the squeeze.

Well at least I provided a link. Not an accusation followed by some letters??? Funny how those posts don't get deleted??
I guess we will just have to let the market decide this thing. It's got two weeks. let the fun begin.
Another reason why the company might be getting bought out. Look at the value of the contract and the length of it. That contract becomes the buyers contract.

NEURO-BIOTECH CORP: MAJOR CONTRACT WITH ISRAEL

NEURO-BIOTECH CORP: MAJOR CONTRACT WITH ISRAEL
BASEL, Switzerland, Feb. 8, 2011, Neuro-Biotech Corp. (PINKSHEET: MRES)(OTCQB: MRES) Dr Claude Poulin, CEO, and the Board of Directors of Neuro-Biotech Corp. are pleased to announce the signing of its second License Agreement with an Israeli distributor.
This Agreement provides for a minimum yearly order of 500,000 units over a period of 10 years. Both parties have agreed on an initial price of US$ 55.00 per unit, based on the price of the recently negotiated agreement with Credo-TM, a Company based out of Russia. Each agreement is estimated to bring in a gross profit of US$ 26,750,000 annually, for a period of ten years. Negotiations are still ongoing with India, Pakistan, Spain and Egypt. The terms of these agreements are projected to be within the same range as the previous ones.
With the signing of this Agreement and ongoing negotiations, Neuro-Biotech strengthens the implementation of its Licensees network throughout the world, allowing the Company to begin the next phase of its development plan: the creation of its own "Technological Showcase" in order to support the training of technicians as well as the development of new products and avoid any type of road show.

Exactly! No one spends that kind of bank on a OTCB/Pink without knowing something huge is in the works.
Unless they saw EVCA go backwards today and thought I need a huge tax write off for 2011 (maybe this will do) and it is way to early to be thinking about that!!!! LOL
We will be moving in penny ticks very soon!!!!!!
8 million shares, 32% of float. Nuts!!!!
Over 32% of the float is locked up on those two buys!!!!!
Based on the past history of the company and the limited amount of DD on them no. Look at all of the bashing done on it hear today. It scares folks away from putting serious money in and pressure on the stock to move up.
Some smart folks put a small amount in just in case ( myself included). But I'm not gonna through a ton at it until the news is proven not with the recent history of false PR's done on the pinks (see AUCI last Tuesday).
If it does prove to be true this will gap up in the A.M. and buying leverage will be lost.
That's why soo many bashers here trying to keep the last entry price in so low. Makes sense but I don't agree with it. Lots of buys on level 2 right now looks like it worked.
At the time of the first PR reporting the unsolicited BO the stock was trading at about .035 so that time was only a little over 4 times the value then.
It will be interesting to see if this offer is indeed legit.
For what it is worth they have the news on their web-site as well.

Bluebird... Lets bash this down to .01.. You take this board, and I'll cover the other Board... Same deal as before, $8 per reply ok!
Wasn't that you? LOL wierd?
Well I hope what he is saying to you comes true and that every shareholder here makes a ton of money. But I also hope that everyone here doesn't lose a lot of money if this thing proves to be false. Take care all and G.L.
Just heard about the BO offer. Never posted on this board before. Hope I get to a lot in the near future if things turn out. Don't want to come in here all preachy to you but please be careful. Just got out of AUCI on Tuesday. They had an unsolicited BO offer as well. Turned out to be a sham. AUCI does not appear to be at fault. Appears to be a set up by a group of individuals releasing fake PR's and e-mailing unsolicited bids to elevate PPS then dump them at a selected price as the bogus group spits out another bogus PR saying the BO was withdrawn. Lot of good people went to lunch, walked their dog, got away from their computer for 15 minutes to find all their money gone.
Sounds like MRES is taking a good approach in letting shareholders know by the 15th. In some regards this should make you feel good about this company. GLTA
Was wondering what the float was. Looking at the message board it is a little unclear. 197,774 (Millions)?
Toucan, did you get my e-mail?
Netcool where is the link to that? Are we talking about the PR which started the selling? As that PR is very much in question. Or is there an official PR out there which backs your claim?
New info from both sides on simply pennies.

Check post 8074 and those after under my name. In every post I encourage investors to call. Do the same. Mr. Newmans cell is listed on the message board page.
Here is the one on Yahoo
http://news.yahoo.com/s/prweb/20110208/bs_prweb/prweb5047314
Submitted by PR web. Need to check out the legitimacy of them.
And we see where that got most of them today.
No, However Dr. Newman said the deal had not been rejected by AUCI privately. One would think that would be the protocol. Reject privately first then go public. Not the case here.
I don't know when the PR will come out. Dr. Newman could not tell me. I am not even gonna speculate today or tomorrow or the day after that. Like I said before, please call him. It is your right and responsibility as an investor to do so.
But piece it all together.
If someone offered to buy your Co. for 10 C a share and you were trading at around .002 would you say no to it?
Would you release several PR's through reputable PR business publications prior to the buyout/RM stating what the offer was; then turnaround and release a PR from a completely different PR site which anyone can buy a release spot saying the deal is off or postponed.
This sort of panic raid happens in the Pinks but someone grew a set of stones to get this one done. Again call him and keep this one on your radar because it doesn't sound like it is over yet.
Please call and find out. You have that right. If you were them and scamming shareholders would you pick up the phone and answer questions? I believe you would be emptying your account and getting the hell out of town. Doesn't sound like that is happening here. I left a message on Mann's voice mail and hope to here back from him soon. This is looking more like a scam to shake shareholders from their shares. Look at how much can be gained from getting in at a low level. And if you who want to buy in at the lowest level possible or are getting squeezed to the point where the juice of writing a bogus PR is worth the squeeze of getting cheap shares or covering, then I guess you do it.
But the delusion argument doesn't fly here. Would be too easy to trace back to management. Also, If I'm gonna dilute why not do it slowly when the stock is going up? I would make more money and it would be nearly impossible to trace it back to me. Not at .01 with the volume and buying pressure we saw today.
Alright I did talk to Mr. Newman, he was pissed! He stated that a legit PR was coming very shortly regarding what action both Co.'s are taking going forward. The offer is still on the table and in no way has it been rejected by AUCI as of today. He did mention that if you look at the source co. for the PR their CEO is not listed or traceable within their web-site. He also stated he will ask the SEC to launch an investigation into this malicious PR.
[I encourage all to call him! I did and feel much better about the situation from here.b]
Because there were no analysts. This is looking more and more like a false PR designed to do just what it did. Sneaking suspicion the deal still go's through as planned.
That is exactly my point. The more you dig the more you will find that whoever submitted the PR about the buyout being rejected did so in a rather suspect manner. After the dust clears I think it will be OK to get back in.
After we calm down lets think, what are the legal ramifications of this? Would Mann or any of the other inside players be ignorant enough to dump tons of shares given the prior press releases?
Were the PR's announcing the merger from the same PR (newswire) as the one stating the merger/buyout was off the table? Why use two different sources if you made an offer and then turn around and it is legitimately turned down?
Doesn't add up. Anyone got insight?
If you have no position why are you here? Trusted???? Motivation??? To save us from making money????
Edurk, continue to follow ASYTQ. Looked to see what the float is and saw that it has unknown. With your best guess what do you think a ballpark figure is? Been watching it on level two and notice it moves well on very little volume.
Nice! Dow, was wondering, are you and Phrozt on the e-mail list sent back in December (I believe)? I think yours and or Phrozt might be worthy of a sticky until the land deals are in place.
Rocket you are absolutely right. A cubic yard of iron ore can way about 15,000 lbs. or 7.5 tons. From the looks of the truck and the amount of ore that is in it I would say that this iron ore is very high grade (dense). Go CWRN!!!!
Don't exactly know. There were a little over 2 bill in Nov. 2010. However if you have Level II you can see this thing has been moving pretty easily the last two weeks which suggests the float is getting chipped away at pretty well.
Holding well despite no news on land deal. Seemed to have found the bottom of .0012 this week. If we are in the teens when the land deal hits this could find close to a penny. If the land deal is larger than expected, could be .015 to .025 IMHO. GLTY

Boss I am at 245 now
put buy in for 10000 at .0057 mot filling!!!!!!
Check that just filled
Us to. I am somewhat new myself. Best advice I can give, especially on a spec stock like this which is not producing anything and needs to acquire land or machinery or capital is only put in what you can afford to lose. You are right in looking at MMTE as having good, even great potential, that is why all of us are here. Good luck to you and thanks.
Not a problem with me. Feel sorry for you. We have all done that more than we would like to admit. GLTY.
You may be right. But some of these small buys for ex. 8000 @ .0013 cost a little more than $10 not including commission. Who does that$ Nor reason to break up that buy as there is little buying pressure. Has yo be a reason they don't want this below this level.
There are tons of pinks that operate out of no main office. If you are a start up company in NY how do you afford one? If I were the CEO of this company I would operate it out of my house and get a tax break for it. A lot of pinks do. Those that manufacture or ship goods usually do so out of a warehouse.
I don't know what rent in NYC costs but man think about it, this company would be out of the race before the land deals were finalized if it had an office to rent.
Now that we are into this office finding issue. Anyone google GR White capital? Or do we have any link to this firm? I can't find a website on the CO.
However, I have found several articles which make me feel better about my investment. Grant White was recently appointed to the B.O.D. and CEO For Gold Bag Inc. This was to be a temporary appointment (thru 12/31/2010). Turns out he has a substantial background in mergers and acquisition transactions in multiple sectors including mining.

there are other links regarding Mr. White on the second page of the google search if you are interested. I like the fact that he and Lieberman have Canadian ties as it may be beneficial in the negotiation process (we Americans are viewed to be imperialists).
Hopefully between Lieberman and White they can get er done
