These are web based platforms. The Health E Connect is great, but needed the Insulin Dose Adjustment to complete it. Now it's all marketable as an enhanced diabetes management platform. When the new devise that is being referred to is added (wish we knew what it is) I assume it will make the diabetes management benefits more complete. There is no similar service platform device on the market. They should dominate once a large partnering pharmaceutical company with diabetes medications or insulin joins up with them.
agree. I'm targeting $0.85 before Thanksgiving
Agreed. This Vandal guy must be new or a fake. There hasn't even been PR yet. Wait until they announce customers, co-marketers, partnerships. And any FDA clearance is big time good. Consider its a web based platform. Almost impossible to get those through the FDA. And consider what it does for diabetes patients. This is significant.
you serious?! I think not. They just did receive FDA clearance
Yes, I held. Diabetes management needs the ALRT platforms. Actually, the patients need it and using the ALRT systems will lower costs in the long run significantly. I would expect the pharmas with diabetes medications and with insulin to want to team up with and co-market with ALRT. As such, I would expect a major player to buy a large stake in the company.
I have a feeling the big bang will soon be here. A positive bang, not a negative one. I'm still all in. The product is needed and provides patient benefits that should lower cost of care. Perfect combination even in this corrupt healthcare system where it's all about profit and not patient outcome.......this is now changing with the new reimbursement changes.
hard to understand why some are selling so much volume at such low price, when the news suggests good things.
Going crazy will be when it gets back over $0.30 a share which is the average price my Mom paid for it back several years ago.
I'm hoping to see it at $0.50 or higher within a few months.
check out the news posted on the ALRT web site. REVENUE!
hopefully this news goes out over the wire services this coming week. It's dated the 20th so they must be going to post it early Monday.
ALR Technologies Signs First Revenue-Generating Contract[
Health-e-Connect System Deployed to Improve Diabetes Outcomes at Leading Kansas City Medical Group
(April 20, 2015 -- RICHMOND, VA) ALR Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: ALRT), a leading remote chronic care management and medical device company, is pleased to announce that Clay-Platte Family Medicine Clinic, one of the largest primary care clinics in the Northland of Kansas City, has signed a contract with ALRT to improve diabetes health outcomes using the Health-e-Connect remote chronic care management system.
This is the first commercial deployment of the Health-e-Connect system and a significant expansion of ALRT’s operations. Under the terms of the contract, Clay-Platte Family Medicine Clinic’s nearly 3,400 diabetes patients will be eligible to be enrolled in the Health-e-Connect system and ALRT will be paid a per-patient-per-month fee.
“We intend to be a leader in outcomes-based healthcare solutions through proven effectiveness, market adoption, and revenue,” said Bill Smith, president of ALR Technologies. “Today’s agreement meets those three goals.”
Health-e-Connect remotely monitors patient blood-glucose levels and alerts physicians when those levels are trending out of established protocols. In a clinical trial, Internet-based Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems were associated with a reduction in average A1c levels from 8.8% to 7.6% over a six-month period.
Clay-Platte Family Medicine Clinic, as a member of the KCMPA ACO, has been participating in an ongoing demonstration project of the Health-e-Connect system with diabetes patients in the Kansas City area. The preliminary outcomes of the project contributed to Clay-Platte Family Medicine Clinic’s decision to expand the use of ALRT’s technology into a broader diabetes population.
“The Health-e-Connect has already proven itself effective in lowering A1c levels in some of the most challenging patients with Type 2 diabetes,” said Dr. Nathan Granger, Director of Clay-Platte Family Medicine Clinic. “We’re excited to be working with ALRT to bring the Health-e-Connect system to many more of our patients and help them take greater control of their diabetes.”
“We consider today’s announcement to be an important step in our vision and our business model,” said Sidney Chan, CEO of ALRT. “We’ve developed a unique product that, we believe, will improve the health outcomes for patients with diabetes. As medical group contracts are increasingly tied to outcomes, we believe our system can help patients and medical groups reach their goals.”
Article about ALRT. This is good

Now we wait on Reimbursement. Once some physicians are receiving reimbursement for use of the ALRT HEC for remote patient management we should see the big companies signing on.
I've been buying as well. And will keep buying at these crazy low price. The news has been good, just need more of it and show us the income stream.
I saw news on ALRT at yahoo finance. Wonder why not here. News is good.
the company appears to be in a great place with revenue expected to start in January and with the new reimbursement code. So, I'm not worried at all about the current price. Price now means nothing.
so much good fundamental news in the past three months and it has turned into someone selling off stock every time there is a little momentum. Why?
no based on any news. very strange
Let's be patient. By late next year they should be showing profit. and when they announce dividends we'll see lot of stock buyers. The revenue and profit could ramp up very quickly. Exciting times.
Would have to be SEC filings if it was any officer so not him
yes, will be a great development. Assuring nice revenue stream. But why would someone sell 500k of stock yesterday at such a crazy low price with this development pending?
Wish someone could explain why nearly 5 million shares have been sold off in past 4 weeks. Incredible. Good strong news and a clear path to revenue and profit and there's a selloff! These people must not understand healthcare and reimbursement. 26 million people in the US and most need remote management.
I realize we shouldn't expect much increase until they are proven to generate revenue, but the potential is staggering. And why do people sell this much so low? Game playing?
I'm so puzzled. Why would anyone sell this low. So much volume being sold so low. The prospect of Latin America and the millions of diabetes patients in those countries covered by public health care.....and they could be put on the ALRT system in mass. And with reimbursement in the US for those on Medicare and Medicaid. Really, really positive developments.
yes, will go up steadily. The day the FDA approval was announced nearly 7 million shares traded in two days and the price went up to $0.25. Their revenue potential is quite significant given the diabetes population numbers. I think we can see a $1 price by Thanksgiving.
Clearly no new investors are aware of ALRT and the potential it has. So disappointing there is almost no volume. Need a PR campaign to generate awareness.
can someone figure out why 800,000 shares have been sold at prices below .03? Makes no sense. Great fundamental news and people are selling like crazy. So much potential now with the reimbursement and national attention. I wouldn't sell for less than $3
Yes, national exposure and revenue stream most likely kicking in starting January. Incredible potential. The keys to me are cost reduction in care with remote monitoring. Wish that had been stressed in the interview.......but that's why CMS is willing to start paying. Should be a slam dunk as it's not a political sided decision. Expect some really strong future revenue and earnings. I think there are nearly 30 million with diabetes in the US and 100 to 200 million in rest of world.
very nice!! fundamental progress. And looking at the two organizations involved it appears they collectively cover hundreds of thousands of lives. Thus the potential from this one agreement can be significantly large.
More news. Looking good, really good.http://finance.yahoo.com/news/alr-technologies-announces-remote-insulin-121800315.html
News. Check this out. http://www.alrt.com/news/2014/07/09/proposed-cms-rules-present-alrt-with-significant-new-market-opportunities-for-remote-monitoring-of-patients-with-chronic-conditions
ALRT has positioned themselves to be the leader in remote diabetes management and monitoring.
Agreed, long and strong here too. They apparently have almost no exposure. Maybe once a big name partnership/contract is achieved they will put resources into PR and IR. I would think a little marketing would get several health groups on board with them. But apparently they just need the first breakthrough partnership to then attract the industry.
Good news. Adding insulin tracking and management to glucose tracking and management is quite the combination. Got to be the best in remote diabetes management. That video really shows it well.
Hey Janet. You still following ALRT? News coming soon? Been 5 months so something must be up. I remain positive.
Will news be out soon? Been 4 months since last one, so that might mean several will be coming out soon---or not. Would expect ALRT would have companies signing on to use. Long and Strong here too.
Hey Lonewolf; I agree; been no news since mid November. Time for some real impactful announcements. Any rumors out there?
I agree, pick some up now. I think anything under .50 is a bargain. Healthcare technology is getting huge attention and ALRTs system for diabetes care seems to be perfectly positioned to capitalize.
sure hope you're correct. Been some time since last news. With Diabetes being so costly to health insur providers, I would think they would be on ALRT like fleas on a junkyard dog. Improve diabetes outcomes can save US hundreds of millions $ annually.
I think the agreement with Dr. Davidson speaks volumes about things to come. This guy is world renowned and would never associate himself with a company or system unless had certainty that it was going to be of considerable use and of big value. Should lead to some big companies getting involved.
Check out the group that is partnering with ALRT. The Dr. Davidson is a world leader in diabetes care and research. Speaks volumes about his approval of the ALRT system!
Lone, what's going on now. Some big volume sell orders. We need news.
An update would be great. Been quiet for a long time now.
Really quiet. NO news in some time. Maybe ObamaCare slowing decision making?
