Shell being sold and new company merge starting next year. Don't know how reliable is the source but from what I heard, it makes a lot of sense. If this happens, we will fly because we don't have any convertibles notes or dilution + low float. Will post more when I get more information. Good luck to you all.

wrong, my business wasn't making money in 2006, but I am since 2014. Business company usually evolves to make money if you stick and never give up. Just need to find the right market. Ceo might have found it. Yeah I found mine in the mining industry. Didn't know that in 2006.

This is great news, as I am a mining engineer, I have seen contracts over 3-4 millions dollars just from one water filtration system in Quebec Canada. If he has contracts with oil/gas cie, this is the best timing to get in cheat before people realise the potential here.

Under environment laws (assuming they have permits), every oil/mining/natural gas site have the right to use certain quantities of water available in the area to process their ore/commodities, but need to treat this water before it is used and after it is put back in nature. Now, the real facts are that they don't really put it back in nature because they recycle it to be reused in the milling/fracking/drilling process over and over. So by treating and filtering, they cleaned the water. the residual oil/waste in it can be discharged. Then the water can be used again and again until they don't need it anymore.

Very lucrative business, oil/gas/mining companies can't work without it. If ceo give the service at a competitive price then the market. He will get a lot of contracts. Specially now, with oil price down, we are looking to save as much money as we can throughout the processing cycle.

Not all business works out the way you want, but I think ceo found finally one great cash cow.

why would you say that, I have see these systems at work. They are real.oil and mining industry use them all the time.

As a oil/mining engineer, this is great news and very lucrative business. we are golden here
