I would agree that their compensations are seriously egregious considering revenues and contracts to date. Likewise without vast improvement in the next month I would vote against further compensation packages that allow this degree of take without delivering benefit to shareholders. The BOD is not doing their job IMO as these compensations should have been tied to performance. That error should be swiftly altered in the next package. Very ugly!
No we need a shiny headed obsessive fellow with nothing else to do to audit? Am sure you are available? Please bring your super reflective lens and show us those UK books?
Certainly likely regarding the WASP imo also Be. However training has been lengthy at Fort Polk and would think we could see smaller BIB sales before then. Between Ohio, NIE, Fort Polk, Homeland and other venues I do hope we see orders one day soon.
oh shiny one you would need luck yes... The point is you need lots of luck in many ways.
haha ok shiny good luck with that...
Brio will be bought out this month. I don't think anyone was in a hurry to give them any gain on their shares.. But don't worry your psychotic shiny head over this there are plenty of "connections" that will buy this company upon orders. If not you will be right and can put your shiny on the pillow knowing you spent endless hours hoping and bashing so that a penny stock would not make it... What a wonderful life...
More interesting is your psychotic fascination and obsession with WSGI and Estrella. Have you found it difficult to live a "real" life shiny one?
Agreed they have needed to work towards revenues through GTC and am enthused they are tapping into their high margin GS contract as well. Also glad we are pushing towards larger aerostat contracts. Hopefully both potentials will be better realized going forward. I think both are needed and have positive opportunity. I doubt anyone invested will be unhappy to see both successful.
Actually cole in that event I think even you perhaps are capable of putting two and two together? Or maybe not?
Maybe you should actually read the complaint instead of assuming you know something regarding the case and its potential outcome?
Actually LJC is rather subdued at the moment fighting a lawsuit haven't you noticed? The legacy debt will be interesting going forward how much is viable and collectable? In any case BIB contracts and other revenues will make settlements and payment likely. You have noticed the level of NIE interest in the Wasp haven't you shiny one?
Haha the shiny one is forever vigilant or should we say obsessively focused? It is a meaningless banter with this short fry cook. When he has something of relevance pertaining to the BIB or Wasp it might be interesting to entertain but his endless bash is really rather silly. I highly doubt a 300 buck judgement is going to have any profound impact.
There will be no immediate settlement and the case won't be dismissed. But thanks for your opinion. I do expect some discovery requests to be filed however..
Very astute post IMO Trunk. We know from NIE reports that the BIB (WASP version) has performed admirably. We know that continued rotational training is ongoing for the BIB at Fort Polk yet people assume there will be no contracts? The company has sustained itself through all this testing and training exercise with revenues from LTA WSGI and GTC. Yes I think GTC has helped with monthly expenses also. I'm encouraged and think the share price is reflective of manipulation as well as a "wait and see" mode regarding contracts. When they emerge I suspect the share price will follow. And I do think they will emerge.
Of course you are aware that the share price was much higher when there was No revenue and No responsible payments of debt load under Leinwand right? You think there is no manipulation? Ha not likely..
Good would rather saddle with Indy here and understand the potentials of the current product line!! The past won't buy us a shoe shine unfortunately.
Thanks but I could care less what the company did in its past. Indy is reporting and discussing the present and potential. The past (3 years plus ago) has been failure and legacy issues (debt) for the current management nothing else. Three quarters of the company ownership has nada to do with the past if you haven't noticed?
I do think the recent update of GTC is positive and expect our free minutes usage to increase so a far more productive cash availability in the future. The size and growth will be interesting but do think slowly and surely the Global-Star growth pattern will be a larger part of our picture as well in tracking minutes...
Agreed Be, we need a confirm order soon. My guess is now its likely to happen sometime early first quarter to mid Feb., as I think government projects go into a holiday hold pattern about this time. The selling I feel is a combination of panic due to share price, a legacy holder large sale and tax loss sales. I do think the company is undervalued but its hard to put a perspective on GTC growth prospects as well as specific numbers of BIB and LTA sales without larger guidance. Its a speculative buy at this price. I still like the prospects but I understand psychology and people thinking the share price indicates difficulty. We all remember the share price much higher with 0 revenues and that is equally odd when one considers investor psychology.
Exactly insighter this has nothing to do with undeclared dilution. Only Brio shares monthly through about Feb contribute to dilution and they are restricted from selling but a percentage of the previous days volume. This is likely a remnant of a large sale that has been indicated by Indy and others in the past generated by economic necessity. I would not put it past LJC to be contributing to the issue but there is no current allotment of shares being handed them and doubt they would take too many chances of manipulation in light of pending litigation on those issues?
IMO
Sure well good luck.. I consider this management separate as well as the company. Hopefully it will prove to be a good investment for those long sufferers. I like my basis.. Take care
Thanks Sami, very encouraging DD, cost savings with similar effectiveness sounds like a good motivation for purchase.
No you are a playa shiny. Am sure you are quite the success story here. LOL
They have already sold two BIB units, they have a sustainability contract as well. Fort Polk is currently testing.. NIE just tested our products. BAE is buying and testing LTA product. GTE has a new contract recently announced. A new agreement for the Argus with a viable consortium is announced and proceeding. More than hope but oh well.. think as you will it fine by me.. You had more faith in Huff to me that is very amusing.
Actually you are usually several months behind then I judge the company on the basis of progress in negotiation testing and potential.Products and talent in management. I also tend to discuss the potentials of adjustment to long term debt.
you certainly bought a POS from Huff... Did not really make a financial sheet call huh? This company is far more than it was then and not even using fraud...
Calling this company a POS for its efforts and negotiations with the military over sales of BIBs is more a reflection on you than the company.
Better fodder for the board is why a constant drone of negativity like yourself would think a sustainability contract would be written by the Army if there was little interest? Maybe you should let Acumen answer that one as you seem to be in his camp..
Glad you enjoy the material yours is certainly entertaining!
I think the BIB is a likely success story and having a sustainability contract while promoting further testing is very encouraging.
Not much less Acumen I have an average price of less than .02. So tell me your positions short fry man?
Actually the sustaining contract announced yesterday gives a good indication of Army interest and likely contracts to come. Glad you can be so sure of yourself shiny one.. My guess is you disappear for a while again after contract announcements in first quarter but that is what makes this all interesting. When will the bright bulb go away again into the darkness?.. Its a thrilling ride.
Thanks, I think all of us with an average share price basis between .01 and .02 will be elated with 5 bucks.. Most will be happy with a 25 to 100 x gain but 500 x is so much better.. A little silly to chat about a 5 buck stock but those who decide to live in the past too long are ghosts and haunt these boards.. LOL not the same company realistically and you ask the SEC hahaha
You have about as much awareness of this management as you do of taking a clear photo our reflective bright bulb.. But keep your persistent echo chamber we would all miss our classy short order fry man. While Glenn and others meet with Army brass its nice to know you are here to remind us how important you can be..
We have a CEO in Glenn Estrella. We have never had a highly active chairman. Hopefully Glenn and the board will take their time finding the right person for that responsibility. In the meantime nothing lost in waiting.. IMO
Hi be real think assumptions made on daily shorting activity are often wrong. For instance shares taken at a stationary ask for many shares are often viewed as shorting when they may be an individual seller. We have had two sellers thru nite recently one is brio. That makes up the primary volume along with retail underneath sometimes selling.
Getting a handle on number of shares left by a single seller is not always easy to obtain. Some of us have a thought on what party or parties are involved but would not convey them on a message board nor the reasoning behind the sale or needs as the case may be..
All in my opinion
Well am sure your theory is as flourishing as your hairline. No form 144's guess that went up in air like your hair?
Actually not boxed at all in this case but certainly a seller.. Interesting that the shares are being picked up as well no?
I'd like more details I think Indy is likely correct.
Yes laugh all you want.. don't think Clark was asked to stay either.. Best to find a chairman next time around that plugs into the role with greater fervor. As I said before personal decisions are involved that even bright bulbs like you have no clue about. Since you have no knowledge of the people involved? Got it?
Haha perhaps not... Haven't heard any evidence that he was asked to stay...
Can and will are two entirely different terms... Do you ever take a paycheck from the corp you are CEO? LOL
Oh then I stated the one person who might care for you to communicate with.. Gotcha
