I have no idea how these things work but maybe in order to reactivate the shell Decathlon had to pull back and if it was the one at the bid for a while buying everything it might take over the shell.

Somebody wants shares, why ? maybe there will be a run between after the CE is removed and the R/S and if the additional shares don't go on the market there will still be the chance for a 3 400 % gain.

There is no wishful thinking on my side, I totally believe that he is going to screw all the people that own shares now.

I am afraid that he has nothing to show, no company no assets, otherwise there is no need for a R/S and dilution after that.
The A/S is 500M the O/S 221M, he has plenty of shares to dump after the CE is removed there is no need for a R/S for now unless he wants to rob the present shareholders.

These people really suck they are about to destroy shares value once again.

Yes that's where I got the SS. A friend of mine thinks that it can go to fifty cents but when I went to check the SS I got scared of possible dilution that's why I asked if anyone knows if they are planning to reduced the A/S. Thanks and good luck to you.

I am just dreaming here but what about if Big Bid takes over the stock and brings it back? is that even possible ? Because considering how many people had the stock erased from their brokerage acct. for a tax write off the O/S would be less than a billion and with the right story the stock could be easily pumped to ten cent.

It looks like somebody thinks there will be lift off by scooping up 40M shares.

Maybe there was a little bit of greed but it's really hard to tell which of the CEOs is for real, the SS here is great and it could have easily gone to .15. I also initially believed that Bentley was going to get us current last year but it didn't happen in the mean time I thought that GVSI wan't gonna go anywhere and I sold for peanuts and look where it is now. ( I had 54M shares)

If Bentley is for real, SFIN could be uplisted to Nasdaq once the business gets going.
