Cannot answer that because I do not know. Just doing mindless research.
But Stingray2 did a great job provoking some thought back in December.

Thanks Stingray.
Food for thought, feeds the appetite.
Mac-Capone (I like that)
Any bets we will see 0.0227 x 1000000 at 16:24??
Guess I would have lost that one....
Actually I was just asking questions. Since publicly we don't really know know why they engaged that particular firm the door could swing many ways including fall off the hinges.
From the messages I think some may have misinterpreted my post. I am not trying to scare investors, the simple act of questioning this relationships intent was driven from the idea of protecting KATX/BVIG and its investors.
Believe it or not I do have good intentions here, and take this very seriously that's why I continue to look in all directions.
Eagle777, thanks for the PM. Sorry I only partake in the freebie ihub with no PM.
I am not getting caught up in anything, I am just looking at all sides. I also read the same page from their website you did along with this one
http://www.gkblaw.com/lawyer-attorney-1141736.html
Along with some googling of their firm with various litigation terms a few months ago. This was what started me thinking.
I am not speculating with complete conviction (unlike many here)I was just curious who had the same feeling. That's all...I am just a simpleton here for fun, a little learning, oh yeah,, and a small investment.
Gusrae, Kaplan, Bruno and Nusbaum, LLC
Am I the only individual here who has had a feeling that this law firm was engaged not due to (or only due to) their ability to assist in mergers, acquisitions and up listings?
Could their background in securities and fraud litigation have any bearing on the KAT BOD deciding to engage this particular law firm?
Been doing some homework on the law firm and dealings with the SEC and FIRNA. It seems like there is way more litigation experience under this firms belt than anyone mentioned.
Any one else dig further into this and get the same gut feel?
Just curious
Nevermind ARCA is back,
I have not paid attention to what the PPS was on all the 1mil blocks that have gone thru (to busy washing dishes I guess)
Could someone post the price/time/volume of these mystery 1 mil blocks?
Thanks in advance..
I have noticed that ARCA seems to leave around this time pretty consistently, almost like clockwork.
I agree (to a certain point)
after all there is always someone buying the sold shares right :)
That makes sense, my L2 showed it as a .026 Must have rounded
So the Ihub must show this trade as it was lower than ask but my etrade showed it as higher than bid. Interesting....
Hence the difference from red to green, i guess.
Funny how things really are a matter of perspective.
I just dont understand why most of the outside trading platforms that people comment on using here show that trade as GREEN (buy) but the Ihub trades tab shows it as a RED (sell).
I find this kind of interesting.
I have noticed more than a few times on KATX that my etrade pro shows a buy but Ihub Trades show it as a sell.
Mentioned it a few times with no replies....Must be that my etrade is broken. These usually happens with big trades too.
Did anyone see that, 1000000 trade for Arca.....wasnt me...I dont think any way.
It was that fancy invisible paint that put the close back where the market opened for the day.
Was that ARCA jumping in with a lower ask after the bid was climbing? That was almost funny, I thought my L2 was on the fritz again.....
What I dont understand is when a 200 trade LOWERS the price at the end of the day then its "The Market Speaking" and doom is inevitable and we should all run for the hills selling as fast as we can.
But when over 200k starts building at .026 to .027 in the last 10 minutes (minus the .028 blip) and things close up with 3 MM at .028 then its just a paint. BUT even then all the KATX Sheeple should still run for the hills selling as fast as they can.....Man its hard work being foolish.....and I still dont know what (or who, or where) I should be running from.
Any one seen MERQ on the L2 lately?
Just keeping the posting light without too much content so I dont get banned.
What happened to daggfish today?
Take this with a grain of salt cause its just hearsay at this point but I heard from a broker friend that WZE would report after close tomorrow. He actually yelled from across the parking lot after asking if still had a position in WZE. I did not get a chance to ask where the info came from but he usually is pretty good at calling things.
Hoping he is right, We will see...
Am I seeing things, or are there more MM's on the L2 today than usual?
I estimate over 30 on the ask side, but maybe I just never noticed this.
My L2 shows last trade .275 this morning?? does anyone know volume detail or time?
Thanks!!
Also thanks for the valentines reminder.....Wife would not have been happy.
Wow, I noticed there is a WZE board here, didn't expect it but good to see.
I will have to jump in when I have something of value to add (wont be too often, kinda wet behind the ears here)
Not too happy right now still up and holding, still kicking myself for not selling on the run up a few weeks ago. Played the hog and held even after I learned about the financing deal.
Lesson learned, but not worried things are setting up pretty good with the company, I like the idea of no debt.
Does any one have a date on the next quarterly report?
I am still trying to figure out more about the cancelled calim around RR so I am going to re-post this for the experts on this board regarding claim law in Newfoundland (not canada)
This is what I posted earlier.
Canceled Vs Expired.
Could some one please provide a link or document to the government of Newfoundland that explains the "License Status" nomenclature?
I could not find anything last night and would like some detail regarding their Licensing.
Maybe they need more time for filing?
Sparkes is one of the Geologists that supervised the work on RR
http://www.katexploration.com/PressReleases/Drills_Rare_Earth_Elements_2.pdf
The Company's exploration work on the Rusty Ridge Project is supervised by Barry A. Sparkes, B.Sc. (Hons.), P.Geo. and J. Wayne Pickett, M.Sc. P.Geo., both members in good standing of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador. Mr. Sparkes and Mr. Pickett have verified that the results presented above have been accurately summarized from the official assay certificates provided to the Company.
Have not been by the computer too much today (real job gets in the way)but both times I looked at the L2 and saw ETMM move down the ask. Wonder if some one with an Etrade account is flipping for some profit. Or they trying to get a down trend going ( was .017 the magic number for entry by some? )
But it is looking solid today with the little volume. (2.7M)
Thanks daggfish, I forgot to book mark it and was looking for that website infoventure.tsx.com
No rumors, Good info!!! I am a info junkie.
Not sure how relevant to current KAT stuff (china connection, purely speculation) but from 07/16/2007 to 04/28/2010 he handled the RM from Bella Viaggio into Kat Exploration, Inc and got Paid $203,000..Not bad pay, but I don't know whats involved.
And not to be too picky but he missed a "3" in his SEC ref for the filing number in case anyone wants to look up the old detail.
Shown in n document 33-146735
SEC filing should be 333-146735
Thank you.

elcheepo, Taking an optimistic approach to your rose colored glasses I'm thinking if you close your left eye, squint really hard with your right, then look in a forward direction through the hole you may see a glimmer of ......????? Something KATX
(Or a red rider BB gun)
Great post!!! chmcnfunds Thank you.
never dismiss information. The more information available the better
Excellent, Thank you Bio!!
Here is a link for download if anyone is interested

Bio, I don't buy into this either. I emailed Stan earlier today and still have not received a reply (not surprised assuming the deluge of mail he must be getting). I will add to your post when I get something.
Also do you have a link or attachment I can access regarding the FD rules that Stan attached to your reply?
I did not get that from the post. In some way it was interesting to see the board react. The tensions are so high here it was almost a slap setting off a riot.
Hey, Maybe we can blame this one on Bernanke’s monetary policy also.
Sorry bad taste I know, couldn't help it
No problem, lots going on here.
So just to get this straight you talked to this guy on Monday then again on Wednesday?

I could not find anything last night and would like some detail regarding their Licensing.
Thanks usafa. Terms of the restriction make sense (wish I knew more detail)
Good food for thought though and the .017 number seems to be floating around net. Hopefully not happening but wont knock shares out of my hand.
"Integrity First"
Not slinging mud, and you are welcome to ignore my posts (I assume most do) But the trusted posters you speak of really only account for a very small percentage of the posts here since the misplaced PR in December. It is getting tiring if you try to read all of them.
My percentage was also taking into account technical content IE: something I can research like a name, GEO formation, other company ECT, not a positive statement like "to da moon" (these do nothing for me). So thats where my %5 good posts come from.
Grahmber, I am going to rant for a moment (cause its a little therapeutic) I am a researcher and a trouble shooter so my first take on the whole December PR and claim increase was not to speculate but plot out a whole map (yes Plot 34"x48" wall size)of the Bonivista Peninsula and start mapping properties, claims, formations from all the companies in the area. I actually got excited when I saw more claims to cover the whole Shaylee property it made complete sense, hole #2 from RR had more promise than #1 and when you add the Pike property claims to Rees in Bunyans Cove along the same ridge, this is a good thing.
Unfortunately this kind of information tends to get ignored if it is not in the middle of a heated discussion between posters.
So I quietly watch and read postings, and to be completely honest most are entertaining and yes maybe 2-5% actually persuade my investment decisions, so I was just trying to be honest with my evaluation.
Sorry if I offended you.
