My personal view of the NSS issue as it relates to KATX is that it is real , it is pervasive, it it undermines the integrity of the penny stock market.

How large or small the NSS share count is in KATX is a guess though it could be large.

However with the management team we have in place built on integrity, the chances of adding NSS shares are not as great.

No I am not a boogyman theorist or a believer in the the Black Helicopter theory but understand that wall street has many dungeons and character flaws that are used to "illegally" to manipulate market and market action.
The Sec enforcment of rules is at best selective, sometimes incompetent and often unwilling to address the real issues of manipulation and fraud.
Often the movement of SEC personel to and from Wallstreet allows for Wallstreet to remain one step ahead of the SEC. WE know of course the name of the game is influencing enforcement by rule writing that benefits Wallstreet and not the investor.
